The Villain Mom Awakens — Going Viral by Parenting on a Reality Show-Chapter 249: What Part of My Body Haven’t You Seen?
"Of course not! Didn’t you tell me a while ago that WK wouldn’t be back in the country anytime soon? I can’t believe it’s happening so fast..."
Clementine Coleman’s face was a picture of excitement as she stomped her foot. "The Warren Family’s banquet... I..."
For some reason, a rare look of hesitation appeared on her face. "I... I..."
Seeing Clementine still hesitating, Renee Jennings feigned impatience. "I have to run, Clementine. Let’s schedule this for another day."
Clementine quickly grabbed her arm. "What time are we going shopping tomorrow? Let’s set a time now."
An even gentler smile appeared on Renee Jennings’ face. She lightly patted the back of Clementine’s hand. "It’s so hot these days. It’d be better to go early. Eight in the morning, what do you think?"

Since the wound on his shoulder blade made it difficult to move, Ethan Shaw stayed home, working remotely and attending video meetings.
When Naomi Kenway got home, she found Ethan Shaw playing with Ian in the living room. Ian, a small bundle on the carpet, was assembling Legos, excitedly telling Ethan about the race car and castle he’d just finished.
Ethan Shaw sat on a nearby sofa, his gaze lowered as he listened to Ian, looking incredibly patient.
Naomi Kenway paused, not having the heart to disturb the heartwarming scene before her.
Ethan Shaw noticed her first and beckoned to her. "What are you spacing out for over there?"
Naomi Kenway handed her bag and coat to a maid. Ian had already run over, taking Naomi’s hand to show her his latest creation.
Seeing how excited he was, Naomi Kenway naturally showered Ian with praise.
Her gaze then shifted to Ethan Shaw. "Why are you downstairs? Aren’t you worried you’ll tear your wound open again?"
"The doctor said a bit of walking is good for recovery. Besides, I’m being very careful. Don’t worry."
Ethan Shaw’s wound was on his left shoulder, which still made using chopsticks difficult. Naomi Kenway helped by placing some food in his bowl.
"You should go upstairs and get some proper rest later. It’s best if you move around as little as possible for the next few days."
Ethan Shaw looked at the extra food in his bowl, then looked up at her and smiled. "Okay."
After dinner, Naomi Kenway took Ian upstairs to put him to bed. Previously, storytelling duty had been a joint effort between her and Ethan. After some practice, Ethan had become quite a captivating storyteller.
Given Ethan Shaw’s current condition, Naomi Kenway handled story time alone.
After a while, Naomi Kenway’s throat felt a little dry, so she took a sip of water.
Ian wasn’t asleep yet. He was covered with a thin blanket, his head peeking out. His big, round eyes blinked as he said honestly, "I can’t sleep."
Naomi Kenway bent over and tucked him in more snugly. "What’s wrong? Why can’t you sleep?"
"Daddy usually tells me a story too."
’So that was it. Ian had grown accustomed to their recent storytelling routine, and he couldn’t quite fall asleep without Ethan.’
"Daddy’s hurt, so it’s not easy for him to come. How about Mommy tells you a story? We can even pick a new one, one you’ve never heard before. How does that sound?"
"Okay," Ian replied obediently.
Once Ian Shaw was asleep, Naomi Kenway tiptoed out and returned to her bedroom.
She closed the door and turned to see Ethan Shaw struggling to take off his shirt. The first-aid kit was beside him. It contained the topical medication the doctor had prescribed, which needed to be reapplied periodically.
Naomi Kenway froze, then hurried over. "Ethan Shaw, what are you doing? Why didn’t you have the doctor apply your medicine?"
Ethan Shaw looked up. "It’s getting a little late. I didn’t want to bother him."
"What about the staff? There are so many people in this manor."
"I don’t like taking my clothes off in front of other people."
Naomi Kenway blurted out, "But you’re naked all the... you’re always walking around the bedroom looking for clothes..."
"You’re not ’other people.’ Besides..." Ethan Shaw said casually, his tone rising slightly at the end, "we’ve been married for ages. Is there any part of me you haven’t seen?"
Naomi Kenway froze, her ears turning red against her will.
"Perfect timing. Nina, come help me with this dressing."
Naomi Kenway took two steps forward and got the medicine. When she turned back, Ethan had already lifted his shirt, revealing his lean, sexy abs.
"Wait." Naomi Kenway pulled his shirt back down, her voice stuttering slightly. "I-I don’t think you need to take it all the way off. The wound is on your shoulder blade. You just need to expose your left shoulder."
"Alright. Go ahead."
He obediently lowered his hands, his gaze fixed on her, presenting himself for her to work on.
Naomi Kenway felt a strange sense of awkwardness, not knowing where to begin. She pulled down the fabric on Ethan Shaw’s left side, but as she was about to apply the new dressing, she realized something was off.
The tantalizing glimpse of his pectoral muscles was more arresting than full exposure, and it made her blush even harder.
Yet Ethan Shaw’s expression didn’t change in the slightest. He even asked with concern, "What’s wrong? Why is your face so red? You’re not running a fever, are you?"
Naomi Kenway shook her head vigorously. "Luke Lowell was right about you. You’re so... so..."
She was tongue-tied and couldn’t get the last word out.
Hearing the name, Ethan Shaw’s eyes narrowed slightly. "Luke Lowell? What did that punk tell you?"
"Nothing." Naomi Kenway composed herself. "I don’t think this is working. How about I just help you take the shirt off completely."
"Why isn’t it working? What’s wrong with it?"
Naomi Kenway cleared her throat, her hands moving quickly. "It just isn’t, that’s all. Why all the questions?"
His powerful physique was now fully revealed. Ethan Shaw was meticulous about maintaining his figure. There wasn’t an ounce of fat on him. From his sculpted abs to his sexy Adam’s apple, everything about him was as perfect as a work of art.
Naomi Kenway didn’t know where it was safe to look. She was extremely close to Ethan while changing the dressing.
So close she could feel his hot breath and his intense, focused gaze.
When the dressing was finally changed, Naomi Kenway wiped the sweat from her brow. "Thank goodness the wound didn’t reopen. If you want to move around, stay on this floor. Don’t go downstairs for the time being."
"Okay," Ethan Shaw replied.
A moment later, Ethan Shaw went into the bathroom to shower. Naomi Kenway’s racing heart gradually returned to its normal rhythm.
’I don’t consider myself the type to swoon over a man, but whenever I’m faced with Ethan, I always end up feeling flustered and embarrassed...’
Naomi Kenway had a maid bring up an iced drink. She took a sip and turned on the television.
The cool drink settled in her stomach, seeming to dispel her earlier agitation.
A variety show Naomi was following was on TV. She knew it was all scripted, but it was funny and a good way to de-stress, so that didn’t stop her from watching.
Suddenly, she heard Ethan Shaw call out.
Naomi Kenway walked over with her glass and approached the bathroom. She gave the door a very polite knock. The next second, the door swung open.
