Beginning Of Multiverse Saga-Chapter 107: Attack Of Zerg Creatures
At the same moment, Black Scythe screamed and charged at Thomas, twirling his twin scythes.
"This time, your glowing stick won’t save you!"
But Thomas didn’t move much.
He just raised Mjolnir, whispered a word—
ZWOOOSH!
A lightning bolt surged from the sky, channeled through the hammer.
BANG!
Black Scythe’s weapons were blown out of his hands, flying across the field—
And the shockwave sent him spinning and skidding into a wall. Out.
Everything fell silent.
The battlefield was littered with defeated villains.
Fangstrike, Bloodweb, Black Scythe—all down in mere moments.
The heroes stared in stunned silence.
Ben, his voice barely a whisper, "What... just happened?"
Sasha, wide-eyed, whispered, "He didn’t just fight them... he ended them."
Hawkman, still stunned, added, "We’ve been battling those four for so long... and barely held our ground. Then he shows up, and wipes the floor with them in seconds."
He looked at the green lion.
"It just proves... Beast was really the Beast."
Sasha turned toward him.
"Beast? Who?"
She had heard the name before—whispers from command, reports marked classified—but she had never seen him in person.
Hawkman pointed towards the Green Lion, his tone quiet and reverent.
"I’ve seen him. Once. When he shifted into his sabertooth form, it was like nature itself was angry. Trust me—Beast is not someone you want as an enemy."
Across the battlefield, even Shadow Queen’s calm faltered. Her glowing green eyes narrowed, lips tightening.
She wasn’t expecting this level of opposition.
Loki, however, stepped forward with a confident smirk, raising the wand with the Astra Cube mounted at its top. The artifact pulsed, casting eerie patterns of energy through the air.
"You think," he said slowly, "that with your pet lion and lightning thief, you’ve won? You fools still don’t understand."
"Who are you telling, pet? You puny being?" Beast replied back in anger at Loki, hearing he said he was a pet.
But Loki ignored him, and pointed the wand forward—but it didn’t release an attack.
Thor, spinning Mjolnir, narrowed his eyes.
"If you’re planning something—don’t."
Loki sneered.
"You want to stop me? Catch me first, thief."
Suddenly—
FWOOOM!
A golden-blue portal tore open beneath Loki’s feet.
Before anyone could react, he stepped back into it, cloak billowing.
Shadow Queen’s head snapped toward him.
"What are you doing?!"
Loki grinned darkly.
"Changing the game."
And just like that—he vanished.
Silence fell across the battlefield.
Ben, stunned, said, "Wait—he ran?"
John, blinking, "He had the Astra Cube... why would he escape now?"
Hawkman, voice grim, "Because for the first time... he wasn’t the scariest thing in the room."
Shadow Queen stood motionless, her strands twitching faintly around her.
For a long moment, she said nothing.
Then she turned away, eyes burning with quiet rage.
"You abandoned me..."
Before Shadow Queen could process Loki’s betrayal—
CRACK–BOOM!
A thunderbolt erupted from the sky, summoned by Thor’s swing of Mjolnir, striking her dead center.
The impact created a shockwave that rattled the debris and shook the facility walls.
Shadow Queen was flung back, not harmed... but unconscious.
Her cloak tore, and her mask cracked, falling to the ground with a soft clink.
Silence.
Everyone stared as the truth was revealed.
There, lying unconscious in the dust, was not Nyx Virelle...
But a familiar face.
Sasha gasped, "Wait... no way."
Hawkman froze, "That can’t be..."
John, wide-eyed, "Is that... Elena?!"
Ben staggered a step forward, his eyes wide in disbelief.
He dropped to his knees beside her, touching her face gently, "Elena...?"
She didn’t respond. Still unconscious.
Ben, voice shaking, "How—how is this possible? She died... She—she died in the lab fire three years ago..."
Thor, stepping beside him, spoke softly, "She didn’t die. She was taken. Loki must have found her—controlled her mind with dark enchantments."
Ben’s jaw clenched, a storm of emotion flooding him—grief, rage, confusion, hope.
"He used her... turned her into this..." His fists tightened, but he gently scooped her up in his arms.
Meanwhile, the other heroes quickly moved into action.
Hawkman and John worked together to cuff Iron Mammoth, locking his limbs with magnetic restraints.
Sasha, retrieving her bow, shot precise tranq arrows into Bloodweb and Fangstrike, making sure they stayed down.
Black Scythe, already knocked out by Thor’s blow, was restrained in a stasis field generated by John’s emergency tech pod.
