Ogrande City’s official Transcendent organization was lying low, growing and strengthening.
The secretly scheming Evil God Organizations wanted to grow bigger and stronger, drawing more sustenance from Ogrande City.
These were all aspects he could exploit.
At the same time, Zorn was also digging up his fellow Evil Spirit Bosses, one by one.
After all, Zorn was far too familiar with them.
