Yandere Milfs Devouring In Eroge Game
Chapter 132: Blood on Ice, Whispers in Sheets
Kai walked down the sloping stone tunnel while the deafening roar of the arena crowd faded behind him.
He wiped a streak of warm blood from his cheek and sheathed his voidglass dagger.
His chest heaved with exertion, and a thin layer of sweat coated his bare arms.
Shadows clung to the alcoves lining the exit path, offering a brief respite from the blinding sun.
Yena stepped out from a recessed archway the moment he cleared the gates. She didn’t waste time with polite greetings. 𝘧𝘳𝘦ℯ𝓌𝘦𝒷𝘯𝑜𝑣𝘦𝓁.𝒸𝘰𝓂
Grabbing him by the shoulders, she pulled him into a breathless embrace. Her hands immediately mapped his torso to check for fatal wounds, sliding over his ribs and down his waist with a frantic, searching energy.
"You’re in one piece," Yena whispered against his neck. Her breathing felt ragged, and the proximity sent a jolt of heat straight to his groin.
"I promised you I would survive," Kai murmured, letting his hands rest firmly on her hips.
"You don’t need to worry about me."
"I’m not worried," Yena lied smoothly, pulling back just enough to look into his eyes. Her amber gaze drifted down to his lips, filled with an undeniable hunger.
"I just wanted to make sure my new asset was still functional."
’She is so close to breaking her own rules again,’ Kai thought, feeling a very familiar ache building in his lower stomach.
’But we need to get off the street first.’
They moved quickly through the bustling market districts to avoid drawing a direct mob.
News of his flawless victory spread like wildfire across Sunfall Oasis. Kai kept his linen hood pulled low, but he could easily hear the noblewomen talking about him as he walked past their shaded pavilions.
"Did you see how he froze the entire floor?" a woman in blue silk gossiped to her friends while sipping palm wine.
"He moved like a demon from the old tales. He just slaughtered them all."
"He didn’t even look tired," another noblewoman replied, biting her bottom lip.
"I want him for my private collection. I would pay a fortune to chain him to my bedpost."
"You don’t stand a chance, Mira," a third voice laughed cruelly.
"The Matriarch watched him the entire time. She never does that. He belongs to the palace now."
Kai offered a small smile beneath his hood. The rumor mill was working perfectly in his favor. Building a reputation as an untouchable prize made him infinitely more valuable to the desert queen.
Reaching the safety of The Scarlet Lotus brought a welcome relief from the prying eyes. Kai locked the door of room twelve and immediately stripped his ruined linen shirt off his shoulders.
He tossed the bloody fabric into the corner and sat down on the edge of the mattress.
Yena poured warm water from a pitcher into the copper washbasin.
She grabbed a clean cloth and walked over to stand directly between his parted knees.
"Hold still," Yena instructed quietly.
She began washing the dried blood from his chest and arms. Her touch was remarkably gentle, yet it carried an electric current that made his skin burn.
She traced the hard lines of his stomach, wiping away the grime from the arena, and her eyes darkened noticeably.
Kai placed his hands on her upper thighs, pulling her just a fraction closer so her hips brushed directly against his waist. He looked up at her flushed face, feeling the intense sexual tension suffocating the small room.
"You are staring again," Yena noted huskily.
She dragged the wet cloth slowly over his collarbone, letting her fingertips linger against his bare flesh.
"You make it very hard to look anywhere else," Kai replied. He leaned forward to kiss the soft skin of her stomach right above her leather belt.
Yena gasped quietly and tangled her fingers in his hair.
She pressed her lower body against his face for a fleeting, desperate second, clearly fighting a losing battle against her own desires.
The room felt too small to contain the wild heat radiating between them.
"We need to talk about the palace," Yena breathed out, reluctantly stepping back to put a few inches of space between them.
"Before we get distracted and forget why we are actually here."
Kai sighed and leaned back on his hands, admiring the way she tried to maintain her focus.
He liked a woman who prioritized survival, even when she was clearly turned on.
"The nobles are practically begging to buy me," Kai said, shifting his mind back to the strategy. "I heard them offering fortunes just to put a collar on me."
"That is why you have to reject every single one of them," Yena advised, tossing the bloodied cloth into the basin. She sat down next to him on the bed.
"The Matriarch hates sharing her toys. If she sees you entertaining other women, she will see you as common property."
’She is a tactical genius,’ Kai thought, nodding slowly. ’Playing hard to get will drive an arrogant queen crazy.’
"So I reject all their advances," Kai concluded, looking at the black envelope resting on the wooden table.
"I act like none of them are worthy of my time. I will show them I’m not a desperate slave looking for a master. I am a predator choosing a partner. If a Baroness offers me gold, I will insult her wealth. If a Duchess offers me her bed, I will tell her she is too boring."
"Exactly," Yena smiled, tracing a light pattern on his bare knee.
"The Matriarch surrounds herself with subservient men. If you walk into her court acting like a king, she will not know how to handle you. Make her feel like she is the only woman powerful enough to hold your attention. If you make her chase you, she will lower her guard."
"You are brilliant," Kai praised her, catching her wandering hand and kissing her knuckles.
"And you look beautiful when you plot treason."
Yena laughed softly and bumped her shoulder against his chest.
They spent the next hour detailing the noble houses and identifying the key players inside the royal court.
Kai absorbed every piece of information she offered because surviving the inner sanctum required a flawless performance.
Night settled completely over Sunfall Oasis, bringing a cool breeze through the open balcony doors.
Kai stepped outside and rested his forearms on the stone railing. The city sprawled out beneath him in a sea of flickering lanterns and torchlight. Far in the distance, the grand spires of the royal palace glowed with a menacing, unnatural light.
He felt the familiar buzzing energy in his core, eager for the violence and conquest waiting behind those golden gates.
He was going to walk into the snake pit tomorrow, and he planned to walk out carrying the Matriarch’s head.
Yena stepped out onto the balcony and wrapped her arms around his waist from behind. She pressed her cheek against his bare back, letting the heat of her body seep into his skin.
"It looks peaceful from up here," Yena whispered.
"It will not be peaceful for long," Kai promised, turning his head to look at her.
She gazed up at him with a potent mixture of raw desire and lingering worry.
The trials tomorrow would test everything they had built together over the last few days.
Kai wrapped his arm around her shoulders and pulled her flush against his side, silently swearing to tear the palace apart if anyone tried to stop him.
