The Golem Mage-Chapter 410 : A Bloody Night.
#Inside a particular house in the Royal Academy,
The crackling flames in the hearth wrap visitors in a warm embrace upon entry, Intricate carvings of flames and fiery motifs adorn the walls, creating a fiery and vibrant atmosphere.
The study is filled with shelves holding ancient scrolls and tomes brimming with spells of fire magic, and a large obsidian altar which is surrounded by burning candles and offering bowls emitting a scent of smouldering embers.
In the study, two men were present, one seated and engrossed in a magical spell tome he was reading, while the other bows his head respectfully.
The man bowing just so happens to be Bolton Blaze of the Ancient Blaze Clan, and the man reading the magical tome is his uncle.

The same uncle who had saved him when he had been threatened by the fourth elder of the Gordons Clan, the moment he went after Alec in the capital.
He was also the one who had even used his connections to secure an exchange opportunity for Bolton at so he could gain experience and a little something to brag about.
But despite all these past deeds, the uncle now appears visibly agitated as he looks up at Bolton.
"Why are you so insistent on going after that boy?, I've told you to let it go; he will be dealt with in due time, don't you understand?" Bolton's uncle queried, annoyance evident in his tone.
"I understand, but that kid is growing faster than anticipated, he would possibly become a future threat if left alone, I need to take action now to prevent that," Bolton responded earnestly.
"I can't believe you're still fixated on this, i don't care about that kid right now, and neither should you, I had assigned you a task to guide some junior mages for experience, not to pursue personal agendas, yet you did now your actions will lead to trouble for us all," the uncle scolded with disappointment.
"Uncle, please help me this one time, i promise to stay focused on my duties and even go into seclusion if necessary to prevent any further trouble," Bolton pleaded earnestly.
"It's already too late for that, the academy is investigating you, and the reason behind it is that they discovered Alec Gordons could have been a student here, but your actions have prevented that, and you know how much this academy values talent."
" they are jealous such a talent is in the war God Mage Academy, helping you could lead to my own scrutiny, and I cannot afford that, your offenses may be major, but any punishment would likely be lenient due to our clan's status and for the fact that I had other instructors assigned for taking out junior mages out for experience opportunities," Bolton's uncle explained.
"That provides you with a way out, as they may not be too harsh on you," the uncle concluded.
"Wait, so I wasn't the only one you sent out?" Bolton's surprise was evident in his question.
"No, you weren't, it was a precautionary measure," the uncle admitted.
"Then you never trusted me," Bolton argued.
"Thanks to my foresight and planning, i was able to salvage the situation at the War God Mage Academy and protect myself, now you need to let this go," the uncle stated firmly, returning to his study of the magical tome.
--
Alec could be seen sitting on the rooftop of the city lord's house, surrounded by his main golems standing on both his right and left side.
With his left hand holding the sheathed Changdao, as he gazed at the temple directly before him, while basking in the moonlight.
Having spent an extended period outdoors, Alec observed various mages entering the temple, confident that his actions had attracted the attention of significant figures of the Evil Sect in the nearby region.
While Alec didn't sense danger from them, he wished his mental stats were higher, which would allow him to spy on their realm level all the way from the city lord's gate mansion he was in.
"Our mission objectives await, Let's eliminate some members of the evil Sect, and move on to the next Mission " Alec declared, as he leaped off the roof, with his seven golems and a grumpy system spirit golem following suit.
--
Inside the temple, the priest stood among numerous deacon-ranked members of the evil sect and they also came with enforcers, that was commonly used for tasks like assassinations that allowed the sect to maintain their reputation they were trying to keep.
"I heard a mage with powerful golems has been causing trouble for you, What's his name?" one of the deacons present taunted.
"He mentioned his name is Alec, Commander Alec from the War God Mage Academy, I just don't understand why that academy is interfering with our operations, they should focus on rebuilding their reputation first,"
The priest remarked, eliciting a concerned reaction from a deacon.
"You said Alec from the War God Mage Academy, as in Alec Gordons?" the deacon inquired.
"Yes, what's the issue?" the priest retorted.
"The issue is we'll need the bishop here, Why isn't he present yet?" the deacon pushed.
"I asked him to delay his arrival until we handle this 'little problem' of mine, When he does arrive, we'll serve Alec's head to him on a silver platter,"
The priest divulged, but the deacon shook his head in disapproval.
"Idiot, remember the Mid branch's destruction by a mage from the War God Mage Academy last time? It was done by a man named Terran Dunce, you see he nearly wiped everyone out with a massive AoE spell back then, but thank the heavens for the archbishops who where around to distracted him, allowing the few small fishes like me to escape that event ,"
"Ever since then, I've been tirelessly searching for any information about him, and i even discovered he has a formidable and incredibly erratic disciple, Do you want to know who that is?" the deacon inquired before answering his question before they could speak.
"That disciple is Alec Gordons, the one who inherited his master nickname troublemaker of the Abyss, and It appears he's following in his master's footsteps, so we need all the backup we can muster, as I have heard that every time that kid enters the Abyss, countless second-dimensional races perish, directly or indirectly tied to him, as he just have a strong death aura that affects this that go against him," the deacon elaborated.
"Are you suggesting that seemingly harmless fellow is a top-notch dangerous individual?" the priest interjected, struggling to picture the calm Alec he had seen to what was being described to him
But before the deacon could respond to his queries, the sounds of combat and shouting echoed outside the temple.
"It's too late for precautions now; he's already here!" the deacon whispered urgently.
