Beginning Of Multiverse Saga-Chapter 108: Defending The Earth From Zerg Species
Bloodweb had joined the battle, leaping between buildings with unnatural grace, her webs slicing and strangling Zerg mid-flight.
She said coldly, "I hate invaders, who want to destroy my peace."
Fangstrike, covered in armored spikes, sprinted alongside her, slashing and spinning like a feral blur, ripping through the swarm with sheer savagery.
"Come on then! You freaks want a fight? I’ll give you a fight!" he roared, diving into a cluster of Zerg with wild fury.
Elana was leading them all. Once known as Shadow Queen.
Her Phantom Strands danced around her like serpents of light, slicing through Zerg with surgical precision.
"This world is still my home," Elena declared.
"I will not let it fall to them."
She glanced at Ben Stark in the distance—his eyes locked on her.
Heroes and former foes stood united—
Against an endless army that threatened to devour the Earth.
But soon... both heroes and villains froze.
Their eyes widened.
Because something massive began to emerge from the portal—
A creature far larger than any Zerg they had seen.
Its shadow consumed entire buildings.
The Titan Zerg.
Towering, monstrous, with thick armored hide like black obsidian.
Multiple glowing red eyes.
Fangs longer than streetlights.
And a spiked tail that dragged through the portal like a crashing mountain.
Panic erupted among the people once again.
Thomas muttered, stunned, "What are they?"
"Ben and Daniel, try to cut it with your sword and scythe! Everyone else—attack together!" John shouted from the cockpit of the American Guardian.
"Got it!" Ben and Daniel replied in unison.
The two launched into the sky—Ben wielding his advanced Vibranium sword, Daniel gripping his scythe with deadly precision.
Both slashed down hard onto the Titan Zerg with full strength, their weapons glowing as they struck.
CLANG!
Their blades hit the Titan’s armored hide—
But instead of slicing through, the impact echoed like metal on a mountain.
At the same time—
Hawkman and Fangstrike dove in from opposite sides, their claws tearing at its shoulders.
Beastman, in his primal sabertooth tiger form, sank his massive fangs into the Zerg’s right arm.
Iron Mammoth chomped onto the left arm with his steel-plated tusks.
Bloodweb leapt across rooftops, launching cursed web strands to bind the Titan’s legs.
Sasha, eyes sharp and focused, unleashed a flurry of arrows—every shot aimed at vital points.
Thomas hurled Mjolnir, thunder roaring as lightning arced across the sky and struck the Titan.
And from above, John unleashed everything—missiles, energy cannons, seismic charges from the American Guardian.
It was a full attack from everyone.
And then—
Smoke filled the air.
Everyone stopped and looked carefully through the dust.
But when the smoke cleared...
The Titan Zerg was still standing.
Not even a scratch.
Its glowing red eyes became even brighter.
It opened its mouth—
And let out a roar so loud, it broke nearby windows.
Even Thor had to cover his ears.
"It didn’t work..." Sasha said, her voice shaking.
"It’s... too strong," Bloodweb whispered, her face pale.
For the first time,
Even with all heroes and villains fighting together... Felt helpless.
"You all are just ants to me. You can’t stop anything," the Titan Zerg said, staring down at the heroes with a proud look.
"Wait, is this giant bug really speaking our language, or am I dreaming?" Hawkman said, shocked.
"You’re not dreaming. He’s really talking like us," John said, staring at the Titan Zerg in disbelief.
"Why are you even attacking us? We haven’t done anything to you!" Thomas shouted.
The Titan Zerg replied in a deep, echoing voice,
"It’s your fortune that we are attacking you. We, the Zerg, are the rulers of the universe. Everything belongs to us—including your planet. Earth is ours now. We’ll eat everything." 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮
Suddenly, a voice came from above.
"You’ll eat them while I just stand and watch? Sorry, it’s not happening."
Sharky landed, fire blazing in his eyes.
"You’re the real ants here. And I’m going to burn you down!"
"Who’s that?" Sasha asked, surprised.
"Where did he come from?"
"Sharky?!" Thomas said.
"What are you doing here?"
