They were the generals with silver stars, at most there were three stars and the least were two. Lower meant that their ranks were too low and they didn’t have the rights to stand here.

As for me, a Brilliant General, my armor had stars but I had two silver stars. Although I was the highest ranked player but I was a little brother here. But I had another identity which was a core Dragon Region member, this was more important than any rank.
