Just then, a stunning figure caught his eye in the distance, selecting items. It was none other than Zhu Rou, the beautiful reporter he had saved last time at the factory.

Ye Tian chuckled secretly and tiptoed over to her.

Zhu Rou was oblivious, staring at the snacks on the shelf, pondering, "Should I eat some snacks tonight, or eat some snacks?"

As she was deliberating, a pair of large hands suddenly reached out from behind and pulled her into an embrace.

Zhu Rou was startled and tried to struggle free from the grasp, but then she heard Ye Tian’s mischievous voice from behind, "Little kiss, did you miss me these past days?"

Recognizing it was Ye Tian’s voice, Zhu Rou breathed a sigh of relief; she had thought she encountered a hooligan and was frightened for a moment.

"Get lost." Zhu Rou rolled her eyes at Ye Tian, who always acted so frivolously, "I need you to fix a lightbulb, okay?"

"Fixing a lightbulb is fine, but I have some other things in mind," Ye Tian chuckled, "It’s up to you if you’re willing."

"Always joking," Zhu Rou hit Ye Tian lightly, then paused as if she remembered something and looked at her watch.

"Oh no, I’m running late," Zhu Rou exclaimed, not bothering to continue the flirtation, "I still have things to do, gotta run."

"Yeah, okay," Ye Tian touched his nose, "I should be going too."

"Yeah, goodbye."

After saying goodbye to Zhu Rou, Ye Tian took the sanitary pads to the checkout and left the supermarket.

He opened his car door, sat inside, and drove away.

After he left, a fierce-looking man near the supermarket eyed the direction Ye Tian had gone and pulled out his phone to make a call.

"Brother Dong, I’ve found the guy you mentioned," the big man said into the phone.

"Oh? You found him? Where is he?" Brother Dong, on the other end, almost burst out laughing.

The kid had knelt in front of the swimming pool that afternoon, completely humiliating him. Brother Dong couldn’t sleep peacefully without avenging this disgrace.

"Just saw him in the supermarket. I’m about to follow him on my bike," the big man spoke.

"Good, don’t lose him," Brother Dong instructed before hanging up the call.

After hanging up, he grinned ferociously, determined to make the young man understand the cost of provoking Brother Dong.

With that thought, he waved at his subordinates, "Call up a hundred brothers, we’re going to chop someone!"

Soon, over a hundred thugs had all gathered together.

Looking at the dense crowd in front of him, Dong Brother smirked coldly. With so many people, if they couldn’t beat that guy to death, it would be a disgrace! Even if he was good at fighting, a hundred people could pile up and crush him!

Then, with a wave of his hand, over a hundred people rushed onto a dozen vans.

On Ye Tian’s side, it didn’t take long for him to return to the company and park his car. He headed straight for Yun Xinyan’s office.

When he arrived at Yun Xinyan’s office, he didn’t bother to knock and just walked in.

"Wife, I’ve bought you the sanitary pads."

In the office, Yun Xinyan was sitting in her chair with an anxious expression.

As she saw Ye Tian come in, holding sanitary pads, her face immediately lit up with a grateful expression.

Yun Xinyan grabbed the pads and, without another word, ran to the restroom.

"This silly wife of mine," Ye Tian touched his nose, watching Yun Xinyan rush into the restroom. He knew without thinking she was probably going to change her pads.

Soon, Yun Xinyan came out of the restroom. She patted her chest and sighed in relief, "Thank goodness you came just in time. Otherwise, it would have been embarrassing if someone had noticed."

"How could it be embarrassing?" Ye Tian chuckled and stepped forward to embrace Yun Xinyan, "You’re my wife, you could never be an embarrassment."

"Hmph," Xinyan nestled into Ye Tian’s arms without struggle, comfortably enjoying the warmth of Ye Tian’s body. There were many things she wouldn’t know how to handle without this man.

"Heh heh," Feeling Yun Xinyan relaxing in his arms, Ye Tian smiled wickedly and his hand began to wander.

"No," Yun Xinyan, feeling Ye Tian’s advance, shook her head, "I’m already inconvenienced; let’s not get touchy."

"I think it’s okay to be touchy," Ye Tian grinned devilishly, not stopping his hand from wandering further.

"Uhm-hm," Yun Xinyan moaned, a surge of heat rising within her, making her body go limp. Yet, deep within, a sliver of sanity remained; she was having her period, and it wouldn’t be appropriate to do anything now.

"Stop it," Yun Xinyan mustered the strength to push away Ye Tian’s probing hand. Suddenly, she recalled Ye Tian going swimming with Liu Fei’er that afternoon.

Jealousy instantly surged in her heart.

Pushing Ye Tian away, she turned and sat back down in her chair, Yun Xinyan coldly huffed, "Don’t bother me, go be touchy with Liu Fei’er."