The Titan Zerg looked at Sharky and laughed.
"And what can you do to me, little flame?"
Sharky smirked.
"What can I do? Let me show you."
His body glowed red-hot. Flames burst around him.
Then, Sharky opened his mouth and blasted a huge stream of fire at the Titan Zerg, lighting up the sky with burning heat.
"Whoa... fire powers!" Hawkman said, amazed.
Even though he had wings and claws, they were bio-tech, not real powers like this. He already felt jealous of Steve Taylor and Thomas... and now Sharky too?
Meanwhile, the Forsaken looked at Sharky in shock.
"That guy’s not normal," Fangstrike said, backing up.
"If he’s on our side... we might have a chance," Bloodweb added.
"Tch. I don’t care who he is," Black Scythe said with a grin.
"As long as that fire burns this overgrown cockroach."
They were relieved—finally, the Titan Zerg looked like it was taken down.
But that relief didn’t last.
The flames covering the Titan Zerg suddenly died out, and from the smoke, the creature stood up again, his body steaming—but still alive.
"This little fire... can’t hurt me," the Titan Zerg growled, glaring at Sharky with glowing eyes.
"Oh? That wasn’t fire. That was just the spark," Sharky said calmly, and then his entire body lit up, burning like a blazing comet.
With a quick motion, he rushed toward the Titan Zerg, he slammed his fists and flames into the Zerg’s body, burning through its thick skin like it was paper.
Everyone watched in awe as the Titan Zerg’s body started melting—not from the outside, but from inside.
Flames oozed out of its mouth and eyes.
"What... what is this?!" Titan Zerg roared, its voice filled with panic.
"Why is my core burning?! Stop—stop it!"
"Didn’t I tell you?" Sharky replied, standing behind the monster now, his hands still glowing red-hot.
"You’re just an insect to me. And I just lit you from within."
The Titan Zerg screamed one last time before its body burst open into glowing, molten chunks, falling to the ground with a loud crash.
Everyone went silent.
Even John, the calm commander, muttered, "Amazing..."
He had never seen anyone defeat such a powerful monster so fast.
But they didn’t have time to celebrate.
More Titan Zergs were crawling out of the portal.
Sharky looked at them and shouted, "You guys focus on saving people and wiping out the small ones. I’ll take care of the big ones."
With flames bursting from his back, he shot into the air heading straight for the next Titan Zergs.
"You heard him!" John nodded and turned to the others.
"Move out!"
The Forsaken team jumped into action too.
Black Scythe laughed and spun his deadly scythe.
"Now that’s what I call a real firestarter. Let’s clean up the rest!"
Iron Mammoth roared and smashed through the wall of a collapsing building, shielding civilians with his armored body.
Bloodweb zipped across rooftops, firing webs to pull people out of danger and trap incoming Zerg in burning webs.
Fangstrike leapt through the battlefield, claws glowing from fire sparks, slashing down enemies.
Shadow Queen moved like a shadow, her Phantom Strands glowing red from heat, slicing through Zerg while setting traps near the portal.
Meanwhile, Thomas flew through the sky, holding his powerful hammer and smashing the alien creatures. He headed straight to the SWORD Tower.
There, he saw Loki.
"Brother, why are you doing this?" Thomas asked.
Loki glared at him and shouted, "How many times must I say this, thief?! Don’t call me brother with your filthy mortal mouth! You only have my brother’s powers!"
Thomas answered calmly, "Whether you believe it or not, I am Thor now. And you are my brother. Stop the Astra Cube, or I will destroy it!"
Loki laughed and mocked him, "You can’t stop it. The war has already begun."
"If you want war, then you’ll get it!" Thomas shouted, raising his hammer.
And the two clashed in a fierce battle.
---
Back on the battlefield, things were getting worse. More Zerg creatures kept coming out of the portal, and it didn’t look like they would stop anytime soon.
"More are coming," Clint said as he shot arrows and tore through another alien with his blades.
Fangstrike growled, "It’s like an endless flood. We need to end this fast, or we’re finished."
Sasha looked at her quiver and said, "I’m down to my last two arrows! They just keep coming!"
