Shattering Humanity

Back at the point of Katsu’s launch, Esau is still covered in a scary, blood colored SeiõrShield, with his soulless green eye looking down at the whimpering Princess of Roronora, the daughter of Don Laban DaeMon.

Suddenly, from out of thin air with her gorgeous Mach 1 SeiõrShield, Shelly swings her head and her tooth gripped katana blade downward towards the scowling man.

Laban, with a white SeiõrShield created from absorbed SeiõrSnow, rushes in and removes Rebekah from danger.

The blade of Shelly’s katana, covered in her golden pink SeiõrShield, is met with the reflective stainless steel of Esau’s Bowie knife covered in his bubbling, blood red Seiõr.

Shelly flies off the deflection and skids to an unbalanced stop on the cracked highway.

Esau pops off his IceEye to 2nd Stage, a smoldering grey aura comes from his alien eye and the skilled Seiõr user grabs the leather whip at his hip.

Itsuka, with her own crystal purple SeiõrShield, tries to sneak attack him from the back with her own SunSword, but the man dodges gracefully with a standing back hand spring.

While upside-down in his mid air ascend, Esau, uses his outrageously large hunting knife, to barely parry another one of Shelly’s incoming and returning Mach 1 attacks.

Esau: "Just because you can reach an impressive speed within a short distance..."

The blur of shining golden pink Seiõr, again ricochets off his blade and he sends Shelly flying into the trees, at her uncontrollable speed.

Esau: "... doesn’t mean you can stop yourself in the same distance. It seems your barbarian of a grandmother recklessly trusted you with too much potential."

While landing, he cracks the long 15ft(~5m) whip, the entire length of the weapon is covered in his personal red Seiõr.

The end of the whip wraps around Itsuka’s ankle, staying coated in his red Seiõr, even when touching her.

As Esau leaps back up, soaring high in the air, the athletic, top heavy man pulls the whip connected to Itsuka up towards him.

With his impressive strength, even with her strong legs braced to the ground, Esau pulls Itsuka upward by the ankle, flinging her 15 feet into the air.

Her SeiõrShield flickers.

Esau lands back down while Itsuka’s reaches her apex, but the well trained fighter, while still holding the connected whip, immediately leaps back into the air towards her blind spot. His large hunting knife, covered in blood red Seiõr, now aimed directly for Itsuka’s spine.

Saku’s 2nd Stage Anjell Eye makes a surprising, single *CLICK* sound, like a door being unlocked.

Saku(thinking): *... Attraction... And... Repulsion?

Any person or object seen?

Wait, is this the guy I saw with MamMon in that forest!? The ’unchosen Yin Vessel’? His eye ability is..."

While he is closing in on his target, Esau’s eyes grow wide in excitement, but an incoming Shelly SunSword hits the center of the connected leather whip.

The whip is protected from damage by the man’s blood red SeiõrShield but the force from Shelly’s Mach 1 speed whiplashes Esau out of his attack while also moving Itsuka away. Just in time, not only from the back stab, but the returning bullet Shelly had deflected earlier into the air.

The bullet dives into the ground and goes deep into the dirt.

Saku’s eyes grow wide realizing what their opponent almost pulled off. He looks at his open hand, ashamed of himself.

Saku(thinking): *He had them both checkmated... Itsuka would’ve been dead if Shelly wasn’t the living embodiment of ’flipping the board’

...Why am I just standing here?

Why don’t I fight too?*

Saku turns to see Drakaina standing behind Jormungand.

While Itsuka quickly descends towards the hard ground, a bright gold and pink streak of Seiõr quickly glides over her. Shelly slides and skips to a halt in an uncoordinated landing, with her Big Sis in her arms.

She continues running for a moment to retreat.

Itsuka: "Nice save, Shell. Thanks."

Shelly: "I had a feeling this guy was a bit of a fighter. He’s right, I can reach Mach 1 speed with my SeiõrShield, but stopping is not as easily.

I may not be able to tell what color his eye aura is, but I could tell his IceEye design has changed, meaning he’s possibly using an eye ability."

Shelly stops at a large enough tree, deactivates her bright SeiõrShield, and runs another short distance behind a different tree. Shelly lets her foster sister down and they both peek at their opponent from behind their cover.

Itsuka(whispers): "You think you’ve identified his eye ability already?"

Shelly nods from behind the tree, watching while the threatening man with a bright red illumination surrounding him, looks around for them in the dark forest.

Shelly(whispers): "The bullet I deflected away from Drakaina earlier. It’s possible his eye ability brought that bullet back to him, then with his whip, he lined you up between himself and the returning bullet.

He thought he was slick, wanting me to block his knife attack to your back, so you would take the bullet to the chest anyway. He’s clearly knowledgeable with Seiõr control, and fighting against other users who could predict his next play. Luckily, my gut told me to go for his whip."

The Valkyrie descendant can’t hide her competitive grin any longer.

Shelly: "This guy is definitely a worthy pelt for my wall. I like that knife he’s got too. I might just have to go over there and take it."

Itsuka’s tries to reactivate her beautiful crystal purple SeiõrShield. It flickers and she winces as if in slight pain.

Shelly: "If you aren’t completely comfortable with your SeiõrShield control, don’t stress yourself. I can take h-"

Itsuka: "I appreciate the concern, ’Lil Sis’, but I’m not going to let you take all the glory this time, we both have the pride of a bloodline to uphold, hehe."

From their cover spot, she looks through the tree trunks at Saku silently having a breakdown. The crystal purple SeiõrShield shines and her focus returns to Esau.

Suddenly a rubber Iceman hand attached to a rubber human arm, attacks Esau making him have to focus on dodging it in the dark.

Jorm has his IceEye popped off to 2nd Stage, with a blue aura. In his other hand, he’s holding a shredded piece of rubber tire.

