Harem Legion: Queens of the Apocalypse-Chapter 100 She Ran From Me, Now She Kneels
Ungrateful bastards. Use you and toss you. That’s what Magnus hated the most. Had it not been for his obsession with that damn luxury RV, he’d have called down the sacred wood and burned the whole thing to ashes - vehicle and people both.
No matter how hard Magnus banged on the windows, the RV kept rolling, dragging him two full kilometers until it reached the Ice Regiment’s camp. A patrol girl in an SUV spotted the RV - one hopped out with an assault rifle, the other sprinted to the coach bus for backup.
In no time, thirty heavily armed women came pouring out - all with assault rifles locked and loaded. The RV had to brake at last. By then, Magnus was still clutching the driver’s seat window like a madman.
Cursing under his breath, he dropped down, then leapt onto the hood, staring straight into the driver’s face. He raised his pistol and fired seven rounds into the sky - last warning.
The female driver hesitated, ten seconds, maybe more. Finally, the door cracked open. Magnus slid down, stepped up onto the silver steps, yanked the door open. "Out. Now."
Hands covering her head, the driver obeyed. But just then, the swarm of black, giant mosquitoes descended. Magnus didn’t hesitate - lit the Fire Crystal, grabbed her, sprinted across to the sleeper bus.
By the time they got in, she already had half a dozen nasty bites on her face and arms. Magnus slapped the bugs off. They sizzled and burned within seconds.
"Why the hell did you keep running?" Magnus said, panting hard. "I just saved your lives. What were you trying to pull?"
"You - what do you want?" The driver scrambled up, scanning all sides, eyes sharp. All women?
She moved well. Magnus noticed, a flicker of surprise in his eyes. He caught his breath. "One last time - why run, after I saved your asses?"
"We didn’t know who you were!" The woman stared him down. "You... did you kill all those people? Alone?"
She had seen shapeless flashes in the side mirror, glimpses of fire, and twisted bodies.
Isabel stretched out a yawn, irritated and unbothered, pulled a pistol from under her pillow, chambered a bullet, and padded over, pressing the barrel to the back of the driver’s head. "You answer what you’re asked. Enough garbage. Got it?"
The driver didn’t even flinch. Calm as water. "I’m Isla’s private bodyguard. She’s in that RV. So I suggest you all back off."
Isla?
The women looked at one another, stunned. "Wait - you mean the Isla Stern?" Isabel’s sleepiness vanished. She blinked, surprised.
Everyone knew that name - even grandparents. The queen of movies, music, and drama. Sinovar’s top-tier star.
Isla? Here?
Unbelievable.
Magnus was stunned too. He wasn’t a fanboy, but even he’d heard of her. No one in Sinovar hadn’t. Any movie she starred in, the box office never dipped below a billion.
"So, you’re saying she’s in that RV?"
The other girls snapped out of their daze. Spotting the luxury RV with their own eyes, they started believing it. Gear up. Jump down. One by one, they rushed toward the RV - desperate to see the living legend up close.
In a flash, only Magnus and the female bodyguard were left in the vehicle. The woman loosened up a bit. These folks didn’t look like troublemakers, all girls too. Her tense nerves finally relaxed as she looked at Magnus and said, "Sorry about earlier. I was just doing my job, guarding my lady. Honestly, you scared the hell out of me back there."
Magnus didn’t respond, just nodded slightly, lost in thought, then stepped out of the vehicle. Dawn was just breaking, and the female Ice Regiment members had already surrounded the luxury RV, chatting excitedly through their face masks.
Magnus walked to the side door of the RV and knocked firmly. After a moment, the door opened. As soon as he stepped in, someone behind him slammed the door shut, and two daggers were instantly pressed against his neck.
"Don’t move!"
He acted like it didn’t faze him. Barely even flinched. His eyes calmly roamed over the RV’s interior.
The inside glowed in a soft golden hue. Gold-lit ceiling, magnolia-colored leather sofas piled with snowy white mink pelts - pure luxury. There was even a small bar with a glass-backed liquor cabinet packed full of imported wines and spirits.
On the other side of the lounge stood a mahjong table, automatic no less. The owner clearly had a taste for gambling.
The golden curtains, two oil paintings - one of a half-naked European woman, the other of a European family praying over a feast - completed the picture.
White mink, oil paintings, a full bar, and mahjong - there was only one word for the owner’s taste: tacky elegance.
After scanning the room, Magnus turned to the two women holding blades. "Alright, that’s enough."
He raised both hands, grabbed their wrists, and with a small effort, forced a grunt from each as their blades clattered to the floor.
"Who are you? What do you want?" they asked, shocked and intimidated by the pressure bearing down on them. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺
"Where’s Isla?" Magnus glanced back at them. Both bit their lips in silence.
This place wasn’t exactly a palace. Did they think he couldn’t find her?
He spotted a wooden door near the bar and marched over. It wasn’t locked. He pushed it open without hesitation.
The room beyond was about two-thirds the size of the lounge. At the far end was a lavish bed, and seated on its edge was a woman - Isla herself.
She looked even more stunning than on screen. No makeup, her long black hair cascading freely. Delicate brows, clear eyes - she was breathtakingly beautiful.
Even Magnus, used to being surrounded by women, was briefly dazed. Her beauty was unreal - sharp, refined, and impossible to ignore.
He gave a small cough and looked away, his gaze scanning the rest of the room. A makeup vanity, probably a restroom behind another door, a large wardrobe, soft white carpet underfoot, and crisp white curtains along the wall.
This RV? It probably looked better inside than most people’s homes.