Ben stood, holding Elena close, her face resting against his chest.
His voice was low but filled with determination.
"She’s coming back with me. I don’t care what she did—I’m getting her out of this."
Thor nodded.
"With time, her mind can be freed. But she’ll need help."
Ben whispered, "I’ve already lost her once. I’m not losing her again."
———
As the heroes escorted the captured villains inside the GUARD Aircraft, securing them in reinforced holding cells, Ben stayed close to Elena, holding her hand gently, silently praying she would wake up soon.
Sasha, sitting near the control terminal, noticed a blinking call icon.
She answered it.
"Robert? What’s wrong?"
Robert’s voice came through, urgent and breathless.
"You need to look outside. Now."
The team leaned toward the aircraft windows.
And their eyes widened.
---
Right beside the S.W.O.R.D. Tower, something strange had embedded itself into the ground—
It was the same wand that Loki had escaped with.
Forged from Ben’s advanced tech sword, John’s Aether Core, and the Astra Cube.
The wand stood vertically, floating just inches above the ground, pulsing with raw cosmic power.
Suddenly, the wand released a violent surge of energy, spiraling upward into the clouds like a beam of celestial lightning.
The ground shook.
A thunderous crack echoed across the sky.
A massive interdimensional portal ripped through reality, crackling with unstable magic and technology.
From it poured an armada of creatures— grotesque, swift, and monstrous.
---
Panic erupted across the cities.
Civilians screamed. Cars crashed. Buildings went into lockdown.
News channels scrambled to report the invasion.
People looked to the skies and whispered one word.
"Apocalypse..."
---
Meanwhile — at Crown Heaven Villa...
Sharky, sitting calmly at his workbench, glanced up. His fingers paused mid-circuit as the Upgrade TV flashed red—a priority alert, more urgent than anything before.
Sophia and Rosie entered swiftly, standing at his side.
"What are they, Sharky?" Sophia asked. Even as an Empress Demi-human, she’d never seen this.
On screen, several alien creatures descended—some even approaching Crown Haven Villa.
Sharky gently ruffled Sophia and Rosie’s hair, giving them a calm, assured smile.
"Don’t worry, my dear. Nothing to fear... when I’m here."
His voice was low but full of confidence.
"They’re nothing more than ants to me."
He looked into their eyes with affection.
"And you two could destroy them just as easily. Don’t forget who you are."
They smiled faintly, comforted.
Rosie, still watching the TV, asked,
"So... which aliens are they exactly?"
Sharky turned his gaze back to the screen.
"They’re called the Zerg Race. Parasitic invaders. They travel across galaxies, infecting worlds... devouring everything."
He explained, while watching through the Upgrade TV closely as numerous Zerg were descending from the portal.
"Now, you guys wait here, I am going to clean them," He said, using his Luminara powers he flew away from there. And goes towards the Zerg being.
"Okay, take care," Both Rosie and Sophia nodded.
———
Inside the rumbling aircraft, chaos shook the walls, but John Smith stood tall, clenching his fists.
"Guys, it’s time to save our city. No matter what—
We can’t let them destroy our world."
Without another word, he sprinted toward the open hatch—
And leapt.
As he fell, the sky lit up.
His American Guardian Mecha roared through the clouds and caught him mid-air. The cockpit sealed shut with a hiss.
"Systems online. Target: Zerg Creatures."
John soared toward the oncoming horde.
---
Back inside the aircraft—
The villains, cuffed and seated, had seen everything.
Black Scythe looked at the portal.
Fangstrike growled.
Iron Mammoth, still bruised, stood slowly.
"We didn’t sign up to die like this."
Bloodweb, arms crossed, nodded.
"We wanted freedom... not extinction."
"Let us help," Iron Mammoth added. "We may be villains—but this world’s still ours."
The heroes exchanged glances.
Ben paused... then tossed them a set of magnetic key chips.
"One chance. Fight for the world, or go down with it."
The villains unclasped their restraints.
Suddenly—Elena stirred.
She groaned softly, then opened her eyes.
Ben rushed to her side.
"Elena...? You’re awake?"
She blinked, confused—until her memories rushed back.
The mask. Loki. Her Phantom Strands.
Her voice was calm, but firm.
"I’ll fight them."
Ben smiled with pride, handing her back her daggers.
Sasha, Hawkman, Thomas, Steve, and others grabbed their weapons.
They are ready for war.
Beep-beep-beep!
