Eldra hesitated for a second before continuing, "You don’t remember? It was a question during the exam." She said.

"Oh yeah, I remember," Zylus said sarcastically.

He couldn’t confirm if it was true or false because he hadn’t taken any exam to get into the academy; Clare simply orchestrated his position for him to get here.

"I say we continue going," Clare added, "What do you think?"

"Yeah, I agree." Zylus picked himself up, stepping onto the rocks to get to the other side of the ravine.

"Skip and skip." Eldra said, "I love parkours like this. But now," her expression darkened, "lead the way." 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮

"Got it," Zylus nodded, as he gazed into the forest, where the other students’ silhouettes were visible.

"Let’s go."

Time flew by to the point where they’d been walking for almost two hours.

"We’re here." Zylus declared, seeing that the silhouettes were just in front of the long oak trees and bushes that surrounded them.

"But Zylus," Eldra paused, "There’s nobody here."

Zylus panicked, "But I just saw them," he stated, taking a moment to look in every direction, "Where could they have gone?!"

As Zylus continued to look, when he gazed back at Eldra, she wasn’t there. Zylus readied himself, attempting to sense the others, but he couldn’t.

"Missed me?" It was Lucas, stepping out of the bushes. Zylus simply stared at him, "No worries, the siblings are with me." He stuck his tongue out lustfully.

As Lucas walked out, he held an unconscious girl in his arms, and that was none other than Eldra. Lucas was clearly trying to do something with her, and it wasn’t alright.

The two bullies walked out with him as well, "Thought we weren’t coming for revenge?" One said, smacking a branch into his right palm.

With them, the person who betrayed Zylus’s squadron calmly walked out. "Sorry for that, Zylus, I don’t take joy in it." Noctis sarcastically grinned, "We have to do what’s right for the greater good, don’t take shame in it."

"Where’s the rest of your group?" Zylus calmly asked, "Where’s Fred?"

But why were my senses dulled? I used Order Two; the effects don’t wear off until twenty-four hours after its use. On top of that, they somehow predicted my movements.

Lucas laughed, an evil laugh, flapping his hands in the air, "You got outsmarted." The other two bullies behind him smirked.

"Hey, that’s against academy rules!" Zylus yelled. Lucas started inappropriately touching Eldra’s face.

Lucas then began slowly unbuttoning her, "There are no cameras here," he smirked, "So I can do whatever I want, that’s why I tortured Fred, for what he had done."

"No cameras?" Zylus smirked, "No cameras, you say?"

"What of it?" Lucas questioned back, "It’s unlike your nature to honestly do something, especially when it’s four against one."

Zylus started laughing, "Hey Clare," he whispered, "If I were to murder some of my classmates now with my systemic flow, without cameras around, what consequences can I face?"

Clare breathed into the mic, "Without cameras?" She took a second to think, "As long as the principal isn’t around to view, because my records state that only he can sense your demonic presence." Clare paused, "Just make sure you’re capable enough to kill all who are watching."

"Perfect," Zylus’s gaze shifted towards the ones who threatened him, "I’ll let you go first, don’t be afraid."

Lucas stopped unbuttoning Eldra’s clothes, having opened them just enough to see her cleavage. "You act as if you’ve already won. What is it with you that pisses me off?" He started scratching his hair, as his expression darkened, "It’s that arrogant muscle head of yours, the reason I rebuke you."

"Then do something about it," Zylus calmly said, "I’m waiting..."

"Man!" Lucas yelled angrily, spiking his right hand’s palm towards Zylus, "Attack!"

The three of them started to rush towards Zylus, the two men who attacked him in the elevator, and Noctis as well, with a smile. Each one was prepared, preparing their techniques intelligently before completely attacking.

"Elemental Affinity: Activate!" All of them screamed harmoniously as they walked more and more slowly.

Noctis went first, "Technique: Enhance, order one, strength." And just like that, his muscles and height grew once more, to the size of the bear they had fought earlier.

The short one also tried his own, "Technique: Speed, order one, uniform acceleration." He became fast, very quick, so that Zylus couldn’t catch on to his quick movements, but that wasn’t a problem anymore.

"Technique: Weight, order one, stomach deflection." The larger one added, allowing him to parry every attack Zylus might throw at him.

All of three of them stopped, because something started forming into Zylus’s palm, and he gripped it closely.

"What’s this cold anger I feel?" Noctis slightly panicked, "It’s a joke, attack!"

The aura of Zylus’s systemic flow started seeping closely attached to his silhouette, and he smirked through it all.

"You see," Zylus calmly said, "I’m different from the three of you."

As Noctis rushed, not just him, but the other two stopped. Lucas stayed behind, watching the entire scene on display.

"Why’d you stop?!" Lucas yelled.

"Lucas, there’s something weird about this guy, like where the fuck did he get that katana from?!" Noctis angrily questioned back.

"I don’t know, and I don’t care!" Lucas let out a calm breath, "Just kill him!"

Noctis put a hand out in front of the two other bullies that followed Lucas, "Don’t listen, something’s not right, and I don’t know what it is."

"What’s wrong?" Zylus stepped towards them, swinging his katana gently into the air, "Noticed something?" He asked.

Noctis creepingly smiled as sweat ran down his forehead. "Just who the fuck are you?" he paused. "Give me the real answer."

"Oh, it’s really not much, honestly," Zylus spat on the floor, brushing his hand through his hair, "It’s just that, I’m..." He suddenly paused, and all of them looked at him, intrigued, including Lucas.
