Chapter 75: Chapter 75: Such an Extraordinary Person

In the past, State Preceptor Brightmoon in the Women’s Respect Country was also a high and untouchable existence.

As a State Preceptor, Master was pure and desireless, naturally without any men around.

Yet now, in modern times, she was harassed by someone. She wiped her face and painfully said to Thea Shaw, "This is the reason I sought you."

Thea Shaw blinked and began to speculate on the identity of the man in front of her.

This man clearly wasn’t found by Master, which means he must be related to the original Florence Locke.

The young man didn’t mind Florence Locke’s attitude, just crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at Thea Shaw, "Who are you?"

Speaking with the tone of a host questioning an outsider.

Thea Shaw said, "I’m a relative of Sister Florence’s family, who are you?"

The youth crossed his arms, "I’m Sister Florence’s boyfriend, Julian Sinclair."

Thea Shaw: Oh, wow!

Florence Locke immediately denied, "Of course not, don’t listen to him talk nonsense."

Julian Sinclair was displeased; he leaned towards Florence Locke again, only to be poked back onto the sofa by one of her fingers. Julian simply reclined there, watching Florence with amusement, "Sister Florence, that’s not what we agreed on back then. Didn’t I say I’d come find you once I returned home?"

Thea Shaw: Oh my!

Brilliant, just brilliant!

Florence Locke frowned, "I never agreed to that."

Clearly, there was a story here. Thea Shaw’s eyes shifted, "Master, maybe I should come back another day to find you."

Florence Locke’s expression wasn’t good. She had originally intended to discuss this matter with Thea Shaw today, but Julian Sinclair suddenly showed up. She could only nod, "Alright then."

Hence, Thea Shaw sensibly left.

But her curiosity was too strong. It seemed that Florence Locke’s previous self had left a mess for Master to deal with.

Master naturally avoided men, and who knows how she would handle this situation.

Filled with curiosity, Thea Shaw left, only to receive a call from Mrs. Sutton: "Thea, we’re all eating out tonight. Old Mr. Kensington is hosting a dinner here, would you like to come?"

Mrs. Sutton’s tone was gentle, and Thea thought for a moment before replying, "Sure, just give me the address."

Mrs. Sutton replied happily, "Alright."

She seemed in a good mood, likely due to something discussed in the afternoon, easing her anxiety to some extent.

When they arrived at the dining place, a large banquet hall was prepared with only one table, making it feel extremely spacious.

At the table were Mr. and Mrs. Sutton, Zia Sutton, Aurora Sutton, and the Elder Kensington couple.

Even though Thea Shaw was the only non-family member present, she didn’t mind at all and greeted everyone naturally.

"Thea Shaw is here."

The Elder Kensington was filled with gratitude towards Thea Shaw.

He was also somewhat surprised and admired Thea Shaw’s open-heartedness.

To be fair, if it were them, having been swapped at birth and deprived of everything they should have experienced for twenty years, there would definitely be resentment in their hearts.

It would be one thing if it were a switch between two ordinary families, but between the Sutton Family and the countryside, that’s worlds apart.

Though Aurora Sutton was also a victim of misfortune, Thea Shaw was ultimately the innocent one.

The Elder Kensingtons were well aware of this, and they knew that no matter how they compensated, it would be difficult to make up for the twenty years lost. So they decided to gift shares of the Kensington Group, which was tantamount to giving up part of their lifeline.

Thea Shaw’s composure and extraordinary abilities made Old Mr. Kensington curious about exactly what kind of rural environment could nurture such an open-minded, otherworldly girl.
