The Villain Mom Awakens — Going Viral by Parenting on a Reality Show-Chapter 216: Hoping the Mother and Daughter Soon Escape the Sea of Suffering
"Stay away from me!"
Phoenix Holloway was completely intimidated. Her legs wouldn’t stop shaking as she bolted past Naomi Kenway and out of the room. She ran into the yard, and her foot slipped, causing one of her shoes to fall off. She didn’t have time to pick it up. She grabbed the main gate and scrambled outside as if a demon were chasing her.
[What a hateful old woman, bullying the weak and fearing the strong!]
[Naomi Kenway once beat someone into the ICU? For real? I’ve never heard about that. She actually did something like that? That’s way too violent...]
[Hahaha, @ a few posts up, you actually believe that? Can’t you tell Nina was just trying to scare that old hag? And you didn’t think the part about the boxing match was ridiculous?]
[I have to clarify something here. Our Nina doesn’t have a habit of randomly hitting people. Even back when the whole internet was against her, our Nina was only mocked for her poor acting—and that was because of the "fame-through-infamy" strategy Lindsay Woods came up with! I’m sure everyone watching the show can see that Nina is a really hardworking and sincere person. I hope more and more people come to like our Nina!]
[That poor Joelle Lynch and her daughter. They’re suffering in such hellish conditions every day. I really hope someone can help them. I heard Renee Jennings loves doing charity work. I hope she notices what’s going on here soon and helps this mother and daughter escape their misery! (praying)(praying)]
[It’ll be too hard for them to escape, won’t it? Unless she gets a divorce, but it’s hard to imagine how the mother and daughter would survive...]
[What do you mean, ’how would they survive’? Look at the life they’re living now. To put it bluntly, begging on the streets would be more liberating and joyful than this. At least no one would be cursing at you every day!]
[The post above is too subjective. Joelle Lynch has lived here her whole life, so it must be really hard to leave. And she has a child! It’s not that she doesn’t want to escape, but that she’s completely incapable of it!]
[Can anyone provide Six’s home address? I want to donate some things.] 𝒻𝓇𝑒𝘦𝘸𝑒𝒷𝓃ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝒸ℴ𝘮

Naomi Kenway slowly withdrew her gaze and asked, "Are you two okay?"
Joelle Lynch’s eyes were filled with gratitude. She pressed her palms together. "Thank you, thank you..."
Tears were still welling in Six’s eyes. "Thank you, Fairy Sister. We were so scared just now..."
Naomi Kenway picked the thermos up from the floor again. "She’s been like this for a long time, hasn’t she? What’s your husband’s attitude? Does he know you’re being bullied like this?"
Joelle Lynch lowered her head in silence. Six said, "My dad doesn’t get involved. He only sides with Grandma. Sometimes he even helps Grandma hit my mom..."
"Six," Joelle Lynch called out to her, then turned to Naomi Kenway. "Thank you so much. I’m so sorry our family’s ugly business has affected you. Little Sis Kenway, you should get some rest."

Naomi Kenway woke up very early the next day. This was their third and final day in Peldon Village. The three-day, three-night trip was about to end. As was customary, they would be leaving the following morning.
Naomi Kenway helped Six feed the ducks, just like before.
Six turned her head, her big, dark eyes filled with reluctance and sorrow. "Fairy Sister, are you leaving tomorrow? Will I never see you again?"
"Of course not," Naomi Kenway said patiently, ruffling the girl’s hair. "I’ll leave you my address. When you come to Veridia in the future, you can come find me."
"Okay." A determined look appeared on Six’s face. "I’ll definitely study hard so I can bring my mom to the city to see you sooner." She then squinted and said with a smile, "By then, Six will be very tall. Maybe even taller than you, Fairy Sister!"
A strange sense of reluctance also grew in Naomi Kenway’s heart. She sometimes saw a shadow of her past self in Six—the same resilience and attachment to her mother.
Naomi Kenway’s voice was gentle. "Six, you have to study hard. Ian and I will be looking forward to your visit."
"Okay!"
That morning, the production team didn’t provide any food, telling them to fend for themselves.
Six prepared a meal and brought it to Joelle Lynch. Then she called Naomi Kenway and Ian over to eat.
Naomi Kenway had been nearby while the food was being prepared. She clearly remembered Six had boiled three eggs in total. One was brought to Joelle Lynch, and the other two were in Naomi’s and Ian’s bowls.
Naomi Kenway knew the eggs were probably one of the few nice things Six’s family had, so she placed her own egg next to Six’s bowl.
Six looked up, a little flustered. "The food is a bit simple. There wasn’t enough time. Tonight, I’ll kill the chicken so we can have some meat."
Naomi Kenway let out a laugh. "Don’t be nervous. If you kill the chicken, how will you get any more eggs?"
"I... well..."
"Look how scared you are. You forgot, I told you I don’t like eggs, so this one is for you. And you don’t need to slaughter the chicken. I’ve been feeding it for the past two days and have grown a bit attached. It’d be a shame to kill it."
Ian Shaw, who was about to take his egg, froze. He had always been a smart child and instantly understood what was happening. He also passed his egg to Six.
"I don’t like them either. This is for you, Sister Six."
Six stared at the two eggs in front of her, not knowing what to do.
"Go on, eat them. It would be a waste otherwise, right?"
Six finally nodded and clutched the two eggs in her palm. "Okay. I’ll give one to Mom and eat one myself."
With that, she ran back into the house.
Today’s task was once again the Hope Primary School experience. Six left very early. Naomi Kenway set off with Ian Shaw. Since they had walked the route once already, they had some experience, and with Ian as their human GPS, their journey was much easier.
Along the way, the director asked Ian a few questions, worried that yesterday’s blow had been too great. Ian’s face remained expressionless, but he still answered the director’s questions patiently.
Only then did the director’s heart relax a little.
Naomi Kenway and her son were the first pair to arrive at Hope Primary School. The other guests arrived one after another.
Ruby Preston and Margaret Jennings came over to ask about Ian with concern. They were relieved to hear he was doing a bit better.
Margaret Jennings sighed. "Poor Ian. That poor child has to pay the price for someone else’s negligence!"
Her tone was filled with dissatisfaction.
Ruby Preston added, "Renee Jennings really went too far this time, hurting a child like that."
Speak of the devil. Renee Jennings walked over with Nathan Lynch. Her arm was wrapped in a thick layer of bandages, and her face was extremely pale, making her look quite pitiful.
Naomi Kenway subconsciously glanced at Ian Shaw, remembering the "present" he had mentioned. However, Ian didn’t react at all. ’I must be overthinking things,’ she suspected. ’Besides, my son isn’t capable of hurting anyone.’
After some thought, Chelsea Raines walked over to ask what was wrong, keeping her distance from Renee Jennings.
