Treasure Hunt: Tycoon's Priceless Runaway Wife-Chapter 910 - 908: All Artists Are Madmen (Part 1)
Even though Ning Yi and Jiahao were vastly different in appearance and temperament, they had one thing in common: they were both chatterboxes. At least, that’s what Nuonuo said about them; Tian Fang didn’t quite see it that way.
Ning Yi spoke slowly and methodically, while Jiahao talked like a firecracker. With these two around, Si Han barely needed to say a word, and there was never an awkward silence.
The two of them chatted away, throwing out a bunch of ideas, which were essentially suggestions and thoughts about Si Han’s songs. Si Han, lacking confidence, had barely shared her music before, but now she was benefiting greatly from the guidance of two renowned masters in the music industry.
Tian Fang listened to their talk of musical ups and downs until her head was spinning. After a few minutes, she was pushed out of the meeting room by Si Han, who was engrossed and enjoying the discussion, to handle other matters.
Si Han spent the entire afternoon in the meeting room with the two masters. In the meantime, Tian Fang, worried, found various excuses to bring in tea and snacks several times. Seeing the two in lively discussion, she couldn’t get a word in edgewise, completely missing the dynamic of the three, and reluctantly left after placing the refreshments.
Not until dusk did the three "music maniacs," as Tian Fang labeled them in her mind, come out of the meeting room, chatting and laughing.
"Brother Ning, Brother Hao, thank you for your guidance and criticism. I’ll go back and reflect on it, and send you both the revisions by email."
Si Han, who had been critiqued all afternoon, showed no trace of frustration. Instead, she remained cheerful, chatting animatedly with the two seniors in front of the meeting room before reluctantly following Tian Fang away.
"Are you some kind of masochist? You got talked at by those two weirdos all afternoon, and yet you’re not annoyed, looking like you just won the lottery!"
As the car drove over the small stone bridge, Tian Fang began to chide Nuonuo.
Tian Fang was also someone who fiercely protected her own, and Si Han was her ace. Emotionally, she even considered this girl like her own sister.
Ning Yi and Jiahao were well-known, but their tempers were notoriously bad. Previously, when Tong Ke and Gao Xing first auditioned, they played a self-composed song, only to be criticized so harshly by the two that they ended up in tears.
Not wanting Si Han to suffer unwarranted grievances or baseless criticism, Tian Fang had already talked privately with Ning Yi and Jiahao yesterday, hinting that Si Han was not someone they could afford to offend, neither she nor the two of them.
But this girl, upon meeting them, eagerly called them Teacher Ning and Teacher Hao, as if pleased. Watching all her efforts to establish an imposing air for the girl crumble, Tian Fang could only fret on the side.
Upon returning to the meeting room, the two oddballs were even more relentless. Tian Fang sat there and in just a few minutes heard nothing but music jargon she didn’t understand and critiques of Nuonuo’s songs.
Tian Fang thought the two were lunatics. Initially, they said they wanted to discuss things with Si Han, but what just happened wasn’t a discussion; it was more like a critique conference, thoroughly dismantling Nuonuo’s songs.
Tian Fang clearly wanted to stay in the meeting room to back up Si Han, but the girl didn’t appreciate it, smiling and insisting that she go handle other business. Tian Fang couldn’t win over her and decided she couldn’t bear to watch the strange three-way "discussion" any longer and left.
"Sis, you know, I was really happy today!"
Si Han looked excited, showing none of the despondency or discontent one would expect from being criticized.
"As long as you, young master, are happy!" Tian Fang rolled her eyes at her, determined not to speak further, lest she get maddened or choked by her words!
As they say, those who play music or engage in art are mad eccentrics. Ning Yijia Hao are undoubtedly both eccentric and crazy. Si Han, clearly, is one of them too!
"Sis, you know what, Ning brother and Hao brother truly deserve to be seen as the most valuable gold medal partners in pop music. Their views are entirely different from those of my professor, but I find their perspectives more reasonable and convincing."
Tian Fang pursed her lips, expressing she would only be a qualified observer and wouldn’t comment.
And it was clear that excited Nuonuo wasn’t looking for a response, "Sis, you know what, they not only gave me guidance on the ten selected songs but also commented on the remaining nine. They’re really sharp and have an extremely keen sense of the pop music scene."
Tian Fang secretly grumbled, of course they’re sharp, not to mention how much our boss spent to sign them!
"Sis, Ning brother and Hao brother even gave me their private numbers. They said if I have any questions, I can call them anytime."
This time, Tian Fang had no choice but to remind the chatty naive girl next to her, "Young master, there’s this thing called polite talk in the world, understand?"
Nuonuo glanced at her, "But do you think people with their personalities would engage in polite talk?"
You had to admit, Nuonuo was quite right.
If those two were the kind to engage in polite talk, Tian Fang wouldn’t have spent the entire afternoon consumed with irritation.
"Fine, fine, if you think they weren’t giving polite talk, why don’t you try calling them in the middle of the night!"
Tian Fang grumbled, then added internally: if they don’t scold you to high heaven, I’ll call you sister!
Nuonuo didn’t respond this time, and as for whether she would really make the call, Tian Fang bet she wouldn’t, because the girl was likely spending the night with Young Master Ji, and how could Mr. Ji let his precious darling call other men in the dead of night?
The two of them in the car continued with their extreme moods, Tian Fang sulking, while Nuonuo was bubbling with excitement, her chatter seldom pausing along the way.
At first, her topics mainly revolved around the talents and sharp insights of Ning Yijia Hao. Later, she gradually talked about the issues with her songs.
Only then did Tian Fang feel like kindly reminding her, "Your brother says the price of your songs shouldn’t be too low, but it sounds like as long as someone appreciates your work, the price isn’t a problem?"
Nuonuo had always lacked a strong concept of money.
"I don’t really care about how much the songs sell for; after all, songs of this caliber probably aren’t worth much anyway. What’s more important to me is that they become well-known and accepted by audiences as memorable tunes!"
Tian Fang shook her head helplessly, "Well, since you, young lady, consider money nothing but dirt, I won’t say more. In short, I won’t handle the pricing anymore; you talk to your brother yourself."
