He would need at least five to power a simple Formation Array that was depicted inside the manuscript.

"I need five of these." He said, and he took out five Spirit Stones for the stall owner.

The stall owner smiled when he saw the Spirit Stones.

He proceeded to the other stores and bought more of the talisman papers, talisman ink, and even got a better brush.

"What does this do?" Lin Xuan Qi stopped at a store selling Artifacts and asked.

He pointed at an Artifact that was shaped like a lotus flower.

The store owner grunted and said impatiently, "This artifact is for scattering your Spirit Qi outwards into the surroundings in the form of needles of Spirit Qi."

Lin Xuan Qi figured that he could use something like it as an element of surprise and he asked, "How much for it?"

"Hmph." The store owner snorted and said, "You don’t even have Spirit Qi on you, what good would that be for you?"

The store owner shook his head and said, "It will be two Spirit Stones."

Lin Xuan Qi frowned and he pointed at the Artifact that looked like a sun beside the lotus flower, "What about this?"

The stall owner got annoyed and said, "This will unleash a bright glare from it.

"Not too useful against anyone that is above Foundation Establishment Level."

"How much?"

"Two Spirit Stones." The stall owner said and grumbled to himself.

"Both for three Spirit Stones." Lin Xuan Qi gave his offer and waited for the stall owner’s reply.

The stall owner glanced at the Artifact that looked like a sun and back at Lin Xuan Qi again.

The Artifact that looked like a sun had been stuck with him for ages, and this was a great chance for him to get rid of it.