Steve’s eyes glowed. His body shimmered—
In moments, he transformed into a prehistoric flying beast, sleek and powerful, with crimson feathers and jagged horns—
A legendary creature lost to time:
"Ravendrak, the Sky Reaper."
With a roar, he flapped his mighty wings and soared after John.
Thomas, already clutching Mjolnir, looked to the sky.
He gave one nod to Ben.
"Let’s bring the storm."
He spun his hammer—
CRACK-BOOM!
Lightning surged around him, and with a flash, he blasted upward like a missile, streaking toward the alien swarm.
Ben, sword in hand, turned to the others.
"Let’s finish what we started. Together."
Sasha loaded her bows and arrows.
Hawkman took flight.
Elena’s Phantom Strands shimmered behind her like a cloak of vengeance.
The villains followed too—ready to fight for survival.
---
Chaos reigned across the city.
Zerg creatures swarmed the skies, crashing into buildings, tearing through streets, and causing civilians to scatter in panic.
One enormous Zerg lunged toward a group of helpless civilians—
BOOM!
A colossal mech dropped from the sky, slamming its metallic fists into the ground.
With precision, it fired advanced plasma cannons, cutting through the Zerg swarm. Its mechanical arms scooped up civilians, shielding them from falling rubble and collapsing buildings.
The people gasped in awe—
"It’s the American Guardian!"
Cheers erupted as hope surged through the crowd.
But the Zerg kept coming—too many, too fast.
Suddenly, a streak of silver slashed through the air.
SWISH—SWASH—SLASH!
Zerg bodies fell in half mid-flight, cleanly severed by twin Vibranium swords.
The attacker landed on a rooftop, dressed in a bio-enhanced suit.
"Sword Master!" the crowd shouted in relief.
But the skies were still dark with wings.
A crash of thunder silenced the screams.
CRACK-BOOM!
Lightning rained down like divine punishment, disintegrating entire clusters of Zerg in one strike.
From the clouds descended a man with a hammer, cloaked in lightning.
"Thor!!"
People cheered louder—until a comical yet oddly fearsome voice chimed in:
"Thor, why are you stealing my limelight?"
Everyone turned—
A 4-inch tall, green sabertooth tiger stood confidently on a streetlight. He opened his jaw—
CHOMP!
A whole pack of Zerg vanished into his mouth.
"That’s the Beast!" someone yelled.
Beast smirked, flicking his tail. "Told you I bite."
Suddenly—CLANG!
Another figure landed with a heavy thud, tearing through dozens of Zerg with glowing bio-claws and slicing the air with metallic wings.
"And you guys are stealing my limelight," he grinned.
Hawkman, the aerial warrior known for ripping through steel walls, leapt into action.
Zerg fell like leaves in a storm.
"Boys, stop talking and do something," came a sharp voice.
A lone girl stood atop a nearby ledge.
With fluid grace, she pulled back a bowstring—
THWIP!
One arrow.
BOOM!
Three Zerg exploded mid-air.
Sasha, calmly nocked another arrow.
IiThe crowd that once panicked now stood in awe.
Heroes, each showcasing their strength, speed, and style, fought together—
forming a living shield between the Zerg and humanity.
The cheers grew louder.
But just as calm began to settle in the hearts of the people—
The sky screamed again.
The portal above shimmered violently, then widened with a thunderous roar.
Thousands more Zerg began to pour out, blotting out the sun like a plague of monstrous locusts.
Even the American Guardian hesitated.
Warning lights blared inside his Mecha.
"There’s... there’s too many of them!" he muttered.
Sasha, her breath shaky, nocked another arrow.
"How much are they coming?" she asked, her expression growing grim.
Before anyone could answer—
"No matter how many come... we’ll kill them all."
The voice was deep. Steady.
Black Scythe stepped forward, his eyes glowing with fierce resolve.
He hurled his massive scythe into the swarm—
WHIRR—SLASH—BOOM!
The spinning blade became a deadly cyclone, tearing through dozens of Zerg in a single throw before returning to his hand.
Then, the earth shook.
CRUNCH—CRACK—BOOM!
Iron Mammoth charged like a living tank, his body covered in thick armor, his tusks electrified with plasma energy.
With a thunderous stomp, he crushed a line of Zerg beneath him, his fist launching forward to punch a beast into the air like a ragdoll.
From above, purple web strands rained down, glowing and cursed.
Bloodweb had joined the battle, leaping between buildings with unnatural grace, her webs slicing and strangling Zerg mid-flight.
She said coldly, "I hate invaders, who want to destroy my peace."
