Chapter 359: Chapter 359: Dare to Bully My Brother?

Hearing the noisy voices from the other side, Ling Feng smiled, "Busy, huh?"

"Yeah, I’m caught up with contract stuff. If you’ve got something to say, make it quick," Li Yun spoke rapidly, clearly in the midst of something.

Ling Feng didn’t beat around the bush, "Let me know when you set off for that company, just a text will do!"

"What exactly are you up to?"

Li Yun was taken aback, then asked with curiosity.

"Don’t worry about that, I’ll tell you once it’s all over, okay?" Ling Feng asked with a negotiating tone.

"Uh, alright!"

Li Yun said this and hung up the phone right away.

"We should have enough time; it’s not even noon yet, aren’t they all going to have lunch together?" Seeing Ling Feng with a furrowed brow, Lin Xue couldn’t help but ask.

Upon hearing her words, Ling Feng sighed lightly, "I just feel like things aren’t that simple, and if by any chance we fail, we could make a huge mistake!"

Lin Xue’s eyes gleamed, "I never realized you were so patriotic."

"Of course, I am a lieutenant colonel now, after all. It’s an honor and a responsibility!" Ling Feng said proudly.

"Talk about blowing your own trumpet, and here I thought you were really worried! It’s nothing much!" Lin Xue rolled her eyes.

"Heh, it’s all because of you; having you around lets me rest easy," Ling Feng laughed.

As the two chatted and laughed up front, He Bing in the back seat could hardly take it anymore and coughed to interject, "Uh, boss, are you guys hungry? Should I go buy something for us to eat?"

"Oh, sure, who knows when Du Song will be out. Let’s just make do for lunch!" Ling Feng nodded in agreement.

He Bing hummed in acknowledgment, got out of the car, and left before helplessly shaking his head, "Had I known, I would’ve gone into the internet café with Du Song; I accidentally ended up playing third wheel!"

An hour later, Ling Feng and others had their fill, but Du Song still hadn’t come out.

Seeing this, Ling Feng said, "I’ll go and take a look, how hard can it be to unlock that damn phone?"

No sooner had he finished speaking than a figure flew out of the internet café door and thudded to the ground!

"Damn! What’s going on?"

Ling Feng’s eyes widened; the person who flew out wasn’t Du Song, but a young guy with dyed yellow hair, clearly indicating trouble inside the internet café.

He quickly got out of the car, with He Bing and Lin Xue following suit, heading swiftly to the entrance of the café.

Inside was already chaotic, filled with incessant noise; Ling Feng furrowed his brows and strode in.

Right after entering, he saw Du Song being attacked by a crowd. Those guys wielded keyboards, chairs, and all sorts of random things to pummel him!

Du Song was in a bit of a fix in the middle; although those things could not hurt him, the space was cramped, and the guys around him were slippery, not daring to get too close, so he had to focus on defense.

Seeing this scene, Ling Feng instantly erupted into fury. Without a word, he charged in and knocked down seven or eight guys with a few punches and kicks!

The assailants were caught off guard, having not expected someone else to join the fray, and screams filled the air instantly!

"Shut the hell up, all of you, don’t push me to murder!"

Ling Feng roared, noticing a tall wooden table to his side, he slapped it down with his palm!

"Crack!"

The thick wood shattered under his blow, instantly silencing everyone!

"Du Song, what’s the deal?"

Seeing that the others dared not move, Ling Feng asked loudly.

"Some kid saw this old phone and started mocking me. I retorted, and then all of them piled on!" said Du Song.

Ling Feng rolled his eyes, thinking this was just fantastic!

But now was not the time to pick a fight with him, so he asked, "Which blind fool is it?"

"That guy!"

Following the direction of Du Song’s finger, Ling Feng saw the man. The guy had his top off in the bitterly cold weather, revealing a large expanse of tattoos, a face full of scars, clearly not a kind soul.

"So it’s you who underestimated people, huh? Relying on having more guys?"

Ling Feng gave a cold laugh and strode towards the man!

Seeing this, the tattooed man squinted his eyes, threw away the stool in his hand, and pulled out a dagger from his waist: "Kid, don’t ask for trouble. I’ve done time!"

"Great, today I’ll send you back in there for a few more years, to stop you causing trouble outside!"

Ling Feng completely ignored his dagger and approached him using an enigmatic move, followed quickly by two slaps!

"I’ll kill you!"

The tattooed man was caught off guard, staggering from the hits, and then flew into a rage, swinging the dagger blindly!

Ling Feng snorted coldly, casually knocked the dagger away, and delivered two more slaps!

The sound of the crisp slaps echoed through the entire internet café’s hall, and everyone present was astonished because they couldn’t make out Ling Feng’s movements!

Knowing they were up against a tough one, these people were scared to their core, not daring to move an inch!

The tattooed man’s face was beaten to a pulp, his eyes swollen shut, as he lay on the ground gasping for breath. Ling Feng, seeing this, paid him no further attention and turned to glare at Du Song: "What are you staring at? Aren’t you going to get on with what you’re supposed to do?"

"Oh, got it!"

It was then that Du Song snapped to attention and hurriedly sat down.

Ling Feng looked around: "Who’s the boss of this internet café?"

The people around wore expressions of speechlessness. One with a bit more courage pointed at the tattooed man on the ground: "He is..."

Ling Feng was speechless as well, squatting down to look at the man: "And you’re the boss? The people who come here are customers, and you dared to mock my brother?"

"You... who are you?"

"I’m someone you can’t afford to mess with. Did you think you could walk all over people just because you have a few hooligans under you?" Ling Feng asked with a cold laugh.

The scene fell eerily silent; even those who were insulted did not dare say a word.

The tattooed man, feeling utterly humiliated today, shouted loudly: "Call the police, don’t, don’t let this guy get away!"

Ling Feng laughed: "Call the police? Now you realize the importance of the police? Did you ever think that a day like today would come when you were doing bad deeds?"

The tattooed man: "..."

Ling Feng stood up and looked around at the people: "Your boss has spoken, hurry up and call the cops. Otherwise, how will today’s matter be settled?"

The crowd: "..."

"Stop messing around, Ling Feng, we’ve got serious things to deal with. Don’t get held up!" Lin Xue said at this moment.

"Don’t worry, there’s plenty of time. Bullying my brother, I must have a good chat with them today!" Ling Feng said coldly.

No sooner had he spoken than all the small-time thugs took two steps back, afraid of becoming the next unlucky one.

Just then, two police officers burst through the door, loudly asking, "Who’s fighting here?"

It looked like someone had already called the cops in advance.

Seeing this, Lin Xue hurriedly stepped forward, showing her credentials: "We’re here on official business!"

Seeing her flash the police badge and the military ID, the two officers paused, having never seen someone with both identities before!
