Temporal Pearls-Chapter 388: Heavy Jump
"There is still time!" Elias said. "Fifteen hours I guess!"
"Yes. That's why I didn't interrupt your little exploration until now!" The leader said calmly but her voice had this weird feeling to it.
Elias was still behind his half-destroyed corridor. "Greetings, Leader. I might as well chop my fifteen free hours!"
Hell no, will he work overtime or come before the exact time? He doesn't care if she has many people with her now, he is almost finished.
The Evolution Pod Facility was destroyed, and he couldn't reach the Treasure Facility and Theuma Crystal room. But he needs to know about this Forging room. Was it good? Will it serve his purpose or what?
"We will wait then!" She said,
He slipped through and vanished deep inside. Elias underestimated how the place had collapsed. The inside was filled well, and due to heat, it welded well.
He cracked out. He didn't see them now but he knew they were here. "You need to be far away please." He said.
He attached Shell Shifter to his other thigh and then caressed [Intersections Ring], and Silent Render popped before his hand. He attached it and used the ring to bring the Rend.
He moved far away behind a well-established beam and then extended his hand, aimed, and released it.
Sooo.
It felt like the wind. Even Elias didn't expect to be this silent, and when it rammed at the blockades, there was a flash of fire and force, but they rammed inside and twisted with great force and went deeper, clearing most of the blockades.
A wind blew back enough to topple Elias himself; that is what caused the sound and then the groaning of a small sound of shattering was heard.
But there was no booming sound of the initial impact.
Booooom!
Like an engine was activated.
'The rend makes sound but not at the initial impact. How in the Eons' name was that possible? Does it use all force available to cause Rending?'
Elias thought to himself as he watched his handy work with great satisfaction.
He came out; the ground stones had all become fragile and broke on contact, not to mention the ashes blowing around. He stood before the corridor; some beams, the larger ones, were all okay but bent away.
But almost all boulders have been reduced in size and fractured. He threw a card that lit the way amidst smoke and dust. He pulled his Shell Shifter and pointed inside as he walked inside.
After he reached the end of the path, Elias, out of anger, almost shouted, but he didn't. He said, "Where in the Fog name is my Level 1 Forge?"
[The place has been destroyed]
"I didn't do it!" Elias said in defence.
[It has been destroyed 600 years ago]
He sighed since it wasn't him.
"So, you know how to dupe people now?"
"Of course not. I will recover. Remember?]
The end of the path was a gaping hole and beyond it was nothing but water. Just like the path that leads to Treasure House.
"Is section six surrounded by water!" Elias asked.
[Yes!]
"I never like swimming!" Elias complained.
He pulled out a precious card and stared at the thing inside—He Graced Sand and smiled cruelly before he threw it into the water. It sank until he could barely feel it and then made it release what was inside.
Nothing happened for about 5 minutes before the foggy water began to clear, and suddenly, countless tiny creatures, maybe fishes, began to go wild.
Elias stepped back when he saw a large shadow and then there was a violent reaction in the water.
The water began to spit jet toward him and he stepped back more and he saw a tiny leech-like creature with scales. He was being attacked.
Elias' heart skipped a beat as he saw a giant silhouette coming toward him. He went back into the corridor and raised his Shell Shifter, but the moment it was very closed, it violently turned and ran away.
Soon, the water around began to become cleaner until he could see what was inside, and it disgusted him. Well, he had seen worse so he shrugged it.
There was a living giant leech with many injuries made by tiny small leeches that were still feeding on it. Seeing the water clean and for whatever perception they were using to sense him, numerous tiny leeches were sent toward him.
Elias wonders if Di-nozzle Striker can swim. He pulled it and released shards that sank into the water, but their power and potency were reduced, and they lost their power before they exploded. Killing many tiny leeches.
He pulled out the Shell Shifter and released it. Elias felt the gun become heavy and then the bullet came and thinned out like a needle and vanished inside the water before piercing into the large leech and boom.
The giant leech thrashed around before it began to move away from Elias. Taken the entire army with it.
[Close the hatch and secure the Level 1 Forge]
"Damn it!" Elias cursed as he observed the water, "Hell no. I won't touch this water!"
[Can I bring Water Squid here]
[No. It's still healing]
Elias turned and ran back to his section. One hour hasn't passed, so he can still try different things.
He came back with a bag and cards in 30 minutes. He undoed them and began to assemble a rafter. Then a strange boat, he observed it, contemplating whether to ride or not.
"Hop in!" He commanded the Gallium Slime he had come back with, and it did; the rafter reached the edge, and the Slime paddled back.
Elias was still not convinced, so he opened the bag and made a wish, "I wish to know if the Level 1 Forge can be restored and be useful to me!"
[-1 Swirl]
[Extremely useful to you]
Hmm. Elias made another wish and asked if there was any more monster in the water and the answer was no.
He braved his heart and stepped on the boat before he drifted forward toward the hatch that needed to be closed. The moment he reached it, Elias' heart skipped a beat.
At the corner was a larger shattered wall where the water was still there. Even if he closed the damn hatch, it wouldn't be enough.
Elias' feet were firm; he had no idea he had this much buoyancy. Well, he knew but he didn't want to test it. Killing those Children of the deep has gained him good water attributes, body condition and also buoyancy.
Nonetheless, Elias touched the door and fell around, his feet firm, but his hand was trembling; he could feel cold.
[10 Thuema crystal to reactivate it]
With a sigh, Elias used it, and the whole room activated before the door creaked and began to close.
[Hatched close. Seal the wall]
"Eh. You enjoy yourself with all the repairmen you got!"
Elias commented and stared at the large destroyed wall. It was fine if the destroyed section didn't reach underwater.
Suddenly, black smoke breathed in. It's a Fogster, they were evolved versions of Ghostlings that can turn to fog at will and hardened.
Seeing that Elias ignored it, he has long passed their league. Immediately the fog shrill back, but sadly, it couldn't as something was sucking it in.
When one looked, there was nothing in place but it was Ghost Slime having a meal.
New novel 𝓬hapters are published on freёwebnoѵel.com.
The fog was thicker than normal, and that meant there were many of them. Something hard came crashing down but Gallium Slime shattered the formed hand.
Elias made calculations and made a plan in his head. When another Ghostling appeared, unlike the fish-like floating, it had additional kangaroo hands, and its gaze stared at Elias.
Elias stared back just like when Tuxedo did, and the ghostlings turned and scurried away.
He drifted back. Leaving behind the two to guard the place, he went back to his section.
That has become easier because the moment he reaches a safe location, his Transport Device will come in and suck him inside and then take him there.
This prevents any form of following.
Elias, this time, took his time to make the fragments of a hole that he needed to seal the wall. That took him about 3 hours as he needed to consider underwater and all.
He came back, nothing drastic happened by the look of it and then he began to work. He didn't enter into the water, but a long solid wall made of light material. He adjusted the raptured water wall as a foundation and then he continued upward.
Those ghostlings came many times and stared at his work before Elias completely sealed the way.
[Would you like to purify the place]
Elias groaned. It wasn't easy at all. His Land Honour Going came, and the place lit up through the hatch, the water began to be sucked away, and his boat went down.
Soon there was only a shattered floor with a lot of sand and gravel and beams of metals. Broken instruments and many more.
He could see some stuff that needed to be in a forge, and he sighed.
[1500 Thuema Crystals to recover the room]
Elias clicked his tongue as he looked around with a frown. He didn't have that much. "I don't have that many!"
[500 trauma crystal to stabilize some functions]
