Kai looked at the raiders with a grin on his face, he scanned them with appraisal, and the strongest here was level twenty. Normally, no level one would dare take on such a high level, but not Kai.

With the backing of five thousand viewers giving him strength, the numerous buffs from Mira and an SSS-ranked sword style, he was pretty good.

"Come on, attack already, are you scared of the low level nobody?" Kai said in a mocking tone, hoping to push them into action, and it worked.

"Shut your filthy gutter hole." One of them roared and rushed ahead, wielding two blades. He leaped into the air when he was close and unleashed two slashes, two invisible arcs ripped through the air and came right for Kai.

Kai backed away fast, the slashes cut into the ground, causing an explosion as they hit.

"That’s a pretty good sword skill, tch, seems they have some good stuff in their bags," Kai thought while still in motion.

The raider burst out of the smoke a moment later, running forward with his upper body leaned forward and both hands at his back like some sort of ninja.

He got into range and immediately leaped off the ground, spun and went for a slash.

Clang!

Kai blocked the first slash, only for a second to come, he weaved it by leaning backwards, but this raider seemed to have the agility level of a cat, his feet barely even touched the ground before he sprang for another attack immediately, thrusting both blades at the same time.

"Don’t get so cocky," Kai said and slashed downward, parrying both attacks in one swing, his eyes pinned on the raider, he had the opening, but in the mind of the raider, Kai couldn’t do anything, because Kai’s sword was out of the way.

Kai smiled before suddenly pressing forward, immediately headbutting the raider.

"Ah!"

The raider screamed in pain and staggered backwards, his head hurting badly, even his health dropped a little.

"Don’t expect me to fight normal." He heard Kai’s voice, looked up to see him. Kai was coming in hot with a slash, the raider reacted extremely fast, wanting to block the attack, but suddenly Kai let go of the sword, and it fell from above.

The raider wasn’t expecting this at all, Kai used his left hand, grabbed the sword down there and went for a slash into the guts of the raider.

Blood burst out instantly, splashing in every direction, the raider’s eyes were wide in shock as he flew backwards and slammed into the ground hard.

The chat exploded after that, everyone went crazy after that feint move that Kai pulled off. The other raiders looked in shock as their member was cut down, he wasn’t dead yet, but if he didn’t take a health potion or something fast, he would.

Kai looked at the rest, "You better come all at once, if you don’t want to die, that is." His tone was extremely smug, he looked like he was mocking them.

"You bastard," the leader growled heavily, "I’ll make sure you kiss the ground and beg for mercy." He roared, planting his foot and exploded forward.

BOOM

The ground cracked, debris flying in every direction. His sword gleamed, a fine silver sword with engravings on it, the engravings slowly started lighting up into a fiery orange and not long after.

Flames covered the sword as he approached, eyes burning with the intense desire to cut down Kai. The other raiders didn’t stay out as well, they all rushed in to have a taste of the fun.

Kai looked at them and smiled, "So many ways I could handle this, but I guess now’s not the time." After saying that, he charged ahead.

"Butterfly Dance."

His body immediately sped up, and his movements immediately became unpredictable.

The leader slashed for his head, but Kai slid under the attack, he then planted his foot, forcing a very quick brake, eyes snapping to the back, he locked onto the leader and pushed to attack, but a raider intercepted.

"Arghhhhhhh!" The raider wielded a massive great sword, he stomped his foot into the ground hard and slashed with all his might.

Kai saw the attack coming and didn’t even bother to block, he leaped into the air, the attack went under him. Kai landed on the ground, and before the raider could recover, he burst forward, thrusting his sword through the neck, blood gushed out from behind and the raider fell off the sword.

Kai ignored the notification and focused on two raiders that were attacking from different sides. The first one came in hard with a slash, Kai very quickly parried the attack, and then proceeded to kick him back, giving enough time to block the attack of the second.

CLANG!

Kai believed he had stopped that attack, only for the raider to suddenly smile, taking one hand off the sword, and in his hand was a small round blue crystal ball.

"Shit," Kai cursed, the raider tossed the ball at Kai, Kai tried to get away fast, but the ball slammed into his chest and shattered, instantly a powerful lightning spell that had been stuck inside it exploded outward, throwing Kai back very fast.

Kai hurled through the air and slammed into a house hard, the walls cracked and he almost went through.

"Arghhhh," Kai groaned as he slowly got up, that hit alone had taken twenty percent of his health, but it immediately started regenerating, the blessing buff was kicking in.

The leader and the remaining three men looked at Kai, seeing his health regenerate before their eyes.

"He can regenerate health," the raider that used the orb said in shock.

"Who the hell is this dude and what is he even doing in this small town, there is no way this dude is a low level," another said.
