The five divine beings were caught off guard and could only watch him go. When they realized that something was wrong, he was already gone.

When Loki entered the River of Time, he realized that something was different this time around. What was different was that he felt bloated and heavy.

His mind felt sluggish, so he couldn’t control where to stop. He could only allow Fenrir to go upstream until Fenrir had to stop or got too tired to go further. This was because his Mental World was too busy digesting the mountain in his mind.

The byproduct of this fusion caused some of Loki’s power to be revealed in his aura. An aura of ancient might emanated from him and pressed down on everyone in the awakening. The power of the aura was so great that it made them breathless.

As the majesty of his powerful presence fell on them, they became light-headed and began to swoon. Then they began to faint one by one.

The rank 1 initiates were the first to faint. They fell down en masse like a pack of sheep surrendering to a wolf. There was no resistance on their part.

Even Slav fell to the ground and fainted. Then Muni followed along a few seconds later. This left Loki as the only one still conscious in the awakening room.

He realized that the fusion would take a long time, so he sat down on the ground to become comfortable. Then he focused his attention on his mind.

When he had advanced to rank 5, the fragment of the heart of the world had fused with both his Energy Well and his Mind Palace. The result of the simultaneous fusion was a Power Core and a Mental World.

This time, the heart of the world was fused with both his Power Core and his Mental World. But it wasn’t fusing with them separately like before. Instead, it was taking the three of them and combining them together.

Loki had heard something about this from the rank 5 seer of the information broker shop. So he had an inclination of what the result of the fusion could be, and his heart was full of expectations.

He remained seated on the ground for more than six hours. Everyone remained unconscious because his majestic presence was still pressing down on them. The pressure of his presence was both physical and mental, so their minds would remain scattered as long as he remained near them.

It was nearly seven hours later when the fusion finished, and he regained control of his power. Because of this, his majestic presence was finally curbed, and the people were spared from suffering in his presence.

There are two main changes to his state of existence since the Heavenly Battlefield started. The first change was that he stopped being a human and became a dragon.

The physical feature that indicates that he is no longer a human is the singular golden horn on his head and the transformation of his black pupils into golden hexagonal pupils.

Aside from these changes to his body, he looked no different from other humans. But anyone who has seen or killed dragons before will be able to tell at a glance that he is a dragon pretending to be a human.

This new identity of his made him say to himself with mirth, ’So will I be hunted for my dragon heart now, too?’

He was joking about being hunted, but this is a possibility that he takes very seriously.