He tries to coil his stretchy arm around his prey but before the young fighter can constrict, Drakaina yells from behind him.

Drakaina; "Jormy, NO! He’s gunna cut your arm off! He’s got that huge knife and you don’t have a SeiõrShield yet! Your greatest ability, can sometimes be a liability!"

A smile escapes Esau after being ousted by a non-fighter.

Jorm quickly retracts his rubbery appendage then looks at his sister and Dom. The Gunner also has his IceEye in 2nd Stage, a blue aura. Jorm stretches his hand around his older sister, making a large, phonebooth sized, protective rubber casing around her. With a small window for her to talk through.

Drakaina: "Ah- aye, Jormy?!"

Jormy: "Sorry Sis, but this is the best way for me to protect you right now. If it wasn’t for Big Sis Shelly, you’d...

...you would be..."

The little brother fights back tears thinking he almost watched his sister die.

Dom is focusing on the threat with his Fuzion Eye.

Dom: "I-I can’t fuze with him, even though he has an IceEye. I should be able to fuze with him if he’s got an alien eye too, right?"

From inside her protective rubber cell, Drakaina gives him a disappointed look.

Drakaina: "It’s your eye ability and you’re asking us how it works?"

Laban answers after returning with a scared Princess Rebekah, carrying the frightened child on her back, and her white SnowSeiõrShield fades.

Laban: "It’s the same thing I told that two faced Yang Vessel when he thought his ’God Given Eye’ would knock out on my Homie, Tungsten (R.I.P.).

Every single one of these alien eyes are products of Seiõr first and foremost. Which means, if someone can form a true SeiõrShield, any eye ability that uses natural Seiõr energy to interfere or contort this physical reality, is ineffective against that SeiõrShield."

While she explains the "Seiõr System" to the small group, Shelly and Itsuka are continuing their 2v1 against the well trained enemy using his Bowie knife, whip, and mysterious eye power.

Shelly’s katana and Esau’s Bowie knife clash, spark, and the Valkyrie descendant throws a quick fist combo that gets completely blocked or dodged by Esau. He jump kicks towards her and Shelly blocks with her arms and blade.

The skilled fighter uses Shelly as a platform and jumps towards a pressing Itsuka. Catching her by surprise, his blood red SeiõrShield covered boot swings around.

Itsuka blocks the attempted kick to her head, but Esau follows through with his kick and Itsuka goes flying, ragdolling across the highway pavement. She gets up slowly and goes back in to attack.

Laban: "It’s the universal system that works in the same way a government financially aids the unemployable and those unwilling to be employed. These alien eyes are equivalent to those ’government financial aids’, connecting the unaccepted or unwilling to believe in Seiõr organic computers, to physical reality altering Seiõr.

Those who don’t depend on these eyes to be connected to Seiõr however, are just like the wealthy who used their financial power to interfere or alter this physical reality to their advantage. Like my dead perverted uncle and his rich buddies using the powers to create a functioning society within three mountains."

Back in the fight, recovering from a launching deflection, Itsuka lands with a slide and is breathing heavily.

Don Laban: "Because currency and tradable resources have always been a way for the weakest of humans to survive, it’s the same convoluted and condescending reason why Herfjötur’s cloak has ’Money Tree’ patterns."

Itsuka’s SeiõrShield begins to flicker again as she tirelessly drops to a knee.

Don Laban: Because Herfjötur is renowned in the clan as the DæMon with the most advanced physical Seiõr control, she despises anyone bypassing the universal power scale with their ’made up and fictional monetary values’.

Her cloak is basically her, mocking those who believe their power of wealth can neutralize or protect them from her natural ability with true universal power. It’s really no surprise she was the one who took out those last two ’Bougie Mountain Bitches’."

Saku focuses on Itsuka and then notices Esau once again deflecting/launching Shelly. He uses her own Mach Speed momentum to ricochet the golden pink comet.

After being deflected away, Shelly uncontrollably flies into the highway forest and breaks a line of trees with her SeiõrShield covered, ragdolling body. She finally rolls to a stop on the ground and quickly pops back up with her bright SeiõrShield still activated.

As she looks forward to begin her returning attack, her eyes widen and then her expression turns to anger when she realizes who is coming to fight her next to stall her. She talks with the blade handle still gripped in her teeth.

Shelly: "Aii- hadaa- feerin’- ouu- weren’- acchooly- ellpin’- err-."

Meanwhile, Esau has an open shot at Itsuka and starts his lunge towards his wide open target. 𝕗𝐫𝚎𝗲𝘄𝐞𝕓𝐧𝕠𝘃𝕖𝐥.𝐜𝚘𝚖

Saku’s Anjell focuses on his vice captain and as soon as the last flicker of her SeiõrShield goes out, Itsuka *POPS* out of thin air.

The pouncing killer lands right where his prey vanished, with a knife thrust. He looks around with his angry 2nd Stage Eye, then directly at Laban with Princess Rebekah riding her adopted mother’s back.

Saku, now holding the bag of SeiõrBeans looks at the ground in front his feet and a barely conscious Itsuka *POPS* back into existence.

He bends to a knee and carefully feeds her a bean pulsing with light from within. Itsuka chews and swallows the bean packed with Zoram’s stored Healing Seiõr.

Drakaina, from her rubber window, watches for validity to these healing beans.

Drakaina(to herself): *If this actually works, that means all those ancient rituals and mythical stories that were considered legends or folklore, would have been based off some truth of Seiõr as well!

Mother would have been so thrilled to know about the true existence of Seiõr and it’s contributions to her life’s studies.*

After a few seconds, Itsuka’s eyes shoot open and she leaps to her feet from her back.

There are smiles all around (except from Laban).
