Chapter 115- Meanwhile, on the Interstellar Stage.

’The Legendary Hybrid Has Awakened’

That was the headline going around every single planet within Estea’s interstellar colony, a ridiculous number of planets when one considered how vast the colony was.

Just as the news of ’His Majesty’s Return’ was circulating in the Orilan Realm, so was the news of the ’Azure Void Paragon’ reawakening from his deep slumber.

Many interstellar forces watched both the Vela Galaxy and Estea closely, so the moment the news of Jamie’s awakening made its way off the planet, it didn’t take very long for them to all find out.

This was quite the big headline, as whenever Jamie awakened, something crazy always happened.

People were just waiting for what crazy thing the Hybrid was going to pull this time.

For some others, however, this news was something they had been dreading for thousands of years. Especially those who had made enemies of either Jamie or his associates in the past.

The fact that Jamie could make Quintillions of existences, both within the Vela galaxy and outside it react to just the news of his awakening, regardless of whether it was a positive or negative reaction spoke volumes of the ’Universal Influence’ he possessed.

Jamie’s actions in one part of the Universe could influence the actions and fates of beings in another.

That was the ’Universal Influence’ Jamie possessed, a concept as abstract as ’Fate’ and ’Destiny’.

When Jamie used re-enactment at the Blue Moon Castle, it caused quite a scene, with videos of it being taken and posted online, and from there, these videos made their way off-world, to the various Race Kings of Estea.

Some people who were also at fairly high vantage points at the time managed to capture Jamie’s appearance within their videos.

As for the Blue Moon Castle, it was something that had disappeared nearly 5000 years ago. But to beings above transcendents, they saw 5000 years the way humans saw 5 years.

There were tons of texts that documented the Blue Moon Castle and its history, allowing those in the new generation that came to be while Jamie was asleep to find out more about it.

With that, it was very easy to discover Jamie’s name, as he was listed as one of the Westley Werewolf Clan ancestors, and there was barely anyone who didn’t know about the Westleys.

The ’Hybrid’ theory then gained more weight to them, as they also discovered that this same ’Jamie Westley’ was also a founding member of the Crimson Court.

Everyone knew Vampires and Werewolves were best of enemies, so it was certainly strange that their Race Kings wouldn’t make a fuss about a Westley being a Founding Member of their Crimson Court.

Some didn’t believe it and said that there must have been some mistake somewhere, believing that though Jamie was a ’Founding Member’, it was of the Werewolves Ruling Council and not the Vampires’.

Until a Vampire Race King confirmed it, that is.

The logic that some then used was simple. For the Vampires to accept him, then the man must have some of their traits, despite being from the Westley Clan; hence, he really was a Vampire-Werewolf Hybrid.

And then, the general trend surged like a wave, many more things about Jamie’s past deeds began surfacing, and once again, many people felt like their historians were trying to pull pranks on them due to how absurd some things sounded.

◇ ◇ ◇

"Resurrecting dying stars, creating intergalactic networks, Establishing Universal Libraries, the damn list goes on and on..."

Terrion remarked as he tossed the papers in his hands to the sides, heaving a deep sigh as he thought about all the information about Jamie that he had gathered in the days that followed their meeting.

"I thought his wife would be tamer, but in some ways, she’s even worse than he is..."

He skimmed through one of Miranda’s files, raising a brow when he saw a part that clearly stated that they were NOT married.

"It also says not to talk abou—"

*TAP! TAP! TAP!

"?!"

The space he was in was a small pocket dimension he created on the moon; His Domain, if you’d call it.

So the man could not be blamed for being shocked when he heard the sound of footsteps ringing out, despite not having sensed anything entering or leaving the space.

Turning his gaze to the side, the Race King was already activating his Authority of his strongest law—the law of Metal—and his energy was primed for attack.

Then he saw the face of the intruder, and he lowered his outstretched hand.

It was a woman of average height, with an air of timeless elegance around her. Her shoulder-length black hair, adorned with artfully arranged bangs, framed her face in a way that accentuated her beauty.

Her most striking feature lay in her eyes—a mesmerizing crimson that mirrored the very essence of her vampiric lineage.

She looked like an older version of one of the teenage vampires that had awakened Jamie, and Davina.

Or rather, it was more apt to say that Davina was a younger version of this woman, this was her great-grandmother after all.

Terrion retracted his aura when he saw her, sighing softly while muttering something about ’not knocking before entering someone’s house’.

"Your Excellen-!?"

The man’s words were abruptly cut off the moment the woman came within a few metres of him. He hadn’t sensed it when she was far, but at this range, he wasn’t dull enough to miss the difference.

A huge difference when he compared the aura he felt when he met her last, and what he was feeling now.

Changing his tone, the man lowered his head lightly before addressing her in a completely different manner.

"Your Majesty Evangelista." 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖

"You’ve always been quite a sharp little one, Terrion. Most of your colleagues wouldn’t even spot a difference."

The woman spoke with a light smile on her face upon seeing Terrion’s change in tone, casually taking a seat on the couch that appeared opposite him.

"Leaving aside you entering here without me sensing a thing, anyone with a minimum level of wisdom should figure it out."

"Trust me, Terrion when I say that beings can live for tens, hundreds of thousands of years and not have that ’minimum level of wisdom’."

"Is that so...?"

"It is so.

Take a look at that Lizard who’s One-sidedly feuding with Jamie. Does he even know ’what’ he’s up against?"

The woman, Seren, shook her head to the side as she sighed in disappointment, feeling that all of a certain Dragon King’s hundreds of thousands of years were a waste.

"So...what brings you here, your Majesty?"

Terrion put the Lizard’s matter aside for now, instead focusing on the reason for Seren’s presence here in the first place.

"Ah, drop the title. It’s strange coming from you."

"...Lady Seren."

"I can settle with that."

Crossing her legs on the chair, she finally gave an answer to Terrion’s question.

"Word has reached my ears that you’ve been asking some questions, Terrion."

"Of course, I have been. Do you not know the two ’Wild Cards’ in my home world, right now?

I’d like even the smallest bit of extra information besides the rumours I’ve heard over the years, and what I already know.

I don’t want a repeat of Ikerth’s situation, where mine and Dornik’s actions endangered other worlds simply because were didn’t ’TRULY’ know what we were up against.

Seren understood what he was talking about, turning her gaze to the side and looking through the space at one of the other planets surrounded by star ships in Laizuno.

"Yes...that planet."

Turning her gaze towards him, she continued speaking.

"But Terrion, you know I would not be here if you were just asking normal questions."

The man remained silent for a few moments, quickly figuring out what she was hinting at.

"Are you saying that I’ve gotten to know something I’m not authorized to know?"

"Not yet, but you were close.

There are certain bits of information about certain beings, mainly about the actions they took long long ago, that we’ve done so much to hide to prevent others from knowing.

Long story short, if you continued pursuing that story of resurrecting a dying star, you would have ended up discovering some of those things.

And the problem is that you’re someone who’s quick with their head...you’d figure out the rest without being told."

The woman spoke as if his being smart was a problem, which it actually was in this case.

"It’s just something that ’NEW’ ’Race Kings’ aren’t supposed to know about.

Not because it’s bad or anything; just that it’d discourage you and make you give up on life?"

"Seriously...?"

Now, this only had the effect of amplifying Terrion’s curiosity to a whole new level. The man now wanted to know what this thing was.

"I was still a kid when it happened, and I was discouraged and disheartened for months.

It’s not much, but to me of then, a few months was a lot of time."

Hearing her speak of something that happened when she was a ’kid’, piqued Terrion’s curiosity about a totally different issue.

"Those two...how long have they been around?"
