Taming His Demon Lover-Chapter 31: A mischievous look
"Last I checked this was my cabin and as my bride it’s expected that you occupy my room and we share the same bed. Since this is my bed and I have no plans to leave anytime soon, then the only person leaving would be you."
"Fine," growled Robin. "Let me have the blanket and I’ll go and find somewhere else to stay."
"Do you see what hour it is, bride? You won’t be waking up others unnecessarily. I won’t force you to share a bed with me, better make yourself comfortable on the floor because you won’t be leaving this room."
Robin put one barefoot on the floor and nearly squealed out loudly it was so icy cold to the touch.
"On second thoughts, keep the blanket and cover yourself with it."
"Why?"
"You are naked," he answered before Robin could stop himself from blurting that fact out. "Besides we are married now, why do you still insist on calling me a bride? Call me by my name, if you must interact with me at all."
Still livid that Andras told him to sleep on the cold floor.
"You are still a bride if we haven’t knocked boots, isn’t that a given."
Robin rolled his eyes.
There was a mischievous look in Andras’ eyes and he could tell that Andras was amused by his outburst.
Robin wasn’t afraid of Andras; he just didn’t want the embarrassment of being caught naked in a room with him and having to give an explanation as to why would only make the situation worse.
Absentmindedly, Andras was gently caressing his hand and Robin wondered why he didn’t feel repulsed. Instead he found Andras’ touch comforting, Robin noticed that Andras went back to having that same look as before Robin confronted him and told him to get out of the cabin. He wondered what thoughts weighed so heavily on his mind this early in the morning.
Andras didn’t even seem to be aware that he was touching Robin unnecessarily, as Andras had a glazed look in his eyes as if his mind was elsewhere.
Since Andras was being so touch feely might as well put him to work.
There was one place that the mosquitoes had bit Robin that he couldn’t reach with his hands.
So he wanted Andras to rub near the middle of his back somewhere along the center of the spine would be nice.
Might as well take advantage of him since Andras seemed so deep in thoughts.
Like a seal, Robin arched his back and moved Andras’ right hand closer to the spot.
It was the spot where Robin’s wings had been and since Robin had no recollection of it he just assumed the spot ached because of mosquito bites.
"Andras, rub over here please. I have an itch in that spot that won’t go away."
Andras didn’t seem reluctant or hesitant to fulfill Robin’s request.
It pleased Robin that Andras simply did as he asked.
His warm calloused palms felt like heaven against Robin’s skin as Andras deeply massaged the slightly swollen area.
"Is it painful?" inquired Andras after a few seconds of watching Robin purr softly like a kitten.
He didn’t ease up after asking the question and Robin was relieved because his touch felt so lovely he didn’t want him to stop.
"It’s just sensitive, perhaps I’m just allergic to the bites," replied Robin.
Robin thought it was high time they had a civil discussion and since Andras seemed to be in a pleasant and mellow mood perhaps now would be a good time to ask.
He took a deep breath and went for it, "Can you tell me about your first time?"
Robin wasn’t even aware that he bit his lower lip while waiting on Andras’ reaction until he slightly tasted blood.
"My first time?...Are you talking about with sex?"
"Yes?"
Andras’ hands paused mid stroke for a moment and that question definitely got his full attention.
"What exactly do you want to know?"
Robin shifted a bit so that he could comfortably see Andras’ expression.
As usual his face gave away nothing and that made Robin relax.
Since Andras didn’t look upset by his question it gave him the courage to probe deeper into what really happens behind closed doors.
"Does sex hurt?"
"It doesn’t always hurt."
"I was told that it will."
"By whom?"
"I overheard Lady James telling her older sister that it always hurts," while admitting his sin of eavesdropping to someone else for the first time Robin blushed furiously.
"Come on, it doesn’t always hurt," Andras snapped while he kneeled his thumbs into Robin’s back continuing the massage. "Well maybe because I’m the giver but I guess if you’re the receiver then the first time might be...uhmm a bit unbearable."
"Youre being contradictory does it hurt or not. Well you said only the one on the receiving end feels pain then I would want to be the giver."
Exasperated Andras informed him, "there can’t be two givers, one has to—"
"Then I wonder why anyone bothers to have sex if it’s painful to be on the receiving end," interrupted Robin. "Like who in their right mind would want to be in pain for like what minutes? Hours? How long does it even take?"
Silence.
Which Robin ignored and wondered out loudly, "Since we are both men, how do we prepare ourselves for sex?"
At that point Andras lost it completely, he was no longer massaging Robin’s back and didn’t realize his grip had tightened.
His nails were practically digging into Robin’s skin and he grimaced from the pain.
"I’m sorry if you’re overwhelmed by my questions and I probably pushed you out of your comfort zone. It’s a good thing we are only going to be around each other for a year. Maybe by then I’ll have a lover that will be more understanding when it comes to such questions."
Now Andras really felt like throttling him.
Until Robin said, "since it’s too much for you to teach me how to prepare myself for sex then can you teach me how to properly kiss?"
Andras wasn’t going to wait for Robin to get cold feet and change his mind, so he frowned even as he gave in.
He nodded, "Kiss me and I’ll tell you what you’re doing wrong."
Relieved that Andras was taking him seriously, Robin quickly sat upright on Andras’ lap.
Robin recalled what they did on their wedding day.
So he closed his eyes and leaned forward and kissed Andras.
Really, he pouted and rubbed his lips against Andras’ own and wondered why Andras wasn’t responding.
When Robin was expecting him to take over the kiss like Andras did for the first time.
With every passing second Robin began to feel self conscious with his eyes closed and probably thought his mouth looked like a gaping fish in Andras’ eyes.
Irritated Andras said querulously, "Damnation...what in tarnation was that?"
"A kiss?"
"Uhmm no...no... no Robin," he drawled. That’s not a kiss. This is..."
