As the car approached the Daniels estate, Diamond couldn’t help but nod her head with satisfaction, loving the place already.

It was very large. Much larger than her current ancestral home. One could imagine jus how rich Russ was. On her way here, Andrea, being the good son he was, has generously shared the basic information she needed regarding this family.

After all, she couldn’t just visit another home without knowing and understanding what she would be dealing with.

From what she has received, the current head or patriarch of the family was none other than Russ Daniels, a man who was thirty-three years of age. When she saw his picture, she couldn’t help but let out a whistle of satisfaction.

Russ is a man and nothing like the men she had been with. He is tall, with slightly darker skin, perhaps, it’s working under the sun that makes him look tanner than others, but his skin was healthy tanned. Despite seeing a photo of him well dressed, she could tell that he was a man with a nice build, muscles where in places they should be and most importantly, he is quite handsome.

He is the kind of man with a charm that just draws you in. No wonder why he could give birth to such a beautiful little girl, Gracelynn.

Above Russ were his parents who retired and currently enjoying traveling all over the world, and returning to the estate now and then.

Russ is the oldest in his family, having two younger siblings. The middle child is female and happily married in another country. The youngest, being male, didn’t pursue the path of business but chose something entirely different. He is a doctor and loves traveling to underprivileged places to provide his services. He is quite a philanthropist and a great doctor. He also married a fellow doctor and the two love birds are always traveling, while treating those who are in need.

As a result, the oldest child and the first male of the family, he got the inheritance rights to the family business. Thus, at the age of twenty-one, he was already taking part in the running of the business. When he reached the age of twenty-three, his father gave him the reins and the man ahs been running the family business efficiently ever since then.

In his time, the business even expanded. It could be said that Russ is a very hard-working man who is also family oriented. Andrea was kind enough to share with her about how Penny and Russ met. Her respect for Russ increased. Such a responsible man was hard to find nowadays.

As for Penny, she could only blame her for being born in such a family and at the same time, looked down upon her a bit for being a coward. If she only had learnt how to stand up for herself, show a backbone, she might have gone on a different path. Luckily for her, she met someone like Russ and now her life must be much better compared to how it would have been if Russ never happened.

As for feeling sorry for a fellow woman. Meeting her ex-boyfriend and getting betrayed by him and her ex best friend taught her quite a lot. In life, if you don’t stand up for yourself and wait for others to do so, then you can only suffer until you are six feet down.

It’s just like love. If you don’t love yourself, then don’t expect others to love you and give you their all. You are nothing special for them to even care.

It’s just that people like learning the hard way.

Anyway, still looking at the information, Diamond was even happy with Russ upon seeing that he loves his daughter and if things go the way they were, then Gracelynn might be taking over from her father in the future.

As the car was approaching the gates, they automatically opened and the car wasn’t stopped. She simply attributed the matter to the guards at the gate knowing who was coming. And that was indeed the truth.

The moment the car entered the gates, the news also reached Penny and Gracelynn inside.

"Mother, she is here!" Gracelynn excitedly said, jumping excitedly in her small shoes, looking so cute in her baby blue princess dress she has personally picked for this moment.

Looking at her cute daughter so happy, the mother felt pained but could only force a smile.

"Are you ready to meet your princess?"

Gracelynn nodded excitedly, completely unaware of her mother’s turbulent emotions.

"I am ready!" she firmly responded and looked at her mother with an eager expression that seems to relay, ’are we not going yet?’

Thus, the mother held her daughter’s small and chubby hand before gently and cautiously leading her out of the living room where they were, heading towards the mansion main entrance door.

There wasn’t much distance to cover, so in a while the mother and daughter pair were standing by the stairs as the black SUV gradually made its way to where they were.

The distance from the gate to the mansion was considerably long and Diamond had seen quite a lot of interesting things that made her click her tongue in frustration.

If only she had visited this estate before building her home, she would have taken some of these ideas and added them to her plan. Unfortunately, the project was already halfway. In six more months, it would be time to move in. She could only be content for now.

However, that didn’t spoil her mood. Simply because she couldn’t use the ideas on her current home didn’t mean that they couldn’t be used.

Wasn’t there the other project waiting to start?

After all, she was someone who now owns enough land to build a small town. How could these ideas not be used?