Bloodweb sliced through another Zerg with her sharp webs and added, "I’m getting tired too... this is getting worse."
Black Scythe, breathing hard, caught his returning scythe and asked, "Does anyone have a plan to stop all this?"
Ben Stark, swinging his tech sword, shouted, "We need to find Loki! He’s behind this madness!"
Iron Mammoth, after smashing two Zergs with his fists, looked around and asked, "Has anyone seen Loki?!"
John fired blasts from his mech and replied, "Thor is fighting Loki at the tower. Someone tell him—Loki must be captured!"
---
Meanwhile, Loki was mocking Thomas, using his magic to hit him again and again. Thomas tried to fight back, but Loki kept taunting him.
"You foolish human," Loki said with a cruel smile.
"Just because you have my brother’s powers, you think you’re a god? You’re not even dust to us."
Thomas finally had enough.
"I’ve heard enough of your nonsense!" he shouted.
"Now I’ll show you my true anger!"
With a roar, Thomas fought back with full strength. This time, he easily overpowered Loki. He struck him again and again until Loki couldn’t even stand up.
Then, Thomas turned away and flew off to fight the Zerg once again.
---
At the same time, Sharky had just destroyed another Titan Zerg. He looked up at the sky and saw more and more Zerg still falling through the portal.
"You guys find a way to close the wormhole," Sharky called out to the others.
"I’m going to teach these Zerg a lesson they’ll never forget."
He shot a powerful fire beam into the sky, burning through waves of falling Zerg. As he flew past them, their bodies exploded into ash from his heat.
Without stopping, Sharky rushed straight into the wormhole—his body surrounded by blazing fire.
---
On Earth, the battle against the Zerg continued. Each hero showed their powers while defeating the alien creatures.
Thor’s enchanted hammer hit with powerful lightning, destroying groups of Zerg coming through the portal.
Shadow Queen, moving like a shadow, used her glowing Phantom Strands to silently cut down enemies one after another. Her silence field made it impossible for the Zerg to hear or react before being struck.
Ben Stark, with his glowing sword, blocked and countered the Zerg attacks, cutting them down with fast moves and sharp strikes.
Fangstrike, leaping from one Zerg to another, slashed with his deadly claws, tearing through their armor and leaving only pieces behind.
Beast, in his tiger form, used his strength and sharp teeth to bite and throw Zerg like they were small fish. His growls filled the battlefield.
Meanwhile, Sasha, holding her last two arrows, arrived near the wand which was made from the Astra Cube and opened the portal.
Bloodweb helped her reach there with quick web swings.
There, Sasha noticed Dr. Selvig, who had silently arrived under Robert’s orders, to investigate the wormhole opened by the wand.
Sasha quickly asked, "Dr. Selvig! How can we close the wormhole?"
Dr. Selvig answered seriously, "We need Loki’s scepter. It’s the key to shutting it down."
Just then, Hawkman looked up at STARK Tower and said, "The scepter is there! Loki must’ve dropped it when Thor was beating him."
"I’ll get it," said Black Scythe. He threw his curved scythe high into the sky—
The weapon flew fast, caught the scepter with its hook-like blade, and returned to him.
"I have Loki’s scepter!" he shouted after catching it.
He then flew quickly toward the wand, holding the scepter tightly.
"Okay," said John, looking at the portal, "Now we just need to wait for Sharky before we close the wormhole."
Everyone turned their eyes to the sky, not knowing when Sharky would return.
---
Meanwhile, inside the wormhole, Sharky stood alone—facing an entire army of Zerg, Titan Zerg, and the monstrous Behemoth Zerg.
The Behemoth Zerg were twice the size of the Titan Zerg—towering giants with terrifying strength.
Sharky looked calmly at one massive Zerg wearing a dark crown—clearly the leader, bigger and scarier than all the rest.
"So, will you return quietly, or should I massacre your whole army?" Sharky asked, his voice firm.
The crowned Zerg, known as King Zerg, laughed.
"Hah! You puny creature dare challenge me? You’re talking above your worth. Someone teach him a lesson!" he ordered, clearly not taking Sharky seriously.
