Murray raised three fingers and swore,"if any of my words is a lie,then you can throw me down the cliff,I won’t protest."

"I’m going back to the company to deal with these things.You don’t have to worry about these things.I know how to take care of it."Murray brushed her cheeks tenderly.

In spite of his reassurance,Melissa was still worried.After all,she knew that these things were not trivial issues that could be easily solved,especially when Mr.Marc and the whole family was involved to be against him.

"I’ll go with you and we’ll face it together."Melissa grabbed his hands and said firmly.Murray glanced at her and he knew that he couldn’t deny her.

Half an hour later,both of them arrived at the company together and found that the situation was worse than imagined.Many reporters were waiting for Murray,ready to make hot headlines.as if they were watching a joke.Melissa stepped out of the car first to distract the reporters,and as expected all the reporters swarmed around her.

She gestured Murray to go ahead and Murray nodded and took the elevator in the basement.

"Melissa,why are you here?Have you heard that the Gibson family is going to change?"

Reporters started to fire the question towards her.

"But the company has long been disintegrated.When you decided to acquire the Gibson family,did you think of this situation?"

Melissa waved at them.She didn’t want to hear those questions,let alone give them answers that she didn’t know.

"I don’t have the right to answer your questions.You should wait until Mr.Gibison gives you a satisfactory answer."

Hearing this,these reporters werea bit disappointed but soon they began to ask about the relationship between them.

"So you have reconciled with Mr.Gibson?"

Murray was silent.He didn’t answer any of the oppositions and criticisms.But Melissa,wasn’t able to stand it anymore.

"When our group was leading in the business world,why didn’t I see anyone of you willing to withdraw your funds at all?And this time,when there’s a small issue in the company,you all are so shaken that you want to withdraw all the funds and leave the company?Is this called the partnership?But remember the Gibison group won’t need a partner in the future that leaves in the time of crisis after this issue is solved!"Melissa said boldly..

Murray gave Melissa a grateful look,but mostly he didn’t want her to get involved in all these mess.

The shareholders didn’t believe that Murray was capable to take over the company at all.They even attributed all the progress to Mr.Marc.

Murray,who was silent for a long time,finally slammed the table to get the attention and spoke,"I’m well aware of everyone’s thoughts and opinions.If you want to leave the group,you can go to the Finance Department and settle your money.But,as said,you all should bear in mind that,the company will no longer welcome such partners in future.If you want to stay and accompany me to dissolve this crisis,you’ll definitely have a strong position in this company in future."

Hearing this,all the people present were surprised and whispering side by side,unable to decide what to do.
