Mrs.Gibson was knocked to the ground.She looked at Linda angrily,but wasn’t say a word.

"Why don’t you say anything?You vicious woman.You’re now destroying our family with whatever you got from this family!"

She had never been afraid of such a person.

Claire stepped forward to help Mrs.Gibson,when she saw Linda,she was scared and staggered back."What’s going on?Tell me!"

Now,Mrs.Gibison was all alone with no one to believe her lies.

"Yes!It was me because of whom Mr.Marc was in that state last time!"Mrs.Gibison admitted without any remorse.

Melissa couldn’t believe her ears.It was all because of those old things that she bore so much resentment!

Hearing this,Linda took out her phone to call the police.

"If you don’t have to say anything more,now say everything in front of police!"

When they were having fierce battle outside,the doctor stepped out from the emergency room and said urgently,

"Mr.Marc only has a little time left.Come in and have a look if you want!"

As soon as the doctor finished his words,Murray immediately ran into the ward,followed by Linda.

They all gathered around Mr.Marc,beside his bed.It was hard for them to see the sight of him in such a state.

"Grandpa,are you feeling better?It’s all our fault,we’re sorry but please don’t leave us!"They cried,with regret and grievances.

Mrs.Gibson was dragged into the room by Linda,and she knelt down in front of Mr.Marc’s bed.

"Are you apologizing by lowering your head,or do you want me to snap your head up?"

Melissa stood aside and listened quietly.Mr.Marc looked much weaker than usual and she was too worried that something would happen again.

Mr.Marc glanced at Mrs Gibson and said,"I can understand what you have done.I was too impulsive to consider your feelings,so I gave up the child easily but at that time,I’d no option either."

He realized that how much a child means to his mother.

"Do you really think so?"Mrs.Gibson was a little surprised to hear Mr.Marc saying those words.

And she couldn’t believe that everything was true.

"I have already known what happened before,and I also know that it was my fault that caused this.You all wouldn’t have turned this if it wasn’t my incapability."

Mr.Marc’s sincere words made Mrs.Gibison’s heart melt.

Mrs.Gibson was even more confused."It means....It means you...you forgave me?"

Melissa and Murray quietly stood beside them and watched them solve their problems silently.They all were dissatisfied for Mr.Marc forgiving her so easily,especially Linda,who was unable to control her anger.

Mr.Marc waved at Murray and asked him to come to his side.He took out a file bag from the drawer and put it in front of him.

"Here is all the information about me and the company.Keep this.Now,you’re the only one heir of our family,your father is still abroad.I hope you can find him and bring him back to assist you in company."

Murray was shocked for a moment and he didn’t know what to say.He just nodded silently.

"I know I don’t have to worry about you.I just hope you can live a good life with Murray in the future,"Mr.Marc said to Melissa

Murray’s eyes were watery as he didn’t everything to happen like this.Melissa couldn’t help but nod silently to comfort him.

It was getting more and more difficult for Mr.Marc to open her mouth,and the heart rate on the ECG was getting worse and worse.Murray and Melissa were both anxious.

Mr.Marc called Linda and said,"you’re my only daughter.You have done a lot of wrong things before,but now I know you’re moving for change.I know with the small studio you’ll do better.I hope you can get along well with each other in the future."

Mr.Marc knew that he didn’t have much time left,so he brought everything he had to tell them.

They all nodded and promised to Mr.Marc to make him feel at ease.

After a good conversation,Mr Marc finally felt as ease.He finally closed his eyes,and the ECG also changed into a straight line.And a pin drop silent descended on the room.

When Linda saw the straight line,she was still in daze before she finally grasped what happened.She immediately turned to Mr Marc and pounced on him,crying wildly.

No matter how glorious one’s life is,you can’t live without the fate of dying,Melissa thought as she wiped the tears from the corner of her eyes.

Murray walked up to help Linda up,while Mrs.Gibson stood shocked,not making any movement.There was no regret,guilt and tears in her eyes.

"Take him back to his hometown as Mr.Marc said."

Upon hearing this,the housekeeper agreed and Melissa went to arrange these things.

Mrs.Gibson saw that everyone was busy and prepared to leave quietly.As soon as she walked to the gate of the hospital,she saw a car coming towards her.

Melissa got out of the car and stood in front of Mrs.Gibson.

"Where are you going?Why didn’t you tell anyone before leaving?"

Mrs.Gibson waved her hand awkwardly."I think there must be something that I need to help prepare for Mr.Marc’s funeral,so I’m going to buy."

Melissa knew that she wanted to escape,so she didn’t debunk her lie."In that case,I’ll go with you.You can get inside the car."

Mrs Gibson got in Melissa’s car without any refute.

Melissa saw that Mrs Gibson was nervous,so she deliberately asked again,"where are you going to buy things?You can tell me first."

Mrs Gibson didn’t say anything.

"You have seen what happened today.There are only two ways left in front of you.First,hand over your manipulator,and second,I’ll take you to the police station."

"Mr.Marc has forgiven me.Why are you still holding on to me?"

Melissa listened quietly.As she spoke,the car kept moving forward."Mr.Marc forgave you because what you have done is not enough to make him leave angrily.But I won’t forgive you.After all,you tried to poison me.It’s already too bad."

She knew that if she let her slide easily,she wouldn’t ever change.Mr.Marc may have forgiven her in his last moments but she couldn’t let it go!
