The resort staff welcomed Amy and Henry with flower necklaces which were immediately put around their necks as soon as they stepped out of the plane. The flowers are a combination of different varieties of plumeria, jasmine, and gardenia.

Amy, being a flower lover was captivated not only by its beauty and color but also by its scent. The couple was not only welcomed by flower necklaces, but a local music band also played traditional music for them.

One of the staff handed them a glass of juice each which is dark pink in color. Amy smelled it, wondering what is it made of.

"What is this?" She asked before taking a small sip. "It is sweet and delicious," Amy added.

"It is hibiscus and roselle juice ma’am. They are planted here on the island and soon you will see that most of the food that we serve here is from the island farm. So you can rest assured that everything you eat here is organic and fresh," one of the staff said.

"Is it the farm of the resort or the local people living here, I have read from your website that only thirty percent of the island is owned by the resort while the rest is still owned by the tribes living here," Amy asked before taking another sip, she likes the taste of it and an idea immediately popped out of her mind.

"You are correct ma’am. The local residents’ agricultural produce is usually sold to the resort but the resort doesn’t need that much, so the people usually go to the mainland to sell their crops."

"Do you know if they are currently supplying other businesses besides the resort?" Amy asked.

"Woah woah, wait a minute, love. We are here for our honeymoon and not for work," Henry interrupted as he took the glass from Amy and handed it back to the staff.

"What? I am just asking, I am not working. It is just a question, it’s not like I am offering a business proposal," Amy rolled her eyes at Henry for stopping her before she can start with her idea.

"I know what you are thinking, Amy. You want to help the people living here by adding this drink to your menu and making them your supplier. Did I guess it right?"

Amy chuckled, "Yes! But I am not on that part yet, I was still asking."

"Alright, we can do that some other time. For now, let’s settle first," Henry then put his arm on Amy’s shoulder before facing one of the staff who he thinks is the one in charge.

The woman smiled brightly at them patiently waiting for them to finish their conversation.

"I am sorry, I got excited," Amy uttered as she smiled back at the woman.

"That is alright ma’am, I am Anika, your personal attendant. I will help you with everything that you need in our resort, so don’t hesitate to call me. Allow me to tour you first around the resort as our staff brings your luggage to your villa."

Amy and Henry then were asked to ride the resort’s only mode of transportation, a golf cart.

"Your villa also has a designated two-seater golf cart that you can use to roam around the resort. If you want to go to the villages on the island, our driver can take you," Anika said.

"We will go to the main office first to register your arrival and behind it is where the restaurant is located. Room service is also available, but our restaurant offers buffet-style dining that caters to breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner," Anika added.

The two just stayed quiet in their seat while holding each other’s hands and listening to Anika as she points out the different structures that they pass through. They saw the resort shop that sells beach clothing, accessories, and souvenirs. The same shop also offers free diving lessons with gear to the resort’s guests.

Next up, they pass through a gym and Anika did not wait for them to ask a question as she inform them of what is the area next to it that caught their attention.

"That one is our spa and sauna, you can go there anytime that you want. You can also book a couple’s massage in your villa so you don’t have to go out."

After registering their names in the main office they were guided by Anika to the restaurant and Amy immediately felt hungry after smelling the smoke coming from the outdoor barbecue area of the restaurant.

Amy pulled Henry towards the staff grilling some seafood and her mouth watered at what she saw.

"Is that fresh squid?" She asked one of the staff.

"Yes ma’am, it was newly caught just a few minutes ago. We also have shrimp, scallops, and tuna, all fresh from the sea. Our kitchen staff is just cleaning them right now. Would you like me to serve you a grilled seafood platter?"

"Uh huh..." Amy nodded without sparing a look at the person asking her. She just kept staring at the barbecue grill full of different kinds of seafood.

"Amy, let’s find a table to sit at if we are eating already, it’s not even lunch yet and you already ordered a lot."

Amy scoffed at Henry and rolled her eyes. Earlier, they planned to visit the diving shop after going to the main office but she got hungry after smelling all the delicious food there and she can’t help it, her tummy already grumbled and she must attend to it or else she will be grumpy until she fills it up.

The two sat on the veranda facing the beach, the guests in the resort are limited for it is an exclusive one so they like how private it is.

"I must say, you have good eyes, love. Every place that you choose to go are all amazing so far," Henry uttered before reaching for Amy’s hand.

"Even the skydive?" Amy jested and saw Henry stop midway while drinking.

He looked and smiled at her before putting back the glass on the table. "Even the skydive," they both chuckled while Henry shook his head.

"How come you are afraid of skydiving before but you can fly a plane?" She asked.

"I usually fly at night. I don’t see the height and only have to rely on the plane’s tools and instruments. But thanks to you, I am no longer afraid of skydiving."

Before Amy could ask more, the waiter arrived with their grilled seafood platter, and she just couldn’t wait to taste it. It was so appetizing that even Henry started to feel his hunger kick in.
