Chapter 94: Chapter Ninety Three

He did not walk quickly. He moved with a slow, silent grace that instantly commanded the absolute attention of every single person in the room. His bare footsteps made absolutely no sound against the thick red carpet.

Camilla’s eyes widened slightly as she took in his spectacular appearance.

He was completely different from the first five men. He did not look like a polite, charming, soft companion. He looked untamed. He looked dangerously beautiful.

He had incredibly deep, rich, dark brown skin. His complexion was absolutely flawless, glowing warmly and smoothly in the dim, romantic, flickering light of the crystal lamps.

He possessed a heavily muscled, perfect V-shaped torso. His chest was incredibly wide and thick, tapering down to a narrow, firm waist. He had sharply defined, hard abdominal muscles that looked like a perfect row of dark chocolate squares, and very broad shoulders that looked strong enough to carry a heavy boulder.

He was completely bare-chested. He wore absolutely no shirt at all.

He was wearing only a simple, thin, dark red muslin lower garment that hung very low on his hips, tied loosely at the side with a simple braided rope.

He had incredibly thick, untamed, jet-black hair. The dark strands fell in long, textured, beautiful waves completely past his collarbones, framing his strong, sharp jawline perfectly.

As he walked into the room, the dim light caught the flash of metal. He wore thick, shiny armbands wrapped tightly around his large, bulging biceps, and matching wrist cuffs. He looked like an exclusive deal.

The man stopped walking. He stood directly in the very center of the room, standing slightly in front of the other five men.

He did not smile a polite, fake smile. He just looked directly at Camilla. His eyes were intense, deep, smoldering, and highly mysterious.

Camilla looked closely at his incredibly fluid movements. She looked at his perfectly balanced posture, the way he held his core tight, and the quiet, controlled way he breathed.

"Ah," Camilla thought to herself instantly, her mind analyzing his physical build. "I see. He is a dancer. His center of gravity is completely different from a normal man. He has incredible flexibility and raw strength. He is definitely a very expensive performer."

While Camilla was completely busy admiring the beautiful, muscular dancer standing in front of her, Zade and Austin were having a highly frantic, furious, whispered conversation on the smaller velvet sofa across the table.

Zade leaned over aggressively. He grabbed Austin roughly by the collar of his wrinkled green coat, pulling his friend close.

"You complete idiot!" Zade hissed angrily directly into his friend’s ear, making sure Camilla could not hear them over the soft music. "Vea already left! She moved away to the southern city two weeks ago!"

Austin blinked, looking highly confused. "She did?" Austin whispered back, his brown eyes wide.

"Yes!" Zade whispered fiercely, giving his friend’s collar a tiny shake. "Have you completely forgotten? That is exactly why I was so incredibly sad! That is why I went drinking and why you accompanied me, and why we both got kidnapped and brutally beaten by those terrible thugs!"

Austin blinked rapidly. The painful memory of slowly returned to his brain. He raised his hand and slapped his open palm hard against his own forehead.

"Oh, yes," Austin whispered back, rubbing his forehead in shame. "I forgot. I’m sorry. My memory is terrible."

Austin leaned closer to Zade. He looked nervously at the six men standing in the center of the room. Then, he looked over the glass table at Camilla, who was currently staring very intently at the dark-skinned dancer.

A sudden, terrifying thought entered Austin’s mind. His face turned completely pale again.

"But Zade," Austin whispered, his voice shaking with genuine, deep, mortal terror. He pointed a shaking finger discreetly toward Camilla. "Your sister... she has a husband!"

Zade rolled his eyes. "I know that."

"She is completely married to the Tyrant General!" Austin continued whispering frantically, his voice cracking with fear. "The most ruthless, terrifying military commander in the entire kingdom! Don’t you think this is highly, incredibly inappropriate? If the General finds out you brought his legal wife to a secret establishment filled with half-naked men, he will ride his warhorse right through that wall! He will chop both our heads off with a dull sword and feed our bodies to the dogs!"

Zade did not look scared of Damon at all. In fact, Zade looked very proud of his masterful, brilliant plan.

"What do you know, Austin?" Zade replied, defending himself in a fierce, confident whisper. He puffed his chest out slightly under his dark purple coat. "I am not doing anything inappropriate. I am being a very caring, highly responsible younger brother. I am actively treating her terrible illness."

Austin frowned in deep, profound confusion. He looked back at Camilla. She was sitting gracefully on the red velvet sofa, looking perfectly healthy and glowing. She did not look sick at all.

"What kind of illness is that?" Austin asked quietly, raising a confused eyebrow. "She looks completely fine to me. She looks healthier than both of us combined."

Zade shook his head sadly. He looked at his older sister with an expression of deep, tragic pity.

"It is a very serious, very tragic psychological condition," Zade replied, his voice dropping into a dramatic, highly serious whisper. "Late-stage love struck."

Austin nodded slowly, listening to the strange diagnosis very carefully.

Zade leaned closer, explaining his brilliant theory to his friend.

"Listen to me, Austin," Zade explained softly, acting like a wise professor. "Women naturally love handsome, highly capable men. It is a fundamental fact of nature. They want to be loved and cherished."

Zade pointed an accusing finger upward toward the ceiling, referring to the General.

"And there are over a million men in this kingdom, and the next kingdom, and throughout the whole entire realm," Zade argued passionately, his whisper filled with deep frustration. "Why should I let my beautiful, wonderful sister suffer in silence? Why let her cry alone in a dark room over one cold, heartless, grumpy man who won’t ever return her true feelings?"

Zade crossed his arms firmly over his chest. He looked completely and utterly satisfied with his own flawless logic.

"He would soon be an ex-husband anyway," Zade whispered confidently, nodding his head. "She is clearly very unhappy. A divorce is completely inevitable at this point. So what are we afraid of?"

Zade gestured proudly with his hand toward the six spectacular, muscular men standing in the room.

"I just want to show her the absolute truth," Zade concluded happily, a wide grin spreading across his face. "I just want to show her that if she finally signs those divorce papers and leaves that Tyrant General behind, she has many, many other excellent, very handsome, very willing good options waiting for her out here in the real world."

Austin listened closely to Zade’s passionate, highly detailed speech. He thought about the terrifying General who never smiled. Then, he looked at Camilla, who was currently staring at the dancer’s abdominal muscles with a very pleased, happy expression.

Austin decided that Zade was absolutely right. Zade was a genius, and Zade was a wonderful brother trying to cure his sister’s sad heart.

Austin nodded his head rapidly in total agreement.

"Yes, yes," Austin whispered back, patting Zade on the shoulder supportively. "You are absolutely right, Zade. You are a good man. Let her see the options."

Zade smiled proudly, glad that his friend finally understood the brilliance of the master plan.

Zade turned his attention away from Austin and looked back toward the center of the luxurious room. The five handsome men were still standing perfectly still, looking incredibly sexy, waiting patiently for the Lady’s final approval before they began their service.

Zade sat up completely straight on his smaller velvet sofa. He smiled a wide, highly encouraging smile.

"Well," Zade announced cheerfully, his voice breaking the quiet whisper and speaking clearly to the men in the room. "What are you all waiting for?"

Zade gestured his hand warmly toward Camilla, who was sitting perfectly poised on the large red sofa.

"Please," Zade commanded smoothly, leaning back and resting his arms on the back of his sofa. "Introduce yourselves properly to my sister."
