Lian Manman and her group were walking along Nine-layered Pagoda Front Street, the most bustling part of the lantern market. The street was lit up like a dragon, and the stalls were full of various goods, almost everything you could want.

When women say they’re shopping and looking at the lights, if you really believe they’re just shopping and looking, then you’re sorely mistaken. Compared to browsing and looking, women are more enthusiastic about buying. It’s as if not buying something, or even buying a lot, would make the shopping and looking trip pointless.
