THE AWAKENING: BIO-GENETICS-Chapter 130: One Soldier And A Stick!

"Hey Hiro," Ten said, rising to his feet, his eyes trembling. There was an aura to Hiro he couldn’t quite explain, it caused chills to his spine. "What are you thinking of doing?" He asks, stiff.

Hiro’s mind replayed the state they were in. The loss they suffer, how Shino suffered. Yuki and everyone else.

"Yuki..." he said with clenched teeth, remembering her internal injury.

"Ten". His body was covered in a series of cuts.

"Shino". His amputated arm and his body lying unconscious, on the cold floor as well as Yuki’s.

"I can’t take it" he adds as a tear slides down his cheek, it was like his chest was squeezing tightly from an unknown pain, and in response to that, he clenched his hand against his chest, his teeth clenching more.

His grip against the black stick tightens more, his sense drifts to the Alpha circling on the rooftop.

His body boiled in rage, his heart slamming loudly in his chest, that thing was the cause of everything, that thing was the reason his friends were in this condition, that thing was the reason their comrades were dying like sheep, that thing was the reason their comrades were risking their lives.

It was that thing’s fault! It made them like this! Made his friends this way!

He can’t take it, not anymore!

"Hiro?" Touka said with shaky eyes, her eyes landing on his hand gripping his stick, she froze when she saw his blood traveling through his veins down to his hand and then to the stick, the black body embodied with crimson lines.

’How’s that possible?’ Touka thought with shaky eyes, she couldn’t believe her eyes. ’Hiro’s not on the Sp2 stage... there’s no possible way he can do what bio-genetics can... it’s not possible.... unless’ her wide eyes shaking vigorously. ’Is he in the Sp3 stage already?’

The Alpha a few distances away, stops in its tracks, sniffing the air as a scent catches its nose, it growls deeply as it turns its head in that direction. It snarled when it caught the location of Hiro and the rest.

Zooming into its inner senses it saw Hiro’s aura, it growled out steam from his mouth, the color, the smell of it.

It wanted a taste of him.

"The Alpha" Homura panics, backing away but he stumbles as his butt hits the ground. He shook tremendously, unable to look away from it. "It’s looking right at us" he hissed, his body shaking in extreme fear.

’No’ Ten thought with shaky eyes. The realization shook him as he turned to Hiro. ’It’s looking right at Hiro... but why’ he thought deeply, puzzled by the fact that maybe the Alpha finally caught their attention but for some reason he knew the Alpha’s attention was on Hiro.

In response to that Ten’s eyes landed back on Hiro, and his mouth went apart, along with the others as they saw his body illuminating in a dark blue aura, it was bright, swirling around him in a most captivating way.

That moment Yuki’s eyes slowly opened, and her head turned to Hiro seeing the bright light around him.

"Hiro," Yuki said weakly, stretching her hand as if she could reach him, but he was too far away.

’No’ Touka thought in total bewilderment. ’He’s entering the sp3 stage right now... it has to be!’ she was lost for words, something as impossible as this was happening before her, and she couldn’t take her eyes off him.

None of this should be impossible, she was meant to stop whatever this was or else his life could be in danger. But yet she couldn’t move, she couldn’t take her eyes away. 𝓯𝙧𝓮𝓮𝒘𝓮𝙗𝙣𝒐𝒗𝒆𝓵.𝓬𝓸𝒎

Something extraordinary was happening!

"The blue aura around him," Haya said with shaky eyes, the color, the wave, it was so bright and enthralling.

"Amazing," Homura said with shaky eyes. The fear lost him, becoming captivated by Hiro.

Seeing the bright blue aura, The Alpha roared loudly which shocked the earth, going down like it was about to launch right at the building, but instead, its throat beamed blue all the way to its mouth, round energy forged in its mouth.

The building almost collapsed just by the sheer force of it.

"It’s doing that thing again!" Ten shouted in a panic knowing one hit from that energy would surely destroy them. It would all be over, they would be wiped out of the face of this earth with a single hit!

Hiro’s grip on his stick tightened more as his blood flowed more into it, his other hand came gripping on it also, in a fighting stance. Refusing to get out of the way or back down.

It was suddenly Hiro against that thing, all odds against him, him against that energy with just a mere stick but yet he didn’t fudge, neither did he shake, because he knew he was protecting his FRIENDS!

With a loud roar that shook the earth like an earthquake, the energy came at lightning speed.

"HIRO!!" Yuki shouts sitting up as her eyes widen in horror. She wanted to move and get to him but she couldn’t, it was impossible to stop this.

It was him against the energy that would destroy him to bits in less than a second and yet he stood before it as it came...

’Hiro’ the sound of Hiro’s dad’s voice found him.

A memory came through at that very moment.

’You got in trouble again’

’So?!’ Hiro replied, causing his dad to chuckle.

’Why did you beat them up?’ he asked.

’Because they beat my friend and no one will get away with him’

His dad broke into a pearl of laughter before placing a hand on his head.

’I will probably sound like a bad parent but...’ his gin widened. ’I’m proud to hear that, Hiro’

Hiro’s eyes gleamed at his dad’s words and he smiled widely with his eyes closed. He nodded.

’Don’t just tell your mom I said that’

’Deal!’

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" Hiro screamed as the blast came for him.
