Chapter 221: Chapter 220: Sweetness (Part 7)

The Sinclair Family in Creston is one of the top families, having thrived over several generations, their family businesses have grown so much that many other families can’t hold a candle to them.

During this time, there have been some families that tried to sow discord within The Sinclair Family, hoping to provoke internal strife.

But what’s strange is that the members of The Sinclair Family seemed to never know how to fight amongst themselves, only knowing to stand united against outsiders, their close relationships making people marvel.

Damian Sinclair believes that taking Bella Acker to the old residence to meet his parents would definitely make them happy for him, but now is not the right time.

Their relationship still needs to be more stable.

With a "click", the bathroom door opened, and Bella Acker came out, her hair half wet and a bit embarrassed, "D...Damian, I couldn’t find a dry towel."

"Here." Damian Sinclair got up, fetched a new dry towel from a drawer outside the bathroom, and handed it to her.

"Thank you." Bella’s face turned red as she glanced at him, and asked, "Th...that...is...did you go buy it?"

"No." Seeing her wet hair and the fact that she didn’t know how to wipe it herself, Damian simply took the towel from her hand and started towel-drying her hair.

Bella was stunned for a moment, quickly trying to grab the towel back, "Damian, I...I can do it myself."

Damian avoided her attempt, didn’t give the towel back, and his hands didn’t pause for a moment.

Bella, who was a bit disappointed at Damian’s prior answer, suddenly felt sweetly delighted again.

There was quite a height difference between them, and at this moment, with one using a towel to dry the other’s hair, the other lowered their head, smiling with blissful happiness.

Bea stood up from the sofa and turned to see this scene, only feeling like her single life had been attacked by ten thousand points, overwhelmed by the profound malice from the entire world.

Bea directly protested, "Hey, I’m still here! You two should at least consider my feelings!"

"What?" Bella stared with wide eyes, dumbfounded, "Bea, why are you here?"

"Thank you for finally noticing me," Bea replied rudely, giving her a sidelong glance, "If it weren’t for my brother calling, I wouldn’t have brought you tampons."

"What?!" Bella’s mouth fell open, her face suddenly turning crimson, "It...it was you who brought them, thank you."

"If it wasn’t for my brother calling, I wouldn’t have brought them," Bea huffed, "I haven’t even eaten yet. As thanks, shouldn’t you treat me to a meal?"

Bella glanced awkwardly at the sky outside the balcony, "But it’s already late now. How about I make you a bowl of egg noodles?"

"Whatever, as long as it fills my belly," Bea waved her hand indifferently.

"Alright, wait a moment, cooking noodles is quick," Bella held Damian’s wrist and whispered, "Damian, keep Bea company for a while, I’ll make her a bowl of noodles."

"Women shouldn’t touch cold water at this time, right?" Damian asked.

Bella widened her eyes in surprise, "How do you know that?"

"I just checked on my phone," Damian replied helplessly, "You chat with her, I’ll cook." With that, he went directly to the kitchen.

Bea’s mouth fell open in surprise, glancing at the kitchen, and then at Bella, who was slightly embarrassed, and she whispered, "So when you two are together, my brother cooks?"

"Mm," Bella walked over to the sofa and sat down, her face blushing as she smiled, "Damian’s cooking tastes better than mine."
