THE CEO AND ME!-Chapter 242 - TIRED!
PRECAP
"I m her husband!"
"What??"
Jessica spat out, not being able to believe what her ears were hearing to. There was no way...was it??
"I m Tinsley's husband!"
He stated clearly. He could see it in her eyes, that she was having a hard time taking his words as words. Of course...she was not going to believe him...after what he did a while ago.
"I know it is hard to believe...but we had a fight and she left me...I was searching for her all these months because someone helped her in hiding her identity...now that I know, I m back here to take her with me back home to Richmond."

"Nobody knew...not even Madison that Lana was sick all along...all those months and a year before...she had made her brother swore to keep it a secret."
Kian explained it to her and a heavy gasp passed out of her mouth. Kian could see how disturbed she was and he was yet to drop the last and final bomb.
"She was undertaking the therapy but then things fell apart and her health got deteriorated...she had to be admitted in the hospital and now, only a possible transfer could heal her..."
Kian elaborated. Tinsley did not understand the things fall apart part.
"What did things fall apart?", she asked, being curious.
"Lana found out Madi cheating with her brother!"

"I m the worst match ever to come and say this to you but still...will you do the honor of marrying me Lana Delta Kravinshky?"
Madison proposed and it made Lana feel out of her body. She was not expecting such a thing from Madi in a moment like this.
"I know...I m not the perfect one for you..."
"No..no! Stop!! You do know the condition I m in right, Madi??"
Lana interrupted Madi even before she could say anything else.
"I do not care! I should have asked for your hand way before but I m doing it now...I do not care about the situation you are in...I do not!"
Madi declared.

"We can go together in my jet since I m too?"
He offered to her and even though, she was sceptical at first, she obliged thinking about the situation in a neutral manner.
"Do you agree?"
He asked, hoping for a positive answer and she gave him a slight nod in approval. His heart was about to explode in joy.
"And what about your jobs?? "
"I m going to take my leave as I m nearing my close of contract anyway!"
She replied and Kian wanted to jump up and down with it. For she had been agreeing to do everything he had been wanting her to do all along...that to by herself and not by his tactics.
"You got any problem??"
She asked, upon not getting any replies from him for a long time as if he was lost in his own thinking for the moment.
"Hell no!! I have no problems!!"
He was quick to answer. He did not see how he could have any problem with this ever??
"I was just thinking that you need no worry about the dresses, hair, shoes...or the presents...I will get it for you...I will get ready everything."
Kian proposed and she gave him a curt nod although said that she would go shopping for her dress, shoes and present herself. He said that he would tag along.
And Tinsley did not see the sensible reason to oppose him at that moment for he had been doing that the exact same thing to tag along with her everywhere for the past few weeks.
"Do not forget about the dinner... Was not me who invited Beth, it was you do you will do everything!"
Tinsley declared, raising her hands up. He had invited Bethany over for a dinner and it really took her by surprise.
Beth had really not told her anything about what had happened between him and her that day when she went forward to talk to him.
After that day, he would escort her to the bakery and just wait outside very patiently, letting her go inside.
It would be only during the lunch break when he would get in to hand both her and Beth, their bags of lunch.
Beth enjoyed the homemade lunch, the freshly squeezed fruit juice. He would prepare all of that even before she would wake up in the morning.
It fascinated her how he did everything so early, fast and in time, together with preparing her breakfast.
Ever since his arrival, she had dropped all the household chores on him. He would do all and everything else.
She did not even know how and when he would get the time for doing grocery shopping as she would find the refrigerator always stock with food, fresh vegetables and fruits.
"You do not have to worry about it at all. I will do all the things!"
He said, smiling at her. She nodded and turned around to head inside her bedroom to get dressed for work.
Kian rang Drake, his head guard to get the grocery ready for the dinner. He did not want to take any risk of disappointing her or her friend Beth.
When she came out, Kian also wore his jacket back and they both headed out. He would collect the grocery from Drake on their way to the bakery.
As Tinsley locked the door, she could not help but notice that Jessica had avoided from making any kind of contact since then.
Kian just sighed and they both continued walking together. Once they reached the bakery, Tinsley went inside without a saying.
Kian kept looking at her as she had a talk with the lady at the counter and then walked inside the kitchen.
He was having a constant thought inside his head as to how he could get Madi to make her invite them both to the wedding?
He had given false hope to his pregnant wife and now he did not know how to handle the situation with ease.
Not to forget that it was his golden opportunity to take her back to home in Richmond and finally settle the disputes with her for once and for all.
As he got ready to get today's dinner menu ready, he got a call from Drake who had supplied all the required grocery items into the studio house.
After giving a text message to Tinsley, saying he would head back home to get everything ready, he went off to the house.
He thanked Drake and soon began the cooking business. In his head, the menu was ready and planned.
He was going to cook a chicken dish, Italian pasta, paella and a dessert for the ending.
Not much but preparing all that would take time for he was the one and only cook who would have to do everything from chopping veggies, cooking and also serving at the end.
Meanwhile back in Richmond, after the proposal, Madison had been getting a lot of congratulations thrown in her way.
Almost the entire hospital staff had come to know about the did and all of them lined to congratulate Lana.
Madison as usual assisted Lana in her treatments and therapies for the day. After which as always she was very tired and fell asleep right away without a word.
There was this feeling hitting Madi's mind that if or not she did the right thing by proposing to Lana and now have to think about to planning a damn wedding.
It was not like she was not interested. She was. In fact she was looking forward to it. She wanted to plan a very private ceremony with only the closest friends and families.
But the question was if Lana could be up and in health to go through the entire wedding pressure and process.
It was what hitting her mind knowing how weak and fragile she was...how much tired he would get after her therapies were over and it made her question herself if she did the right thing dragging her yet another tiresome task when all she needed at that moment was to rest.
