Chapter 274: Chapter 273: Evidence in Hand

If Bella really manages to connect with Director Simons through Archer Quinn, it would be a huge help for her in landing a movie role.

However, Sharon has already noticed Archer Quinn’s feelings for Bella. If, one day, Bella finds out about him helping her quietly like this, she’d surely feel very guilty.

Moreover, when it comes to matters of the heart, at least in the short term, Bella can’t give Archer Quinn any response.

In fact, her mind is entirely focused on Damian, and she might not even notice Archer Quinn’s feelings for her.

Sharon is a bit worried but doesn’t know what to say.

Should she give Bella a hint? Or should she act as if she hasn’t noticed anything? At least not confront it before Archer Quinn decides to confess to Bella himself?

Sharon was caught in a dilemma when Bella waved to her from the store, "Ms. Cheney, come on in, it’s warm inside."

"Alright."

Sharon looked at Bella’s smiling face and suddenly felt relieved.

Oh well, let everything take its natural course!

Bella held the menu, "Wow, rabbit heads, meatballs, duck necks, roasted pig trotters, and spicy crayfish, so many delicious things."

Archer Quinn nonchalantly sat down next to her and said, "If you like them, just order some."

"No way." Bella shook her head, "There’s only four of us; how could we finish so much? Let’s just order some for now and come back for more next time."

"Whatever you want." Archer Quinn smiled as he sat beside her.

Bella began ordering, "Senior Quinn, Ms. Miller, what do you like to eat?"

"You can choose for us," they both replied.

"Alright, then I’ll order," Bella glanced at the menu, "Let’s get a small portion of spicy crayfish, mildly spicy. And four rabbit heads, one serving of duck neck. Should we have beer or soft drinks?" 𝕗𝐫𝐞𝕖𝕨𝐞𝗯𝚗𝕠𝘃𝐞𝚕.𝐜𝗼𝚖

"Either is fine with me," Archer Quinn said.

Shaw suggested, "Let’s have some beer. Spicy crayfish goes best with beer, after all."

"Alright, let’s also get two bottles of aged Snowflake beer." Bella flipped through the menu, didn’t see the soup, and looked up to ask, "Excuse me, do you have white fungus soup here?"

"We don’t have it, but if you’d like, we can go out and get it for you," the server, who was accustomed to seeing celebrities at this filming base, replied calmly.

"Could you please help us get a serving of white fungus soup, then? Thank you."

"You’re welcome," the server noted down their order, "Is that all?"

"Yes, that’s all."

"Alright, please wait a moment," the server left.

Shaw chuckled, "Bella, are you sure you won’t feel uncomfortable mixing spicy and sweet flavors?"

Bella laughed, "Ms. Cheney doesn’t eat at night, but a little white fungus soup should be fine, right Ms. Cheney?"

"Yes," Sharon nodded with a smile, feeling a warm sense of being cared for.

Bella might seem innocent and carefree, but she’s very thoughtful and knows how to take care of others.

Shaw also chuckled, half-joking, half-seriously saying, "No wonder Ms. Cheney likes you so much, Bella, you’re so considerate."

"Of course," Bella giggled. Ms. Cheney treats her well, so she naturally reciprocates.

Archer Quinn also smiled and took out his phone from his pocket, pulling up an email and handing it to Bella, "Bella, I have something amusing here, take a look."

Bella took his phone and saw the email title with the name Vivian Norris.
