The Lust System: Brother, Please Help Me-Chapter 73: Taking a tour
As the energy of all three phases filled the room. It travelled straight into the pearl, becoming the heart of the base. The shuddering climax of every couple culminated in a breathtaking moment. The chamber filled with rainbow coloured lights.
The world came to life, and a low, constant hum filled the air.
The lights in the chamber flickered on. A gentle woosh came from above as the atmospheric regulator system kicked in. The Heart above them pulsed. There was a cacophony of colours shimmering in it.
Still tangled with Aiden, the Covenant Engine interface popped up.

"We did it," Aiden said.
Ember remembered he was able to see the interface as well. His arms were still wrapped around her as he said this. He gripped her tighter. Ember felt him growing again.
She gave him a sly smile before shifting and letting it slip out of her ass.
Aiden frowned. "Now you’ve made it cold. Don’t you know it needs a warm place to survive?" He reached down to touch her pussy. It was slick with her juices and his cum.
She swatted his hand away, sitting up.
Everyone took their time to wipe up and clean as best they could.
While they still had some energy, Ember decided it was time for a tour. As they walked around, everyone took in the sights.
"The base is divided into three levels, for now," Ember says as they walk. "Everything can, of course, be upgraded. When people first enter the base, they’ll stay in the Commons. It gives them basic amenities. The more you contribute, the further your access. Then there are the private quarters. The best food and rooms. It is a reward...not a given."
The first stop they make is to the Commons. It is an open concept living space. It has comfortable couches, a holographic entertainment system, and a shared kitchen. Though shared or not, it looked as if it belonged in a five-star restaurant.
"If this is the Commons, I want to know what the private rooms look like." Marcus whistled as he saw the setup.
Next, the Private Quarters. Here it is a series of well-spaced, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and a beautiful view of the mountains.
"This is where you all will stay," Ember said. "You can come back and pick your rooms after we’re done with the tour."
The tour took them to the Hydroponics Bay. It was a gardener’s wet dream. A multi-level greenhouse filled with an array of fruits and vegetables. The armoury was a soldier’s paradise, with racks of high-tech weapons and a training simulator.
As they moved through the base, they noticed there were sections still sealed off.
"They will be open when the base upgrades. We need more people." Ember stated.
Finally, Ember led them to the highest level of the base. To get there, they needed to take a private elevator. It took them to a magnificent pair of double doors. There were large word swritten above the door, The Architect’s Quarters.
The doors opened, and everyone gasped.
It wasn’t just a room. It was a multi-level penthouse suite. The entire back was made of floor-to-ceiling glass. It offered a panoramic view of the entire mountain range. A staircase led up to a loft bedroom. The bed looked big enough to fit five people. There was a private hot tub, a personal library, and a kitchenette.
"Well, someone’s living the high life," Ivan commented.
Ember scoffed. "You have good rooms too...unless you prefer to go to the commons?"
Ivan shook his head quickly, raising his hands in surrender. He had already thought about decorating his room. He was still on the fence about whether to stay with Cassia. He thought having a nice piece of ass close by when he woke up in the mood sounded good. But he was still hesitant because of what he experienced during the Azure Circle.
Aiden’s arm tightened around Ember’s waist. "She deserves the best, so she gets it," he said. "And so do I."
Aiden looked around the room again. This would be their home for the foreseeable future. It was their own private paradise. A place where they could be themselves without the weight of responsibility holding them down.
"Before everybody leaves, I have one thing to say." Ember’s voice cuts through the chatter. "I said before, rooms can be upgraded. Everyone needs to work for the base. When you get to a certain point, you will be notified of your points. The contract you signed will let you know."
She did not tell them exactly what would happen. She wanted to know their reaction when they saw it.
"Anyway, go do your own thing. We’ll rest for a few days before we decide whether to go out again. We still need to recruit people," Ember said.
After Ember finished speaking, she watched them file out of the room. Now it was just her and Aiden. But first, there is something she needed to ask the CE.
CE, I need you to explain something to me.
Ember didn’t bother to speak in her mind. Aiden was the only one here.
[What would you like to know?]
Why is the base like this? I don’t remember placing it here.
[It is still the same place. After integration, I was able to make a few changes. The base has expanded underground. It is currently camouflaged in order to secure your safety.]
[You are unable to go down or up the mountain the way you previously walked. I would not recommend testing it.]
As soon as she heard the CE, she knew it had read her thoughts. In the end, Ember conceded. She dragged Aiden to the bathroom so they could have a bath together.
She had a few days off and she was going to be as lazy as possible.
