Chapter 376: Falling for my charm....

Luo Muchen subconsciously glanced at his broad shoulders, toned arms, and muscular chest that rippled with each move. When Qie Xieling stretched his arms and twisted his torso he couldn’t help but stare at the wide expanse of his chest, the deep grooves of his abs, and the curve of his biceps. He was unwittingly been sucked in by Qie Xieling’s perfect figure and he couldn’t help but stare longer.

While Qie Xieling was wiping his hair the video suddenly got disconnected but the audio was still on.

"Wait, why did you switch off the camera? Is it too inconvenient? I wanted to ask you how I look. Is it better than when I first came in," he said further digging a grave for his best friend.

Bo Ailun cleared his throat before yelling, "What nonsense are you talking about? We aren’t that close."

Qie Xieling chuckled softly before saying, "Not yet. You will fall for my charm soon."

Bo Ailun, "..."

Luo Muchen, "..."

"You better watch your words," he warned and Qie Xieling apologised insincerely.

"Sorry brother Bo. I will buy you something as an apology. What would you like? Macarons or milk tart? I know you like both," he said and Bo Ailun was in shock. Not even his own mother knew what he liked. These types of things he indulged in in private so how could Qie Xieling know?

Luo Muchen gave him the same look. How did Qie Xieling know if they weren’t that close? Bo Ailun figured the only way to make Qie Xieling stop talking was to tell him what the captain said.

"The captain said you should come collect what you left," he said and if they were still having a video call he would have seen Qie Xieling’s unsettling smile.

"Tell the captain that what is mine is his unless he just wants to see me."

Bo Ailun, "..."

It was confirmed. The bloody bastard had a death wish and he wouldn’t stop talking. "How is he though? Does he miss me? Did he eat something? Make sure he eats all his fruit," he said before the call was suddenly cut.

Qie Xieling, "..."

Luo Muchen was the one who cut the call. He couldn’t stand hearing this anymore. He got up and Bo Ailun called after him, "Captain... captain!" but he ignored him as he walked off the bridge.

Meanwhile, Qie Xieling had realised that he had been blocked again. With a tsk, he finished getting dressed before heading to the cafeteria. He picked a free table but it didn’t take long before he was surrounded by a group of women and one man.

One of them was Zara and the other one was the girl who was a part of the crew he met when he left the elevator a few hours ago.

"You are Qie Xieling, right? Wow, we have heard a lot about you," said one of them and Qie Xieling was already feeling overwhelmed being surrounded like this.

"Can we join you? You are always surrounded so we haven’t had the chance to meet you. I am Emily, that is Caiva, Salo and you know Zara." They all waved at him with beaming smiles making him want to run even more. He could smell trouble from a mile away.

"I um.. hie," he replied hesitantly before eating a spoonful of his rice congee.

"That t-shirt... where did you get it?" asked Caiva the girl from earlier.

Qie Xieling’s smile stiffened his eyes growing colder. "It depends on why you are asking."

Zara excitedly nudged Caiva while saying, "Show him, show him." Caiva privated the display of her communicator to prevent prying eyes before showing him pictures of him and Luo Muchen together.

Qie Xieling coughed violently out of shock when he saw this. He now knew why his gut told him to run earlier. He had run into fujoshis and a fudanshi but this wasn’t the first time. Once in high school, there was this group of girls who got pretty close to him and wanted to be his friend but it didn’t take him long to find out that they ran a fan page of his dads.

Now it was happening again but this time they were running a fan page of him and Luo Muchen. This he would definitely get behind.

"Oh... that. What do you want to know?" he said crossing his arm on his chest with a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Did...," said the one called Salo before he lowered his head to whisper, "Are you two together?"

Qie Xieling put on a pitiful face and complained, "Not yet. He doesn’t like me. I already tried everything."

"But didn’t you sleep up there?" asked Caiva and Qie Xieling didn’t deny it.

"I did but in the lounge. I was passed out drunk," he said only for there to be a commotion in the cafeteria. Since they were knee-deep in gossip they didn’t pay attention to what was happening.

Just when Zara was about to ask another question Qie Xieling’s arm was suddenly grabbed and he was pulled up like a rag doll.

Qie Xieling, "..."

The eyes of the rotten girls and boy who were watching a captain and recruit love story unfold right before them sparkled.

"Luo Muchen," called out Qie Xieling trying to stop him. He wanted to get his breakfast that he had left on the table but Luo Muchen pulled him forward that he stumbled and hit Luo Muchen’s back.

Qie Xieling rubbed his nose as the elevator doors opened. The people inside froze when they saw their captain holding hands with someone.

"Get out," he ordered and the four people scurried out of there like their asses were on fire.

Qie Xieling was pulled into the elevator but he didn’t say anything. He just stood silently next to him.The elevator doors closed and when it started moving Luo Muchen who couldn’t stand it anymore scanned his communicator and pressed a button. The elevator abruptly stopped and Qie Xieling was suddenly pressed against the wall.

Qie Xieling, "???"

Before he could ask what he was doing his lips were kissed hard. Qie Xieling clutched Luo Muchen’s waist his finger curled on the fabric as he pulled him closer. Since the sheep had brought itself to the wolf one shouldn’t blame the wolf.

Qie Xieling nibbled on his lips making sure to leave evidence and let them all know he was taken. Luo Muchen couldn’t help but groan feeling Qie Xieling’s teeth bite his lips. Qie Xieling’s tongue licked the wound and his heart thudded in his chest. He could feel the warmth of his skin through his clothes.

Luo Muchen couldn’t take it anymore. His hands snaked under Qie Xieling’s t-shirt and he rubbed the warm skin beneath his fingertips. He traced the outlines of his muscles with his fingertips and Qie Xieling shuddered, his breath tickling his ears.
