But after she heard how steady and eerily calm his tone was, She as a woman in business realised he means business, it is not an rushed irrational decision, Her brother thought it through.

This made Amara rather than afraid of him proud, making her heart swell in pride.

It should be given to anyone with that level of power and influence not to get there without dirtying their hands…..Or rather more appropriate to say take a dip into the gutter of filth to grab, feed, grow and twist particular "chicken" necks in order to be where they are right now.

She always feared her brother is too soft hearted for their world, after all, the same as she grabbing and twisting necks. That also exposed theirs too, She learned all this inner politics knowing when to use what confidence is. her own power to survive.

But she made the Alex heir of Winchester family giving up her own right, willing to be his shadow guardian always protecting him from harm, whether he sees it coming or not, She would make sure others do not pick on him.

The only issue was that her brother is too soft-hearted. She never thought he was willing to uproot the whole problem, thinking she needed to do work in secret to eliminate those threats.

She is not going to allow anyone to take advantage of his innocence, even if he is cunning and smart. She knows when it's really come to pull the trigger knowing you are taking others' lives, many so-called feminine females freeze.

Simply because it's easier to speak of something then actually doing it.

Amara actually did not tell the main reason why those military VR pods are realistic to him is that, it's simply to make young recruits numb from the psychological barrier of taking life, so when it comes to reality, they would not hesitate.

This is also the main reason why she brought him a VR game, Not just because of hype but simply to get him used to doing that as that game is hyper realistic one of it's kind, pushing current technology to limit.

But he not wanting to take risk nor he wanted Amara to take Jake lightly, below S-Rank are all ant is valid stealment but that can't be applied on to the protagonists.

"What do you mean He? And are you sure even in his weakened state he can use the peak A-Rank power?"

Amara was on full business mode as she already pulled out the black small brick breaker keypad phone from her pocket as she was already activating her assets and contacts in the system, mobilising it to cover for Alex making sure he was not implicated.

But then her finger typing the code on the keypad stopped as she asked Alex in a deathly hauntingly empty cold tone.

He revealed it was not a woman but some man she was not aware of that her dear brother wanted dead, wanting her to handle the rest of the stuff afterwards.

She paused and asked not because she can't do it, even if men are protected, given extra privilege and immunity by law, but law is just rather suggestions and guidelines once you either have power or money, and they has both.

No, she paused because Alex revealed a scary fact. Even in a weakened state their enemy (His enemy is hers enemy) is Peak A-Rank, That means her brother wanted to kill S-Rank, in the city before sunset.

"Yeah, I am damn sure, His original strength before getting hurt was S-Rank."

Alex didn't explain or give her the reason why he wanted him dead, He simply revealed what Amara feared the most, He wanted to kill S-Rank, this changed things.

"So are you in or not?"
