The board members and the workers of the Zora Groups couldn’t stop gossiping even after Martin left. Everyone was really surprised to see Martin healthy and fine. And from the official announcement, Martin would take back the role of CEO again in two months. This was really a surprise.

Early in the morning, an emergency meeting was held with all the board members, no one expected that Martin would attend. Everyone thought Eleanor or Aiden would attend but they were surprised by Martin’s presence. It means they can have more profits and shares. After the meeting, an immediate announcement was made saying Martin would come back. This was good news for everyone. Everyone was overjoyed at it.

And along with that... The marriage news of Cedric and Eleanor was made public shocking everyone. That was quick. For the people working in the Zora group, this was another big news. Everyone thought they broke up but again their marriage news was made public. It stated that they were married long ago but kept it in dark for privacy and other issues. Four things were made public. One is Martin was awake. Healthy, fine and good.

Second, he would join the company after two months.

Third Eleanor has married Cedric long ago.

Fourth Eleanor was pregnant!

This was something to be relish.

This caught the attention of many people. And there were two people, who paid extra attention to this news.

A month passed....

Everything was under control now. There were no near threats or harm in Eleanor’s way. Eleanor moved into Emerson’s mansion now. She was having a healthy pregnancy. She reached her third month now. Her stomach hasn’t swelled but there was a small bump in it. She was being treated like a princess. Regan, Stephen, Cedric, Katherine and every servant were on her back. Even if she put a leg down, a servant or two would come to her asking what does she want. Cedric was worried that she might have any accidents, so he asked her to deal with the work from him.

She was following the diet prescribed by the doctor. Everything was good. But... she was dead bored. She can’t go outside or have fun. She was being locked up literally. She was so disappointed. Eleanor decided to have a real serious talk with Cedric.

And next week, Valene and Myna’s engagement was held. She wants to attend it but he was denying that too. How could he do that!? She was a human too! She deserves some fun and enjoyment! He can’t lock her up!

"Dad! Don’t stop me now! If not I would end up murdering him! He don’t even allow me to go outside!" she said angrily.

"Eleanor, I support you on this thing. But don’t be angry. It is not good for you!" Regan said anxiously.

"You don’t love me, dad. Everyone cares about the baby only. Not me! Will you guys throw me out after I give birth to the baby?!" she asked feeling sad.

How could they do it to her?

From the moment she became pregnant, she was treated like a princess. She knew after she gave birth to the baby no one would care about her! She can’t bear it.

This can’t be happening. Thinking of this she became further sad and started crying loudly.

"My child, I don’t mean it. I care about you. I am glad that he found a woman in his life. How can I let you leave? This is a misunderstanding," Regan said as he tried to calm her down. But his words only enraged her. She started crying loudly.

"So, If Cedric got another woman you would support him?" she said. Regan was stunned at her words. He never thought his words could mean that way.

Seeing him silent she cried louder. Regan could feel a headache on his way. How could this happen to him only? He wished Katherine and Cedric were at home. This way he wouldn’t have to deal with her. When his wife was pregnant, she wasn’t this way. She was quite well-behaved. Suddenly, he missed his wife.

[God, save me.] he prayed.

"Young Mistress, See this! This is your ice cream!" Stephen just came. Seeing the tense situation, he knew his young mistress was throwing another tantrum.

"I will bring it back some other time," Stephen said as he tried to run away.

"Stop! How dare you steal my ice cream!?" she yelled.

"Dad, he stole my ice cream! Punish him!" Eleanor asked as she huffed.

"Yes, Stephen should be punished," Regan said as he took the opportunity to divert the situation.

"How shall we punish, dear?" he asked.

"I want to binge-watch all the fairytales. He should watch with me," she said.

Stephen widened his eyes at her. This can’t be?! No wonder Eric wished him all the best. He should run.

Just then, Cedric came with few shopping bags in his hands.

"Good evening, Wifey. What are you doing?" he asked as he kissed her forehead.

Eleanor saw the bags in his hands and became excited. She wondered if they were food. If it was food, she imagined eating them. She started guessing all kinds of food that came in her mind to eat. She was already salivating drool.

"These evening gowns. Next week, Valene and Myna’s engagement was there. So, I picked few dresses for you. You can wear anything you like from them. If not, we can go shopping," Cedric said as he put the bags beside her.

"Really!?" she asked as she got excited.

"Yesh!" he nodded.

She felt very happy and jumped here and there.

She gave him a tight hug and kissed his cheek soundly. "Hubby is the best!" she said.

"I am glad that my wife was happy," he said.

"Hehe." she giggled.

And just like that she was diverted again. This way everyone were on their toes around her. As long as she was happy it’s fine. If not a hell will break.
