The Great Elder and the other elders all felt a sense of danger when they heard the demonic creature say this.

So without any hesitation, they all jumped away from the demonic creature.

With their speed, they instantly created a large gap with the demonic creature and it seemed like they would be safe from whatever the demonic creature was planning to do.

The demonic creature didn’t seem to panic at all when it saw them moving away from it like this.

Instead, it just raised its wings and gave another roar before flapping it.

Just like before, there were beads of dark energy that came out from the demonic creature flapping its wings like this.

They started moving in all different directions, but it didn’t seem like they would be able to reach the Great Elder and the other elders since they were moving too fast for these beads of dark energy to reach them. At the same time, it seemed like they were out of the range since they had already jumped out of the range that the dark energy had spread.

This dark energy hadn’t gone further, almost as if this was the limit of the demonic creature.

However, that didn’t seem to be the case as the beads of dark energy went beyond the range of the dark energy.

Even then, that wasn’t a problem since the Great Elder and other elders were faster than the beads of dark energy.

It seemed like they would have no problem dodging out of the way.

That was until the beads of dark energy suddenly turned.

The demonic creature had its hands up after flapping its wings like this.

With the way that its hands were moving, it was almost as if it was controlling these beads of dark energy.

The Great Elder and the elders knitted their brows seeing this, but there was nothing that they could do with these beads of dark energy chasing them like this. All they could do was keep running around while avoiding these beads of dark energy.

However, it didn’t seem like these beads of dark energy would stop chasing them any time soon.

It seemed like their only option was to find a way to block these beads of dark energy.

They weren’t certain that they would be able to do that since they had seen how much damage it had done to the other cultivators. They didn’t know if they would be able to block it alone with their spiritual energy.

But continuing to dodge wasn’t an option either since they would run out of spiritual energy eventually.

It seemed like their only option would be to take it and find a way to block it.

All during this, the demonic creature laughed and said, "Run, run like the little rats you are!"

Or at least that was what they thought at first.

Then there was a wall of pink flames that suddenly came down from above that blocked the beads of dark energy for them.

The pink flames burned the beads of dark energy, but it didn’t seem like it was able to completely burn it away the dark energy. The dark energy seemed like it was corroding the pink flames as well after they clashed.

Eventually, both the pink flames and the dark energy disappeared.

Once the dark energy disappeared, the demonic creature roared, "Who dares!"

It had stopped laughing when the pink flames appeared and then it had put on a serious look as it looked at the pink flames.

The way that it looked at the pink flames was as if it recognized these pink flames as a threat to it.

The demonic creature looked up for the source of the pink flames and found Mu Bao Bao floating there in the air while surrounded in the pink flames.

The demonic creature narrowed its eyes to look at Mu Bao Bao before saying in a confused voice, "The Nine Tailed Fox? Why is there a Nine Tailed Fox in this lower realm?"

Mu Bao Bao didn’t do anything even though the demonic creature’s attention was on her.

Instead, she just floated there in the middle of the air.

That was because her job was just to draw the attention of the demonic creature.

There was someone else who had already jumped down from the spiritual boat and was already behind the demonic creature.

"Master, look out!" Family Head Jin shouted out when he saw the blur appear behind the demonic creature, but it was already too late for that. After all, the blur moved faster than his eyes could follow, so naturally his voice came too slow.

As for who that blur was.

I raised the Wild Raging Spear in my hand and stabbed it at the back of the demonic creature, aiming right in between its wings. I figured that this should be the general area where the heart should be.

But the demonic creature was able to react and twist slightly in an attempt to see who it was behind him.

This caused the Wild Raging Spear to go off course and stab into its wings.

This time, there was no metal clashing sound that rang out.

Instead, the spear went right into the wing of the demonic creature and even stabbed into its back.

If it wasn’t for the demonic creature’s fast reactions, it might have even stabbed right through the demonic creature.

But it was able to turn in time and avoid the spear before it stabbed too deep into it.

The demonic creature had a look of shock on its face as it looked at the one who was holding the spear.

Or rather, the demonic creature was looking at the spear that had just stabbed into it.

"That weapon, just what kind of weapon is this? Why is such a terrifying weapon in a lower realm like this?"

The demonic creature wasn’t a fool, it could tell that the Wild Raging Spear was anything but normal if it was able to pierce through its skin like this.
