Many people within the Country of Taia knew Jia Yan had returned, and they joyfully came forward to greet him.

To the people of the Country of Taia, Jia Yan was like their own strong one. After all, he visited frequently, and whenever the Country of Taia faced a crisis, this increasingly powerful evolutionary creature would come to the rescue. Coupled with the many street stories circulating in various places across the Country of Taia, Jia Yan was perceived as a great creature, benevolent to Earth people and the descendants of several human lineages in Taia.

There were even some rumors, though it was unclear where they came from, suggesting that Lord Jia Yan might have been an Earth person in the past. In other words, he was a fellow of the Taia Nation people; otherwise, why would he be so good to the Earthlings and the Taia people?

Of course, such rumors were too astonishing, and no one was inclined to believe them.

However, the closeness to Jia Yan unfolded from bottom to top, especially among the upper echelons of the Country of Taia, who were grateful and had a unique affection for Jia Yan due to some other factors.

These factors were hard to articulate, and everyone thought they would never come into play, but their presence made their feelings for Jia Yan more unique.

That factor was their Empress, ’Kama.’ She once liked, or perhaps still liked, Jia Yan.

Jia Yan’s unique status made them extremely afraid of him, but if there was an additional relationship between Jia Yan and their Empress, their view of Jia Yan would no longer be one of reverence mixed with some reluctance but rather a welcoming embrace.

Of course, this was almost impossible now because, even though Kama was an Empress, her status had become increasingly distant from Jia Yan’s. And since Kama had not succeeded back then, it was even less likely now that Jia Yan would take a liking to her.

"Welcome, Lord Jia Yan, to our Country of Taia once again. Your affection for visiting us multiple times brings glory to our nation."

A Foreign Minister waited at the periphery of Taya Star, and upon seeing Jia Yan flying towards Taya Star alone, hurriedly greeted him with utmost respect.

"Yes, it’s nothing, no need for formalities. By the way, where is Kama?"

Jia Yan casually inquired.

Whenever he visited, Kama was almost always among the first lineup to greet him. Her absence puzzled Jia Yan slightly.

"Her Majesty the Empress has been busy with some work recently and might not be able to come to greet you, please forgive us, Lord."

The Foreign Minister was nearly frightened, fearing that Jia Yan was upset.

"It’s alright, I was just asking. By the way, regarding the battleship behind me, you should have received its information, right? I came to ask if you could help repair it; it got quite damaged in the last battle."

The minister was almost dumbfounded by Jia Yan’s words, having just reviewed the battleship’s data and concluded that such a ship could almost never be damaged by a standard stellar-level power. But upon hearing that it was damaged in the last battle, he couldn’t even imagine how fierce that battle must have been and what level it reached.

When Jia Yan last came to their Northern Star Domain, the citizens and high officials of the Country of Taia had already discovered that they could no longer understand what level Jia Yan had reached.

Some of the more arrogant Jia Yan followers even claimed he had reached the peak of stellar level. Of course, that statement was scornfully refuted by many Taia Nation scholars and strong ones.

Jia Yan’s power did indeed progress quickly, but those scholars and strong ones argued with the known history of this universe, at least in their data’s history, never having seen such a rapid promotion as evidence against those fervently adoring fans of Jia Yan.

What they didn’t know was that, while Jia Yan hadn’t exactly reached the peak of a stellar level, he wasn’t far from it, and his combat power was undoubtedly far beyond that of an average peak stellar level.

Time has passed, and as Jia Yan appeared again in this interstellar nation, a nation of Earth people’s descendants, the people of the Country of Taia once again discovered, with great shock, that Jia Yan possessed a fifty-kilometer class battleship of at least peak stellar level. Moreover, the battleship was damaged, meaning he must have engaged in a battle of at least peak stellar level to sustain such battle damage.

Jia Yan had fought an enemy of at least peak stellar strength, survived, and now appeared incredibly lively, indicating he’d won!

The high echelons of the Country of Taia indeed analyzed accurately, but they underestimated Jia Yan, and they didn’t know that the battleship was not Jia Yan’s. Instead, it was seized directly by Jia Yan from the enemy.
