[3rd POV]

Ray and Nate who heard this, both let out small laughs as they understood what she was talking about, while George looked very confused, and still in slight awe after watching Talia zap the hell out the group, as his imagination began to go wild. The fact that Talia was wearing rather dark clothing didn't help.

"God dammit they took Rip!" Sara exclaimed, growling in anger as she noticed. Talia let out a sigh at this, knowing that the woman wouldn't be happy, but once again, it was needed. It wouldn't be long until she could step in and take care of the Legion of Doom, not long at all.

"It'll be alright Sara, we'll find him, and we'll find them. With how easy it was to find them this time, next time should be just as easy. If not, I'm sure Talia can help us out" Ray said, placing a hand on Sara's shoulder, trying to calm the team leader down, knowing that she was angry for good reason.

He wanted to blame Talia, but from the explanation that Talia gave, he understood that it was for their own good, even if they didn't like it.

Talia on the other hand, was looking at George who began to speak "What was that? Do you have superpowers?"

Talia smiled at the question, before replying "I can't tell you that, it'd be spoilers"

George looked confused, before Talia glanced at the team who all looked to be getting ready to return to the Waverider. Looking back at George, Talia smiled "May the Force be with you, George. And never give up, for: do or do not, there is no try" Talia said, before walking off, leaving a confused George, who kept those words in his head, as she walked into the Waverider, the ship soon taking off without him.

"So what now? We've got a part of the spear, but not Rip" Sara asked, looking down at what looked to be a single fragment of the spear. There were a total of 4 fragments, and Talia was the only one who knew of all 4 of them.

"We find Rip so we can find the rest of the fragments before they can. And then we do what we were before, either destroy the spear or give it to Talia for safe keeping" Amaya said, as this was the best course of action. Rip was the only one who would know where all 4 pieces were, and was the best bet to finding them. While either destroying them or giving them to Talia would be the safest bet, as from what Amaya has seen so far, the woman was more than strong enough to handle the spear.

"Glad you trust me with it. As far as finding Rip, I'm sure it'll come naturally as this did. For now, I think it's time we all get some shut eye. Tomorrow is the first day of training" Talia said, as they all looked confused.

"Training?"

"How is this training!?" Jax screeched as a blast of energy flew past him, as Talia stood across the team, in a training room that she had made in the ship, via some magic and space manipulation. It was large, and covered in various metals so it'd be nearly indestructible.

"You guys are awful at teamwork, so I'm going to beat the hell out of you until you start to actually work together" Talia replied simply, as she effortlessly blocked the strikes of Amaya and Sara at the same time, before launching them back against the wall as groans escaped their lips.

"Nate, your powers are perfect for being the heavy hitter and tank of the team. So why is it that you're the one who's sitting back? Jax, you and Stein are the strongest people on the team behind only me, perhaps it's time to learn more about those powers of yours? You can transmute matter, so I think it's time you start to truly test that out more. Maybe try and carry objects on you that can be transmuted into something like liquid metal, lava, or something that cannot be dodged with ease?" Talia spoke, as Stein went wide eyed.

"That would require immense concentration and power, power we do not-" "Stein, you as Firestorm, are a literal walking nuclear reactor. You are far stronger than you believe, it's just you are unknowingly holding yourself back in fear of harming others. Had you been going out, you'd be stronger than Kara" Talia cut the man off, as it was true. Had Firestorm truly learned how to utilize its full power, it would be beyond Kara's abilities, as transmuting matter was...incredibly powerful.

"I'll help you in that aspect of course, as transmuting matter is quite the complicated thing, even for me" Talia added, knowing that they would need proper training in order to readily do it.

"As for you Sara...you're going to need some sort of strengthening. I was thinking a Serum that will give you a superhuman physiology should do well for you, with that you'll be able to hold your own better, and beat the snot out of Merlyn and Darhk...probably" Talia said with a hum, watching as Sara collapsed with a groan as she flipped her to her back.

"Mick you'll be getting something similar as well, perhaps even something to do with Fire, we'll see" Talia said, lifting her hand and blocking the beam of fire that attempted to harm her.

"Ray...you're actually the best here in regards to combat, as you try to work around and with the others, and know how to use your suit well. But I suppose that would be because of me teaching you how to use it. What I will say is, be more unpredictable, all of your attacks are easy to follow and broadcasted glaringly to me" Talia said to Ray, explaining that he was being very obvious with his attacks, making them easy to follow and dodge or block.

"I-Thanks. And yeah I think I've noticed that now. Any recommendations on how I don't be so predictable?" Ray asked Talia.

"Simply put, don't think so much about how you're going to attack, and where you're going to attack from. You overcomplicate things by constantly thinking about your next move, which leads to you making these mistakes" Talia replied, as the man nodded slowly.

"As for you Amaya, you're doing pretty good, but your imagination in regards to animals is rather limited. Have you ever thought of using that amulet of yours to mimic something like a T-Rex? What about a Triceratops? Or even something like an Allosaurus or something less known. As there are many extinct animals that I'm sure that amulet can mimic. Hell, you should theoretically be able to use it to mimic alien animals as well" Talia said to Amaya, who blinked at the idea.

"I...have never thought of using it in such a way. It...should be possible, but it would likely be a lot more draining than any other animal I have tried so far. I'll try and test it out once I am more in shape" Amaya replied, as she was absolutely exhausted right now, and did not have the energy to use her amulet for something so powerful, not right now at least.

"Wait wait wait, what was that about strengthening and a serum? You can make something like that?" Sara asked, wanting to go back to what Talia had said about her.

"Oh yeah, it's quite easy for me to make, Sara. Being one of the smartest beings in the Multiverse would do that. I should be able to make a decent one with the supplies we've got here. If it was my lab back home, I could make a better one, but this should be good enough for you to get some decent strength" Talia replied with a nod. Making a strengthening serum wasn't that difficult for her after making her first batches, now it was more about upgrading them than making them. But for someone like Sara, the serum was more than enough.

As for Mick, she planned on making him something similar to Extremis, but focused more on the fire/heat aspect than anything else, as that was the power that perfectly suited the man.

Looking over the group, Talia smirked as a soft glow formed around them, as all signs of damage and exhaustion disappeared, before she began to speak to them, as they paled.

"Alright then, let's get back to training!"

The Legends couldn't walk without groaning for two days after that.
