"I guess I am." Kai responded, his expression calm. He could tell that she was much more powerful than him, but he wasn’t worried.

She smiled at Kai, and then spread her hands slowly. "Fine," she said. The staff no longer floated but landed on his hands, and the moment that it touched her, runes lit up along the staff.

"Let’s see how you hold up against me." She said and then rolled her staff over her head, the crystal shined bright, and then she pointed it forward at Kai. Multiple purple magical formations formed, stacking on each other and rotating.

"Let’s see how you handle this." She said.

"Oh shit, she really is going all out," Kai thought. He turned around and immediately dashed as fast as he could.

"Hahahahah, don’t run away now!" she yelled. "The party is just getting started."

BOOM

CRACKLE!

The purple lightning ripped through the air, as large as a human, carrying so much force that it ripped the ground beneath it, throwing debris in every direction.

"I’m not outrunning this, not that I need to either way," Kai said. He planted his foot deep into the ground hard. He gripped his sword.

[LordGooner143: You seriously want to tank that?]

[Savage-Rider22: That’s at least a C spell, it will surely pack a punch]

[CrimsonWolf: Cut through, cut through]

Kai looked at the chats, he couldn’t help but smile, he had some cool viewers now.

"I have to show them that I’m special, keep your eyes on me."

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Kai roared as he slashed with everything that he had. His sword cut into the lightning, the blast slammed into the blade. He pushed hard with everything that he could muster. He cut right through the lightning.

After the blast passed, the ground beside him was destroyed, but where he stood and behind him was untouched. He looked at the mage in the distance.

She was genuinely surprised that he had managed to stop that.

Kai smiled, he gripped his sword and was ready to charge ahead. He could feel his strength rising as his views continued to climb very quickly.

He blasted forward like a rocket, his foot barely touching the ground before he pressed the next one.

"Haha, seems like this will actually be a good fight." The mage said. She spun her staff around and then stomped the bottom into the ground, creating a blast of flames that rushed outward.

Kai leaped over the flames. He was mid-air when the mage pointed her staff at him, her eyes shined and she smiled, feeling like she had caught him now that he was in the air.

Kai knew that was what she was thinking right now, but he wasn’t worried.

"Butterfly dance," he muttered before twisting his body in an extremely unusual way at just the right time, evading the fireball that she shot at him.

She was stunned by his movements in that moment. She pulled her staff back and was about to cast another spell, but in that time already Kai had landed on the ground. He pressed forward almost instantly, thrusting his sword at her.

Her eyes followed the blade. She got a counter ready and was about to use it, but the attack never reached her, and the blade was pulled back. She looked up in shock and saw that Kai had already vanished from her sight.

Very quickly she spun around, just in time to see the blade coming right for her head. She used her staff and blocked the attack. The blade struck it hard and she was thrown back hard. She slammed into the ground and rolled until she came to a stop.

That very moment, the entire chat erupted,

[GrimEater22: Whoa, that was crazy, he moved so fast she couldn’t follow]

[Frostbite-Dragon: That was something else]

[LordGooner143: You tossing a beautiful lady around, shame]

His viewers had risen even more now, he was getting to six thousand views.

Kai looked at the views, he wanted to impress even more, ensure that his new viewers stayed now that they had come.

"Come on, get on your feet, will you let this low level defeat you?" Kai asked in a provoking tone.

"Hahaha, you are a cocky brat," she said as she rose to her feet, grabbed her staff and looked right at him.

"Let me see just how far your strength can go." She lifted her staff above her head, the crystal glowed bright, and so did her eyes, the runes on the staff lit up even more.

The wind picked up around her like a vortex, and then a magical circle formed above her staff. It spun around slowly, and from it blood-red flames swirled and formed a ball above her staff.

She looked at Kai. "Let’s see how you hold up against my true strength, the strength of the Arcane Mage class." She said, completely confident.

Kai looked at the fireball forming above her, with a glance alone he knew that it was extremely powerful.

"Since we are going all out, I might as well honor you and show something worth it as well," Kai said.

He activated the Crimson Dragon mode with only a thought, his entire armor erupted with burning hot flames, the crimson glow illuminated the surroundings.

Kai stood there, looking like some sort of angelic warrior.

[Savage-Rider22: WTH?]

The mage looked at the armor, stunned by the flames, but her shock shifted into excitement.

"Hahaha, this just got even more fun." She said in excitement and then hurled the massive fireball at Kai.

The flames from the fireball burned things before they even touched.

Kai rushed toward the flames, his speed reaching an all-time high. He leaped into the air, sword in both hands.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" Kai slashed down, his blade cutting right through the fireball.

BOOOOOOOOM!

The explosion rattled the air, shaking everything around it with immense destructive power.

The mage looked in shock, she didn’t expect that one of her most powerful spells would be cut through.
