"In this place where a Demi-God holds absolute authority, you are finished," Rein said with a faint smirk, his eyes calm and cruel at the same time.

Martina tilted her head and pouted, pretending not to care. "How cruel, dear brother. How can you treat your lovely sister like this? It breaks my heart."

Her tone was light, but her fingers tightened on the sword.

A sharp arc of wind suddenly tore through the air. It sliced toward them with a loud whistling sound. Martina reacted on instinct and swung her blade. Steel clashed with compressed wind, and sparks burst out as the attack split apart.

SWOOSH!

A figure jumped and attacked again.

Adele stepped forward from the side, her long hair whipping in the violent currents around her. Her eyes were cold, and her voice was sharp. "Stop wasting time and kill him."

Wind gathered around her body and turned into countless thin blades. They shot outward in all directions, cutting through pillars and walls as if they were paper.

Kael jumped back at once, but the moment he moved, he felt it. His body felt heavier. His steps became slow, like he was moving in deep water.

He gritted his teeth and forced his arm up. He swung his sword toward Adele, sending out a slash filled with power. But the moment the slash left his blade, the force scattered, as if something in the air had torn it apart.

His eyes widened. "Fuckkkkk!"

Before he could pull back, several wind blades slammed into him.

BOOM! BOOM!

Kael twisted his body to reduce the damage, but the impact still threw him back. He hit the ground and rolled, coughing as pain spread through his chest.

"This is fucking cheating," he growled, pushing himself up.

"So what!" Adele shot forward like a storm.

At the same time, Rein raised one hand toward Martina. Magic circles formed in the air behind him. Dark light gathered and turned into spears of condensed energy.

Martina rushed in, not letting him keep distance. Her sword cut through the air again and again, each strike aimed to break his casting rhythm.

Rein did not step back. He moved with small shifts of his feet, and every movement caused magic to change shape. Energy spears flew toward Martina, and she twisted and blocked, sparks and shockwaves bursting around her.

Her blade met magic again and again, and the floor cracked under her feet.

Adele and Rein moved like they had fought together many times. When Martina pushed Rein, Adele sent wind blades to force her back. When Kael tried to approach Adele, Rein's spells curved in the air and struck from the side.

Pillars shattered. The ceiling broke open. Stone and dust fell everywhere.

Kael and Martina were being pressed from both sides. Every time they tried to attack, the domain around them dragged at their movements, and their power felt scattered.

They could only defend.

"What should we do?" Martina shouted, blocking another wave of wind.

"It's all that old man's fault," Kael roared while parrying. "He said he would rush here once a Demi-God made a move, but God knows where he is dying."

"It's not his fault," Martina replied through clenched teeth. "This place might be blocking him."

"You even have time to talk," Rein said coldly, and a massive blast of magic shot toward them.

BOOOOOOOOM!

The explosion tore through the chamber. A whole section of the palace wall collapsed. Smoke and fire spread outward. 𝙛𝒓𝒆𝙚𝒘𝒆𝓫𝙣𝓸𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Kael grabbed Martina's arm, and they jumped through the smoke together. They landed in a broken hallway, stone and debris everywhere.

Kael's senses spread out, and he felt it clearly. A huge flow of magic covered the entire area like a net.

A domain.

"Cut," he muttered. "He needs to cut it."

He turned to Martina, breathing hard. "Your Highness, you need to shield me for a few moments."

Martina's face turned pale. She was already struggling just to stand, but she stepped in front of him anyway. She raised her sword with both hands and planted her feet.

"I will try," she said, her voice low but steady.

Behind them, wind and magic gathered again. Adele and Rein were coming through the smoke, their pressure filling the ruined hall.

Martina did not look back.

She only raised her blade and prepared to hold the line, even if her arms were already shaking.

Martina took a deep breath, and then she stepped forward. She moved in front of Kael and raised her sword with both hands. Her arms were already shaking, but she still planted her feet firmly on the broken floor.

"Do it," she said without turning back.

Adele did not hesitate. She lifted her hand, and the air around her twisted violently. Blades of wind formed in layers, thin and sharp, and they rushed forward like a storm.

At the same time, Rein raised both hands. Magic circles appeared behind him one after another, and dark beams shot out, each one heavy and full of pressure.

Martina shouted and swung her sword. She blocked the first wave, but the force pushed her back. Wind blades tore across her armor and cut into the floor. Magic beams exploded around her, and every impact sent shockwaves through the hall.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Walls shattered. Pillars broke. The ceiling cracked open, and stone rained down. The entire area turned into ruins in seconds.

Martina kept standing. Blood ran down her arm, and her breathing grew rough, but she did not move aside. Every strike she blocked made her knees bend a little more.

"She might be injured. Move!" Rein shouted.

Adele's figure blurred. She rushed forward, leaving afterimages behind her.

But just as she stepped in—

All her instincts screamed.

Her body froze for a fraction of a second. The air around them trembled. A deep vibration rolled through the ruins like distant thunder.

Then a sound came.

A low, sharp hum, like metal being dragged across the sky.

Even the Demi-God watching from above felt it. His expression changed, and he shouted, "Be careful!"

The next moment, the entire world was covered in a cold crimson light.

[Dimensional Slash 4th Form]

CRINNNNNHHGGGG!

Space twisted. The air split open. A line appeared across the world, thin at first, then widening as if reality itself had been cut.

CRACKLLLLLLLL!

A loud crack rang out like glass breaking across the sky. The ground split. The palace ruins shook violently. The domain covering the area trembled and broke apart in pieces.

The Demi-God moved as if to stop it, but the closer he got, the louder his instincts screamed. He felt real danger and stepped back instead.

The domain shattered.

And it wasn't even a second the slash was executed when a cold, rough voice echoed through the broken space.

"So this is where you all were hiding. No wonder I could not feel what happened."
