Chapter 284: Chapter 25: The Fallen Noble Lady

"How could it be, there’s a map drawn in this book." The girl beside her said, leaning closer.

Lou Sha tossed the book aside, turned, and grabbed the girl’s hair, slamming her head onto her knee.

"Ugh!" The girl cried out in pain, caught off guard.

With a clang, a dagger fell from the girl’s sleeve.

"If you hadn’t encountered Tianmiao and me, then I could only say your plan might have succeeded, what a pity." Lou Sha bent down to pick up the dagger, lifting the girl’s head again, her face already covered in blood, with more trickling from her nose.

Tianmiao stood by, arms crossed, speaking coldly, "Still going to play dead?"

Realizing the plan had failed, the "unconscious" girl moved slightly, then got up, both of them drawing daggers, pointing at Lou Sha and Tianmiao.

Lou Sha kicked the unconscious girl towards them, stepping closer step by step; she didn’t really want their lives. Andophin’s damn game, whoever follows the so-called rules must be truly insane.

"Hey, listen to me, trying to ambush you was indeed wrong, but if you are willing to spare us, we will provide very important information!" One of the girls voluntarily put down her dagger, raising her hands above her head.

"If this information doesn’t satisfy us, then you’ll end up like her, waiting to lose your teeth or nose." Lou Sha said.

"Actually, we met a girl from your team before, we hid, she looked terrifying."

"Our team? Ah, the one who complained a lot." Lou Sha thought for a moment before recalling the girl who initially protested about their team being one person short.

"She fell into a trap first, we all thought she would die, but she crawled out of it, her face full of blood. We were so scared we didn’t dare get too close to her, and then we saw you two. We originally wanted to go with you, but you two didn’t seem to see us at all, you went directly into that room! Clearly! That girl was standing right there! Yet you walked in!" The girl looked pale, appearing very frightened, "You’ve been following that girl all along!"

"Follow her?" Lou Sha glanced over, understanding it was due to witchcraft that made what they saw and encountered different, "We just went into a room with a dressing mirror."

"No! You weren’t! You were following us closely, just near the dungeon!" the girl said.

Lou Sha pondered how to explain to them that a Witch or Wizard was controlling the castle, but just then, a sudden change occurred.

As soon as the girl finished speaking, a gap appeared in the door of their room.

All conversation ceased abruptly, and as the door opened, a pale arm appeared before everyone, followed by an extremely ghastly face.

"Look, I found you." A bizarre and hoarse voice sounded, like the howl of an owl in the night.

As the owner of the voice squeezed fully inside, Lou Sha saw the dress she was wearing. Wasn’t this the girl who hadn’t entered with them previously?

She exuded an eerie pallor all over, her mouth slit into a grin like a sinister clown, blood already dyeing her dress red, and when she spoke, her tongue would fall out and retract back in.

This wasn’t a human anymore!

Can witchcraft control human corpses?

This was disgusting!

Lou Sha felt a wave of nausea.
