[BL] Seducing Male Leads To Survive As A Villain In A Novel-Chapter 267: What a mad woman can do
Silence filled the hall as everyone turned to stare at Queen Elizabeth, whose voice was high. π³ππππππππ πππ.π°π π¦
It was a command. An order.
And this left the King shocked. He stared at Queen Elizabeth. "Are you... talking to me like that? Are you... Ordering me?"
Queen Elizabeth stared at him, her eyes murderous. "I donβt care how you take it. But donβt you lay a finger on my son."
It was a threat. An obvious threat that had people shocked.
Elvis stared at his mother, speechless. He had never seen this side of her. She had always been quiet, submissive, and soft-spoken. But now she was the opposite of everything.
Her eyes were cold with fury, and her words rich with authority. She spoke with command, and her expression meant every word.
He didnβt know what had come over her, but he liked this side of her.
Queen Lea and King Edward were equally speechless.
"What do you think youβre saying? Have you lost itβ?" Queen Lea tried to say.
"Shut up," Queen Elizabeth snapped at her. "This is between my husband and I. A concubine like you has no say here."
"...".
Queen Lea was beyond shocked. She was short of words as shame washed over her. Everyone heard it. And she certainly didnβt see that coming.
She felt extremely insulted.
"The audacity!" King Edward snapped. "What the hell has come over you?! Have you lost it or something?!"
Queen Elizabeth kept her calm. Her eyes were cold and her words precise with authority. "Yes. Iβve lost it. Your Majesty, Iβve lost every shade of sanity left in me. And at this moment you should listen to the demands of a crazy woman. Because ignoring a mad woman brings home consequences youβre not ready for, Your Majesty."
"So donβt lay a single filthy finger on MY son," Queen Elizabeth ordered.
King Edward stared into those eyes. Those calm yet powerful eyes. He had seen them before, and he hated them. He certainly didnβt wish to see them again and had tried keeping them off.
But they were still alive. Those eyes.
"Youβve lost it," He muttered. "You crazy bastard. So what are you going to do if I donβt listen to a mad woman like you? Huh? What are you going to do?"
Queen Elizabeth was quiet. She stared at him.
King Edward laughed. "Youβre just a weak useless woman! You can do nothing! Absolute nothing! What do you plan on even doing? Slapping me?"
He laughed, mocking her as he ignored her and turned to the guards. "Donβt stop for any stupid woman! Continue as I instructed and take them all downβ"
He didnβt finish his words.
Before he could finish, something had gone through his stomach. Something painful.
Queen Elizabeth came in front of him and pulled herself closer to him as if going in for a hug.
She did hug him. But a hand had sent a dagger into his stomach. Deep, gentle, and brutal. She pierced it through him and listened as he groaned in immense pain, blood rolling down his lips.
"What.. what are you..." King Edward was short of words. The pain engulfed him as he looked down at Queen Elizabeth, who was still hugging him.
Queen Elizabeth smiled softly as she said to his ears, "I warned you. Ignore the words of a mad woman and face the consequences."
Queen Lea was shocked at the sight of blood from King Edwardβs mouth. Everyone around was shocked too. They stared to see what was happening.
And immediately, Queen Elizabeth pulled backwards, leaving the dagger in his stomach.
Everyone gasped in immense shock as they saw blood gushing from the Kingβs stomach. His yellow garment was already stained in blood. And the dagger casually inserted in him.
The nobles around panicked at the sight of it. Queen Lea instantly melted to her knees in shock.
"Your Majesty!" Queen Lea screamed. "Ahhh!!"
Fear gripped everyone as they stared at the ugly sight of their King bleeding. His hand was on his stomach where the dagger still sat, blood running down his mouth. His face had gone pale.
They now stared at Queen Elizabeth, who casually stood there, drops of blood on her clothes. She had a calm expression as she stared at the King, who had his shocked eyes on her.
"So now? Will you let go of my son? I was kind enough not to hit the vital spots, Your Majesty. It still shows my loyalty."
Murmurs broke through the building as everyone stared at Queen Elizabeth. No one expected a crazy event like this. No one expected that the noble lady of the Kingdom would stab her husband. The king.
Elvis too was shocked. He never saw this coming. And so he didnβt even know how to react to it. He only stared as Queen Elizabeth cast King Edward a murderous smirk.
This was not the woman he grew up knowing. It wasnβt the noble woman who was submissive. The one who was always quiet and considered virtuous. One who always took the insults of all and ignored them as if they were nothing. It definitely wasnβt the one woman who couldnβt even kill a bug or anything.
Because the woman standing before him was a devil. One who would kill to keep whatever she wanted. One who could make anyone tremble in fear with her murderous eyes.
"How dare you?! Do you even know what youβre doing?!" The noblemen snapped at her.
"Oh! Sheβs a monster! What has become of us that the Queen stabs the King of our land?!"
"What an abomination! What is this madness!" The noblemen had things to say. But Queen Elizabeth ignored them.
With his last strength, King Edward turned to the guards to instruct them.
But before he spoke, Queen Elizabeth turned and stared at Eden. Their eyes met as she let out a soft smile.
"As promised. Take my son far away and keep him safe. Iβll handle everything here," she said with a smile.
