Chapter 351: The Queen is Missing!

Elsa, Beatrice, and Leon met up with the girls at another entrance under their house. Elsa saw the girls were busy loading their food supplies onto the carriage.

"You are still not done? I told you to finish it by noon," Beatrice scolded the girls.

"You did, Mama, and we finished that, we already dropped it off to Lulu. This is the second batch. The Queen might need to eat more because of her baby."

"You knew?" Elsa smiled at the girls, feeling thankful that they didn’t only think about her but also her baby.

"Our sister told us, she said that we should pack as much healthy food as we can."

"What are your names?" Elsa asked the girls.

"I am Lala, and she is Lily. We are twins."

"Twins... I wish I had twins too, twin girls like you," Elsa commented and turned to Leon. "You must be proud that your wife agreed to use the first letter of your name for all your children."

Leon scratched the back of his neck in embarrassment, "Ah y-yes, Your Majesty. I guess I am lucky. But we should go. Lulu must be anxiously waiting for us by now."

"Alright, everyone, get on and hold on tight. I’m going to try something to speed up our travel," Elsa instructed. Everyone quickly settled on the edge of the carriage, trying to fit at least half of their bodies onto it.

They clung to whatever part of the carriage they could, holding on for dear life as they watched Elsa’s hands begin to glow. A gust of wind formed in her palms, whipping up the dirt around them.

When the gust was powerful enough, she extended her arms, hurling the swirling ball of air in front of her. This caused the carriage to accelerate rapidly in the opposite direction.

In just a matter of seconds, they reached Lulu’s location, startling her. Lulu stood staring at them with an open mouth trying to process in her mind what just happened.

"Lulu! The Queen’s power is so amazing! She teleported us here!" Lily exclaimed in excitement.

"Oh dear, she didn’t. You had your eyes closed the whole time that’s why you didn’t see. She used her air magic to push the carriage," Beatrice corrected her daughter.

Elsa giggled at how disappointed Lily was. She scanned the place before staring at Lulu. Elsa almost smiled at her faithful and loyal servant whose face was covered in dirt from digging underground.

"You have been busy," Elsa told Lulu, whose eyes were welling up.

Lulu was both happy and sad at the same time. She’s happy that Elsa and her family can finally leave Kurzen but sad because of how Elsa looks.

Dark circles were very visible under her eyes, she obviously lost a lot of weight, and she looked weak and in pain. Lulu ran over to Elsa, not minding her status, and hugged her tight.

"Oh!" Elsa uttered, surprised about Lulu’s sudden embrace. She felt her emotions, the feeling of worry and relief altogether, so she hugged her back.

"Are you alright, My Queen? Were you able to eat and sleep right while I was gone?" Lulu asked while wiping her tears that she could no longer stop from falling.

Elsa chuckled and said, "Of course, I did. Your mother took care of me."

"Right... I am glad that you are out of the castle. Just stay on the carriage and relax, we got you," Lulu assured.

"Do you know where are we now exactly?" Elsa asked Lulu and her family.

Lulu took out the map that Elsa gave her from her pocket and pointed at it. "We are here, on the foot of the mountain between Kurzen and Vrenada."

Elsa’s jaw dropped in astonishment, she could not believe that’s how far they already were. "How did that happen?"

"I’ve got help..." Lulu grinned and pointed her hands to her twin sisters.

Elsa was confused at first but Lala and Lily decided to show how they helped their sister by digging without shovels.

Elsa gasped and covered her mouth, she was speechless but proud at the same time.

"I taught my sisters what you taught me, Your Majesty. I was surprised that they learned faster than I did," Lulu explained.

Lala and Lily bowed to Elsa and thanked her, "We are forever grateful to you, Your Majesty. If you didn’t teach and help our sister, we would be forever living in Kurzen. But now, not only we will be able to leave this place, but we could also use our magic to help you and other people," Lala uttered.

"You both have earth magic?" Elsa asked the twins.

When the twins nodded, Elsa climbed down the carriage and said, "Perfect, now we can all dig together. We will be in Vrenada in no time."

"I will help too!" Leon joined in as his daughters and Elsa started digging.

Beatrice watched them while preparing their food on the carriage. She was glad that they were almost out of Kurzen but worry kept creeping into her nerves, knowing that the demon king would soon find out that Elsa was no longer in the castle.

Back in Mordrak’s castle...

King Mordrak woke up to the bright morning sun hitting his face. It’s the day he has been waiting for, his wedding with Elsa. He stood up but was pulled back to bed by a fair slender arm.

"Are you relaxed now?" Milda asked as she encircled her arms tightly to the demon king’s waist.

"Dress up, the sun is already high in the sky, it’s probably noon already. I have a wedding to attend to," King Mordrak said.

"I know, but the wedding is not until tonight. Maybe we could just stay here and cuddle some more. Perhaps another round or two, before another woman claims my man," Milda uttered lazily, still sleepy and tired because of last night’s exercise with the demon king.

"I am still yours even if I marry her. You know that I can marry as many women as I like right? So let’s go, they should be waiting for me." King Mordrak forcefully removed Milda’s arms and grabbed his robe to check on Elsa.

He has a smile on his face, feeling excited about tonight’s event and celebration. He went to the connecting receiving area and his chamberlain, the castle’s maids together with the modiste and the modiste’s servants.

King Mordrak furrowed his eyebrows as he securely tied his robe upon seeing the worried faces of the people in the receiving room. "What are you all looking like that? Shouldn’t you be all in Queen Elsa’s room, preparing her?"

"My King, I was waiting for you to wake up, but King’s guards refused to let me in. They said you strictly ordered not to disturb you and only the Queen’s servant is allowed to call for you," the chamberlain said.

"Well, I am here now. Speak up," King Mordrak impatiently replied while putting his hands on his waist.

The chamberlain gulped, scared to inform the king, but brazen himself and said, "Queen Elsa is not in her room. The Queen is missing!"
