Tokyo: My Superpower Refreshes Every Week-Chapter 453 - 451: A Spit Can Destroy a Nation_1
AGM-158C long-range anti-ship missiles, AGM-114 Hellfire missiles...
Two F-35 fighter jets launched a total of eight missiles.
The brilliant tail flames streaked through the night sky sparkling with stars, hitting Aozawa at high speed. He did not use a Defense Barrier; he simply wanted to test how tough his body, now expanded to tens of thousands of meters, was.
Those dragon scales surely weren’t grown for nothing.
He thought it highly unlikely that the missiles would kill him in one strike. As long as he didn’t die, he could heal himself with the Marvelous Resurgence ability.
Aozawa had the confidence to use his body to prove his toughness against the missiles.
BOOM!
All eight missiles hit Aozawa’s head, specifically targeting his eyes.
Even under such enormous pressure, the two fighter pilots maintained excellent military discipline. They did not attack blindly but targeted selectively.
Against such a large target, it was essential to prioritize attacking the more vulnerable areas.
The splendid fireworks engulfed Aozawa’s eyes.
The dragon scales remained intact.
It was like a normal person punching their chest. No real harm was done, just a little sting.
Aozawa really wanted to roar to scare his adversaries, but considering his current size, such a roar could kill countless people below with the shockwaves.
He didn’t care about the social elite perishing, but those victims were clearly not within his intended range of damage.
So he held back the impulse to roar, choosing instead to spit water from his mouth at the two fighter jets while using his Infinity Big power.
The water he spat out spanned a thousand meters, like a city-destroying tsunami that struck the surface of the two F-35s.
The seawater, carrying a massive impact, directly slapped the two fighter jets toward the ocean’s surface.
BOOM! It was not the sound of the fighters exploding. In the water, the jet explosion didn’t even make a sound. It was just the heavy seawater smashing onto the ocean surface, creating a thunderous noise.
The turbulent water swept the wreckage of the jets and the pilots deep into the sea, hundreds, even thousands of meters down.
The sea’s surface merely splashed up with waves.
After Aozawa’s test, as long as it was an object existing in reality, he could use his Infinity Big ability to enlarge it.
If it didn’t exist in reality, then only his own body could be affected by Infinity Big.
Biological creations from the Will-o’-the-wisp Hypnotic World could not be enlarged.
Life forms created with Fate Weaving could not be enlarged either.
His method of attack in his dragon transformation had become spitting a mouthful of water to destroy a city. In Europe, that would mean a spit capable of destroying a country.
Alexei witnessed the fate of the two F-35 fighter jets with his own eyes. He felt ice cold, standing at the door of the private jet, unable to make the step up the stairs.
Taking to the skies was not a ticket to survival but a pass to Hell.
Realizing this, he hurriedly stepped back.
Wood’s speed wasn’t slow either.
He never had any real health issues; the pretense of using a cane, walking sluggishly, was just to enjoy the power of making others wait for him.
At a moment of life and death, such pretense was tossed aside. He wished he could have the agility of a teenager.
"Two of the most advanced fighter jets just destroyed by a Monster, what should we do?"
"Don’t panic. We’ll call the U.S. Army. We’ll use a large group of the U.S. Army to attract the Monster’s attention, then we can take a plane and leave."
An American legal authority nicknamed "John Doe" had spent years studying the law. He devoted his life to lowering the age limit for sexual consent and could be considered a role model in the United States for integrating knowledge and action.
At this critical juncture, he quickly put his mind to work, immediately coming up with a great idea.
As for whether the U.S. Army would be annihilated, that had nothing to do with him.
Alexei quickly responded, nodding, "Let’s head back to the Round Table and call for U.S. Army rescue!"
What ordinary people could not achieve, they could.
After all, their deaths would cause an upheaval across all sectors in the United States.
In haste, the group returned inside the hall.
Aozawa watched this scene and decided to revert from his Red Dragon form; his size was far too large and impractical for eliminating those high-profile individuals with precision.
He used Element Replacement to turn himself into an unseen wind, then reverted Infinity Big, using Schrödinger’s Cat to leap in front of the Round Table inside the hall.
Aozawa intended to stir up some dust but found the place unexpectedly clean, with not even a speck of dust. So he just let the wind spin a couple of times before transforming into Dio’s appearance, taking a seat calmly on a high-backed chair.
He rested his chin on his hands, gazing calmly at Alexei and the others who hurried into the hall.
The golden light illuminated his blond hair, making it shine even more, and his fair skin also took on a layer of soft gold.
His brown eyes coldly observed them.
Alexei’s hurried steps halted as he saw the man sitting at the Round Table. Examining his appearance, his heart nearly gave out as he stammered, "You, are you Dio?!"
Upon hearing this name, the others immediately turned pale.
