"If you’re cold, get in the car. I’ve prepared hot boiled water for you," James Black whispered as he kissed the top of Jane Sampson’s hair.

No matter how much she had annoyed him before the flight, the moment he saw her all of it seemed to fade away, leaving only the joy of her return and his affection for her.

"Okay," Jane Sampson nodded, but unexpectedly fished out the car key from James Black’s coat pocket, then giggled, opened the driver’s car door, and quickly sat down. Only after she settled in did she turn her head to urge James Black, "Hurry up and put my suitcase away then get on. For such a big gentleman, why are you so slow? Hurry up, I can’t wait to get back to sleep!"

James Black paused for a few seconds, then snorted, placed her luggage in the trunk, and then circled around to the co-pilot seat.

After James Black buckled his seatbelt, Jane Sampson touched around the center console.
