Unrivaled Soldier in the City-Chapter 80: Two Rows of Teeth Marks
"Oh? Something up? Just say the word. If I can help, I’ll be there," Lin Kuang said with a smile.
Hearing this, a happy smile blossomed on Fan Bingbing’s lips. "It’s like this—I’m going to the venue for rehearsal later, and we’re a little short on security. I was hoping you could come over and help out," she said with a smile.
In reality, this is just an excuse. With my status, can’t I get as many guards as I want? I just haven’t seen him in days and I miss him a little, that’s all.
"Oh, is that all? Where should I meet you?" Lin Kuang readily agreed with a laugh.
"Y-Yes, that’s it. I’m still at the Seagull Hotel. Just come straight here... to, uh, the same room." As she spoke the last words, Fan Bingbing’s pretty face blushed, as if recalling that night and their unfinished kiss.
"Alright, sounds like a plan. I’ll go get ready and head over," Lin Kuang said with a laugh.
Fan Bingbing happily agreed and hung up.
When Lin Kuang returned home, he found Liu Shilin and the Little Witch were already awake and eating breakfast.
"Lin Kuang, have you eaten?" Liu Shilin asked with a smile when he walked in.
Before Lin Kuang could answer, the Little Witch interjected, "Sis, don’t even bother asking. He’s definitely eaten already. And just look at that sleazy grin on his face," she added, eyeing him with disdain. "I bet he just finished tricking some poor young girl."
Lin Kuang was speechless. Do I really look that much like a bad guy?
"Shiyu, don’t talk nonsense," Liu Shilin scolded, shooting the Little Witch a look. The Little Witch just pouted and fell silent.
"You two go ahead and eat. I’ve already eaten, Shilin. I have to head out; Bingbing needs me to help with something. That means I won’t be going to the concert with you guys tonight," Lin Kuang explained with a smile.
Liu Shilin nodded with a smile. "Okay, go on."
Lin Kuang nodded and headed into his room to change. After all, he couldn’t very well show up in his sportswear.
Just then, the Little Witch, who was still at the table, blinked her big eyes. She reluctantly set down her bowl and chopsticks and trotted over to Lin Kuang’s room.
Lin Kuang was in the middle of changing, wearing only a pair of shorts, when the Little Witch barged in.
The sight made the Little Witch freeze. A moment later, her delicate, doll-like face flushed bright red, but she didn’t leave.
Shilin is right outside eating. If she sees me acting strangely, she’ll definitely suspect something. With that thought, the Little Witch spun around and hissed, "You jerk! Pervert! Hurry up and get dressed!"
Lin Kuang was stunned as well; he hadn’t expected her to burst in like that.
"What are you doing, barging in here? You almost took advantage of me," Lin Kuang said as he pulled on his clothes.
His words made the Little Witch grind her teeth in anger. "Take advantage of *you*? As if! I wouldn’t dream of taking advantage of you, you narcissistic pervert!" she retorted irritably.
"Okay, I’m dressed. You can turn around now," Lin Kuang said, a hint of helplessness in his voice. "So, why did you come in here?"
The Little Witch turned back around. Seeing that Lin Kuang was fully dressed, the color in her cheeks finally subsided a little. "I... I came to remind you... don’t forget to get me Bingbing’s autographed poster," she said in a small voice. Even though she was asking for a favor, her tone was still laced with reluctance. If it weren’t for that poster, she wouldn’t have bothered coming in at all.
"Oh, is that it?" Lin Kuang said with a sly smile. "Tsk, tsk, Little Witch. Shouldn’t you be a little nicer when you’re asking for a favor? You seem pretty reluctant." If she hadn’t reminded him, he really would have forgotten.
The Little Witch’s face flushed red as she glared at him. "Jerk, what do you want? You already promised me!" Although furious, she kept her voice down, not wanting Liu Shilin to hear from outside.
"That was when your attitude was good. Today, not so much," Lin Kuang said with a smirk.
The Little Witch ground her teeth. "Fine! Then tell me, what do you want?!"
"Nothing much. Just give me a kiss right here," Lin Kuang said, pointing to his left cheek, "and I’ll agree." His deep eyes twinkled as he looked at her.
At his words and gesture, the Little Witch felt like she was about to explode. Her ample chest heaved violently, betraying her fury.
In truth, Lin Kuang was only teasing and had no real intention of making her kiss him. To his surprise, however, the Little Witch—visibly furious and on the verge of erupting—actually agreed.
"Fine, I agree." With those words, her furious expression melted away, replaced by a dazzlingly sweet smile.
Lin Kuang froze. What’s going on? This is too strange. Something’s definitely not right!
While he was still trying to figure it out, the Little Witch had already sat down beside him. She wrapped her hands around his shoulders and leaned in, her bright red lips drawing closer.
Lin Kuang was still stunned. Did she really agree? The thought had barely formed when he knew he was wrong. Terribly wrong. If she gave in this easily, she wouldn’t be the Little Witch!
Sure enough, just as her lips were about to touch his cheek, her mouth suddenly opened, revealing two rows of pearly white teeth. A second later, she bit down hard.
Lin Kuang sucked in a sharp breath. "What the hell!" he yelped, springing up from the bed and furiously rubbing his left cheek. He didn’t even have to look to know there were now two perfect rows of teeth marks imprinted on it.
"Lit-tle... Witch!" Lin Kuang growled through gritted teeth.
I should have seen this coming. I can’t believe I let her fool me.
Seeing his furious expression, any trace of shyness in the Little Witch’s heart vanished, replaced by a triumphant smile.
"Lin Kuang, I gave you your kiss. It was just a little forceful, is all," the Little Witch chirped. "You’re a man, so you can’t go back on your word."
Lin Kuang huffed. "You’re ruthless!"
"Just so-so. Third best in the world," the Little Witch said with a beaming smile. With that, she stood up, turned, and sashayed out of the room, leaving Lin Kuang with only the view of her sensual back.
Lin Kuang glared resentfully at her retreating figure before walking over to the mirror. Sure enough, two distinct rows of teeth marks were clearly visible on his left cheek.