Those who could participate in this core gathering were, without doubt, members of the uppermost echelon in the United States.
They naturally had heard of Lord Dio’s deeds, and they knew what kind of attitude he took towards the powerful and privileged.
THUD. Wood knelt down, weeping bitterly, "Lord Dio, I have nothing to do with this matter; the island belongs entirely to Alexei, and I didn’t interfere at all!
"I am a good person!
"I’ve devoted my life to charity. If you don’t believe me, you can check Wikipedia!"
Alexei’s complexion changed dramatically, and the others also quickly realized the situation, hastily starting to explain themselves.
"Yeah, I hardly know this guy. I hate those kinds of privileged people the most. I’ve aspired to stand from a legal perspective, contributing many valuable suggestions for the progress of the rule of law in the United States.
"Six of the Supreme Court justices were my students. Every president has asked me to be a legal adviser. There’s no way I would break the law knowingly!"
Listening to their pleas, Aozawa showed no expression. He wasn’t a judge. His judgment never required past evidence, trusting only the facts before his eyes.
Aozawa shattered a glass, then flicked the sharp edge in their direction, activating Infinity Big.
The shards of glass instantly enlarged tremendously. Aozawa, turning into a breeze, evaded the physical harm.
The people at the doorway couldn’t do the same. The sharp glass shards violently tore through their flesh, their blood rolling into the clear body of the glass. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖
CRASH! The giant broken glass smashed onto the floor without shattering further.
The broken glass was now as big as half the hall.
The people, split in two, didn’t die immediately. Instead, they emitted hysterical wails and screams, many having half their bodies sliced off.
Those like Wood, who knelt begging for mercy, met a swift end, with their heads chopped off.
Those like Alexei, who stood, had only their thighs severed. Blood spurted from the wounds, and the intense pain made him jump frantically in place, like a fish caught in a mud pit.
Aozawa deactivated the power of Infinity Big. The glass returned to a small piece on the table, which he then blasted to smithereens using his Marked Detonation ability.
He didn’t stay any longer, transforming into a streak of lightning and vanishing from the hall, heading to the banquet below.
The giant dragon disappeared over the ocean.
The shadow vanished from the banquet area, and the terrified Walter finally managed to calm his racing heart.
He remembered the recent reports circulating online about Different Worlds, Monsters, and the Saint Heir in New York.
Walter hurriedly wiped the sweat from his forehead. Were all those things real?
Frankly, he had thought it was all just lies concocted by the higher-ups.
Walter had seen such man-made deification schemes more than once.
Some politicians, to stabilize their votes, like to make connections with religious folks, then pay the media and others to continuously promote these individuals, targeting not just the local population but even those abroad.
Walter had witnessed firsthand how some non-religious people, under the influence of various propaganda, began to harbor doubts.
Repetition creates reality.
Especially when a master appears on a television program, their credibility skyrockets.
In the eyes of the skeptics, actions like sprinkling Holy Water into thin air and shouting "XX disease, disappear! Begone, begone!" are utterly preposterous.
But for the believers, such acts are proof of the master’s authority.
If the master was on television, how could it be fake?
Walter had seen such marketing tactics, which is why he didn’t have much faith in television media promotions.
But the facts he had just witnessed forced him to believe in the existence of Different Worlds and Monsters. Such creatures did not belong on Earth.
As these thoughts crossed his mind, he became aware of the wetness in his pants and glanced sideways at Soledad.
The little girl’s complexion seemed quite normal.
Such composure instantly enraged Walter. He fiercely slapped her face, shouting, "What are you laughing at?"
"I, I wasn’t laughing," Soledad replied, completely stunned.
"Dare you say you weren’t? You’re clearly mocking my behavior!" Walter roared. He refused to allow any rebuttal, raising his fist to continue beating her. He sought to reclaim, through her pain, the dignity he lost when he wet his pants.
CRACKLE! POP! Another wave of abnormal noise scared Walter to the point where his legs nearly gave way, almost bringing him to his knees.
He hastily turned his head, only to see electric sparks flying from the hilltop, with electricity from the surroundings converging into a Thunderous Giant of immense stature.
With each breath, lightning covered the skies above the island, resembling Zeus from Greek mythology ready to annihilate mankind.
With a wave of Its right hand, bolts of lightning rained down into the crowd.
Shouts and wails erupted as the banquet guests began to scatter, desperate to avoid the lightning strikes.
"What is this?!" Walter exclaimed, drained of all color.
This time, however, he didn’t freeze in place as he had before. A sliver of hope for survival urged him to flee the scene.
Soledad didn’t run. She just stood in the pathway, watching the grown-ups running and screaming all around, feeling a slight sense of satisfaction.
Kill them, kill them, the more the better.
Soledad didn’t care whether she would survive; as long as they could all be killed off, even going to Hell was fine by her.
