Lu Ting gave Sima Long a smile and pointed at the entrance of the private suite, "The innkeeper should know about where to get the souvenirs or gifts."

"You are right, how can I forget about it." Sima Long exclaimed, stood up from his seat and got out of the private suite chasing after the innkeeper.

With Sima Long gone, Lu Ting glanced over at Lin Xuan Qi and asked, "So, how can I help you?"

Lin Xuan Qi gave her a smile, waved his hands at her and said, "Don’t put it in such a way.

"We are neighbors, and it’s just a casual chat.

"It’s nothing much, I promise."

Lu Ting gave out a sigh and shrugged her shoulders.

She didn’t mind helping with anything she could.

After all, Lin Xuan Qi had helped with her Nine Heavens Pristine Ice Dantian, and she was on the verge of ascending to Core Formation Level because of the Five-Element Stone he had given her.

As long as it was within her ability she would be glad to do so.

"Do you know anything about Formation Arrays?" Lin Xuan Qi asked.

He wanted to see if it was possible to procure everything he needed to begin on learning about it in Wan Shou Fang.

"Formation Array?" Lu Ting frowned and shook her head.

She didn’t expect him to be asking about Formation Array.

Lin Xuan Qi was trying to dabble with Alchemy to her previously and she didn’t expect him to move on so quickly.

She figured that he must have failed in trying his hands in Alchemy and so, he was trying out other forms of cultivation arts like Formation Arrays.

Lin Xuan Qi saw her reaction and figured that he might have to try to gather the elements required for a formation array by himself.

"Then, do you have any more of the Spirit Herbs that I need?" he asked and Lu Ting nodded her head.

He had used up much of the Spirit Herbs that were given to him earlier, and he would need to replenish the Spirit Herbs if he wanted to conjure more of the Five-Element Qi Concentration Pills.

Fortunately, Lu Ting had gotten a stockpile of it ever since he had requested it as part of their deal.

She nodded at him and said, "I have the Spirit Herbs ready."

It was at least good news for Lin Xuan Qi and he took a sip from his teacup.

"Get them ready before we return to Hong Feng City." He said and pointed at the thumb ring of Lu Ting, "How is it now? Any changes?"

Lu Ting shook her head and replied, "Ghost Hands Fong have been silent ever since the encounter in the mountains."

It sounded like great news for him but when he saw the concerned look on Lu Ting’s face, he kept quiet.

He could only help or prompt as much as he could, but at the end of the day, it was for the others to decide on their own destinies.

Lu Ting rubbed her thumb ring and when nothing had happened, she snapped out of it.

She cupped her hands at Lin Xuan Qi and said, "I will get the Spirit Herbs delivered to your place before night time."

"That’s great, thanks." He picked up his teacup and proposed a toast to her.

"Just in time, I need a drink too." Sima Long came back and he grabbed the teapot and poured himself a cup of tea.

The three of them toasted each other and downed the tea in a mouthful.

"There are some desserts, candies and biscuits that are popular as souvenirs and gifts in the streets nearby.

"We can go have a look after the meal." Sima Long wiped the sweat off his forehead and briefed Lin Xuan Qi on what he had figured out.

"Sure, let’s go later and shop for some gifts." Lin Xuan Qi wanted to get some gifts for Xue Cong, Yue Jie and the others so he agreed to it.

The dishes were served shortly after and they had a sumptuous meal with the steamed fish being the star of the whole meal.

"Too bad it doesn’t have the Lin Clan Taste Transcendent Essence to enhance the taste of it." Sima Long lamented while he glanced at the remains of the fish.

It was fresh and savory but it would have been enhanced if it was cooked with the Lin Clan Taste Transcendent Essence.

Lin Xuan Qi shook his head at Sima Long and said, "Maybe I should let you be in charge of it since you love it so much."

"Me?" Sima Long pointed at his nose and shook his head vigorously, "I think I would crash the business within the first day.

He said without thinking much but it reminded Lin Xuan Qi of the reality.

There were a huge variety of desserts, candies and biscuits that were on sale in the food stalls that lined up on the sides of the street.

Sima Long swept most of the stalls, buying anything that he had never seen before.

The owners of the food stalls swarmed around Sima Long and tried to get him to buy their food.

Sima Long didn’t think much and bought all of them.
