Chapter 1910: Chapter 1918: Which One Is He

The film crew coming to film such a big event, the university students couldn’t possibly have no news, so by the time Jane Sampson and James Carter arrived at the filming location, a group of people had already gathered around.

There were fans of Jane Sampson, as well as fans of James Carter, the youthful atmosphere accompanied by their excited cheers rushing forward.

Jane Sampson now looked towards the two little misses who were shouting the loudest, smiled at them, and reminded, "Protect your voice, don’t shout until it’s gone."

Then she playfully made a shushing gesture to them, and pointed at her throat.

The two little misses instantly beamed happily and started running in place, while the people next to them immediately shouted even louder to get Jane Sampson’s attention.

Seeing Jane Sampson stand there with a pained expression and a face full of helplessness, James Carter couldn’t help but laugh softly.

Jane Sampson is still a bit too naive to understand that the more she responds to these fans, the crazier they become.

"Let’s go, the director is calling up ahead." James Carter waited for the bodyguards to come over, then reached out to shield Jane Sampson as they, along with the film crew personnel, pushed through the crowd and headed inside.

James Carter quietly chatted with Jane Sampson about university life as they walked, Jane Sampson’s university life has always been about studying, with absolutely no spare thoughts or energy.

In contrast, James Carter’s university life was quite colorful.

"Did you not join any clubs when you were in university?"

James Carter curiously asked Jane Sampson.

"No." Jane Sampson shrugged without caring about her image, her pair of eyes seriously looking at the scenery around.

She talked quietly with James Carter, "So during my entire university life, I didn’t make any close friends, and after graduation, even my roommates weren’t in touch. At my marriage, none of my university classmates were invited, and I’ve lost contact with my university roommates."

This was Jane Sampson’s honest truth, hence, until now, no classmate gathering has exposed her marriage to James Black.

Because no one knew.

James Carter felt a bit sorry in his heart; if she had grown up in the Carter Family, with Jane Sampson’s gentle character, she shouldn’t have ended up with not even one friend.

Therefore, James Carter could only comfort her, "The value of friends lies in quality, not quantity. Nina Rice and you are very close."

As they talked, they arrived downstairs at the office building, and Jane Sampson looked up to see the director standing in the third floor corridor calling her and James Carter to come up, so she lifted her steps and went upstairs.

In front of the office building was an open space with a wide view, Jane Sampson now glanced down a few times and then looked into the distance.

As a result, her eyes suddenly narrowed.

She pressed her two hands on the railing, instinctively bent her waist to lean out, "Ah!"

A pair of eyes filled with excitement.

"What’s the matter?" Jane Sampson’s movements weren’t small, making it hard for James Carter not to notice.

Jane Sampson realized she was a bit out of control, stuck her tongue out and smiled at James Carter.

Then she leaned closer to James Carter, lowered her voice, and whispered, "I just now saw James Black!"

"Huh?" James Carter responded, "James Black? How could he be here? Where is he?"

"Look in the distance, the one wearing dark grey clothes and black trousers is him." Jane Sampson didn’t dare point with her finger.

"Which one?" James Carter looked around downstairs, didn’t see the James Black Jane Sampson mentioned.

"Look far! Look far! That’s him! Although he’s facing away from us, I can recognize him with one glance, it’s him!" Jane Sampson laughed happily, "Maybe he’s deliberately giving me a surprise?"
