Chapter 272 - 242 Endo Play The Legend of Zelda 4
Zabo-man becomes a hidden boss! Zabo-man stood before Link, wielding a massive axe, his entire presence radiating menace. Unlike any enemy before him, Zabo-man didn't just charge mindlessly—he had precise, devastating attacks. His first move was a rapid spinning slash, forcing Endo to time his shield blocks perfectly. One mistimed block, and he would lose half his health in an instant.
"Whoa! Chill, Zabo-man!" Endo shouted as he barely managed to block the onslaught. He gritted his teeth, trying to find an opening to strike. Every attack was relentless, Zabo-man giving him no time to breathe.
Zabo-man then leapt into the air and came crashing down, his axe glowing with an eerie light. The impact sent shockwaves through the ground, forcing Endo to roll out of the way at the last second. Before Endo could counterattack, Zabo-man's axe crackled with power, its edges shining bright red. A message flashed on the screen: "Zabo-man's Axe is now enhanced. This attack cannot be blocked!"
Endo's heart pounded. He had no choice but to dodge, rolling frantically to avoid the powerful swings. He mistimed a dodge once, and the axe caught him, reducing his health to just one heart. Panic set in, but he refused to give up. He quickly equipped a potion, restoring his health just in time to dodge another deadly strike. He circled Zabo-man, waiting for the right moment, and as soon as the enemy finished an attack sequence, Endo struck with precision. The battle raged on, his hands moving on instinct, executing flawless counterattacks whenever an opening appeared. After an exhausting fight, Zabo-man finally staggered, his form flickering. He knelt on one knee, looking at Link.
"Yo...u... arrre... very... cool..." Zabo-man groaned before fading into nothingness, leaving behind a Heart Container.
Endo exhaled, wiping his forehead. "Not bad, Zabo-man."
With Zabo-man defeated, he pressed on through the labyrinthine halls of Death Mountain. He knew the final battle was near when he discovered the Silver Arrows. A small description appeared beneath the item: "Essential for defeating Ganon."
Endo smirked. "Yeah, I figured as much. Alright, let's do this."
He continued deeper into the dungeon, battling past Ganon's elite guards until he finally arrived at the throne room. The air felt heavy, and the music took on a sinister tone. The moment he stepped inside, the room darkened, and Ganon's massive form appeared before him. Without warning, Ganon vanished into thin air.
"What the hell?! He's invisible?!" Endo shouted in frustration as fireballs suddenly erupted from seemingly nowhere, forcing him to react on instinct. He tried wildly swinging his sword, but it was useless—he couldn't land a hit if he couldn't see his target.
He quickly realized he had to predict Ganon's movements by tracking the trajectory of the fireballs. His shield absorbed most of the attacks, but timing was critical. After several failed attempts, he finally landed a hit. Ganon's form flickered briefly before disappearing again.
"That's it! I just need to hit him a few more times!"
With newfound determination, Endo adjusted his strategy, anticipating each attack before countering. He timed his strikes perfectly, landing hit after hit, chipping away at Ganon's power. The battle was grueling, Ganon teleporting unpredictably and unleashing fireballs in rapid succession. Every mistake meant losing valuable health. Endo's focus was razor-sharp, his heart racing as he maneuvered around the battlefield.
After seven precise blows, Ganon suddenly turned bright red. A message appeared on screen: "Silver Arrow Required."
Endo's eyes gleamed with excitement. He quickly switched to the Silver Arrows, aimed carefully, and fired. The glowing projectile struck Ganon dead center, causing his form to disintegrate into pixels. The room fell silent.
"Heh! Take that, you invisible bastard!" Endo cheered, raising his arms in victory.
A secret door creaked open, revealing Princess Zelda. She was surrounded by a wall of flames. Without hesitation, Endo guided Link forward, striking the flames with his sword to dispel them. Zelda turned toward him, her expression filled with gratitude.
A short dialogue played, Zelda thanking Link for his bravery. With the Triforce of Power now reclaimed from Ganon and reunited with the Triforce of Wisdom, peace could finally return to Hyrule. The screen faded to black, and the words "Thank you, Link! You are the Hero of Hyrule!" appeared, marking the game's completion.
Endo leaned back, exhaling deeply. "Damn, that was an amazing game."
But just as he was about to put the controller down, a new message appeared on the screen: "Second Quest Unlocked."
His brow raised. "Second Quest?"

He scrolled through the newly unlocked menu, reading the description: "A harder challenge for experienced players. Stronger enemies, new dungeon layouts, and no mercy."
Endo grinned. "Oh, this is exactly what I need! Alright, let's see what you've got, Second Quest!"
Without hesitation, he pressed start, ready to take on an even greater challenge.
