Affinity: Chaos-Chapter 1527 Special Privileges
Bang!
Grey's body slammed off the ground, and he used the momentum to shoot straight at the man. Leaving a trail of lightning, his figure shot into the cyclone once again and the man was able to once again send him out of the cyclone with an attack.
'Damn it!'
Grey yelled inside as his figure was forced out of the cyclone once again. The man was in the middle of the cyclone, if he wanted to get to the man, then he needed to get past the cyclone which the man set up.
This time, Grey brought out his inscriptions. One massive inscription appeared above the man's head and without hesitation, Grey let it loose. He didn't create two inscriptions since he wanted to maximize the attack power.
The man looked up and saw a rain of flaming arrows. In a single glance, he saw over two hundred, all grouped in the same area. It was chilling to look at, but the man didn't show any signs of fear.
A large wind blade was sent out by the man as it collided with the arrows, causing a powerful impact.
The man remained in the same spot as the impact of the attack hit him. His clothes fluttered in the wind, but he remained in the same spot.
Grey's figure suddenly appeared, breaking through the cyclone as he attacked.
The man turned to face Grey's attack. Just as he was striking Grey, something shocking happened. His attack passed through Grey, not halting his movements in any way.
The eyes of the man showed shock, and he reacted quickly to this. He has felt some of the force of Grey's attack, and knew it was suicidal to let him get this close to him.
He was about to retreat when it suddenly felt like the weight of an entire mountain was dropped on him. He lost his balance and fell to the ground, leaving the safety of his cyclone.
That was not all, a large inscription, just like the one the man blocked its attack a few moments ago appeared under him, and it attacked. This time, raging flames burst forth from it.
Above him, Grey was coming down on him, while his body was dropping down like a mountain dropped from the sky.
As he plummeted down, he was soon engulfed by Grey's raging flames, and Grey, covered in flames shot into the flames as well.
Bam! Boom! Bang!
A figure shot out of the flames, and it wasn't that of the man, rather, it was Grey's figure. His body crashed into the side of the mountain.
The inscription cracked, and it was destroyed by ravaging winds. The man stood in the air, a Wolf made entirely from the wind element was standing behind him. It looked so lifelike that it was almost hard to deny it wasn't.
The Wolf howled, and with the help of the wind element, it created the lifelike sound of a howling Wolf and charged straight at Grey, who was picking himself up from the rubble.
Bang!
The Wolf crashed down, and Grey managed to dodge it by a hair's breadth. His left tricep was scratched by the claws of the Wolf, and blood started to gush out. He almost couldn't believe his eyes. He could sense the immense energy inside the Wolf and knew it was a product of elemental essence, he just didn't know how it was possible.
This was different from Reynolds' Elemental Warrior.
The man stayed in the same spot, not attacking as he watched his Wolf bombard Grey.
Grey's body was fully covered by lightning as he escaped from the attacks of the Wolf. The Wolf was too fast and it always caught up to him.
'Fuck!'
Grey couldn't help but curse out. He tried to teleport close to the man, but he couldn't. The man's cyclone was coming up once again.
These cyclones weren't like normal ones. It makes it almost impossible to use the space element within the space of the cyclone as the wind current destroys the spatial doors there. This meant there's no way to create this there, unless Grey was vastly superior to the man, which he isn't.
The man soon moved forward, cutting off Grey's path of escape.
"Hehe, kid, you've delayed this for too long. I have some things to do." The man chuckled. He couldn't hide the fact that he was impressed by Grey's performance so far.
Grey looked at the man, placed in such a difficult position. He couldn't bring out Klaus now since he needed to wait for the perfect opportunity, if not, Klaus' appearance would be a waste of time.
'Void, I need your help. The bunny leader will bring Klaus out after the opportunity is created.'
Void didn't argue with Grey and came out, his figure grew, and he was over two meters tall, and well over four meters long. He looked at the Wolf and gave a roar that could shake mountains.
"Oh, what a nice kitty." The man commented.
"Who are you calling a kitty?" Void snapped at the man.
The man paused when he heard Void speak, he then laughed, "Haha, my granddaughter will love having you."
"I'll kill her too, so you can play with her in the afterlife." Void bared his fangs.
The Wolf attacked, but Void straight up smacked the Wolf to the side.
Grey couldn't help but laugh, the man provoked Void.
'I thought you liked being called a kitty?' He was a little confused.
'Only female humans have that privilege.' Void's tone contained anger.
Grey was taken aback when he heard Void's explanation. When he thought about it, Void does seem to enjoy the company of ladies more than he does with men. He had never really thought about it before, but seeing his reaction now, and hearing it from him, he realized this.
He didn't bother with it since he had to focus on the fight. Void's use was to handle the Wolf.
